Dylan is very talented and helpful to help me take off the roof racks from my vehicle. Because the previous owner lost the keys to them, Dylan picked all the locks and did the wrench job in 5 minute. Amazing!!! The dealership would charges me $$$ but still can t handler the locks. Dylan just saved my days. Definitely recommend!

Needed my car key fob fixed, and two more made since I had lost the previous extras. Justin gave a good outline of how long ordering them would take, called when they were in, programmed and keyed them in the time he estimated and was straightforward and friendly through it all. Great service, keys are well cut, the whole experience was fantastic!

Had my ignition key lock pulled out of my Toyota Sequoia and these guys fixed the tumblers in it. Plus, I got some old skeleton keys from their antique goodie box. Top notch peeps here! Highly recommended!!!

Bonafide Lock & Safe charges $123 for a lock cylinder like the one in the picture, before sales tax. Meanwhile, other places are selling them at only one-third of the price, including eBay. Plus, they do not want people to try out locks in their store, which could ward potential customers away.Footnote: The lock cylinder in the picture is a Schlage everest with a c123 keyway.1.Dec.2021

I needed an on-site visit to deal with kind of an oddball lock-related problem, the technician Shaun showed up on the promised date, called to let me know he was on his way with an ETA, and he quickly and professionally fixed everything for a reasonable price. Shaun was knowledgeable and trustworthy and I wouldn t hesitate to ask Bonafide for help in the future

After having very bad experiences with two other locksmiths, I called Bonafide to actually fix my front door. Shaun came out and quickly installed the needed part. I highly recommend Bonafide. Do not ever use independent locksmiths!

I needed to duplicate my 2004 BMW key. Other locksmiths in this area gave up (the key is quite specific). I had two blank keys with me and these guys cut it with no issue. Very high quality - both keys fitted very well.Looking at how many key blanks they have in store I feel like they can take care of any of your needs. Went in this week just after opening time to get a car key and office key copied. I received fast and professional service and it cost much less than I expected (car key was key only, no fob). It was very quickly done too! Will recommend!

SHOUT OUT TO ABI!We hired Bonafide Lock to update our office doors and had the pleasure of working with Abi. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable - really just provided all around great experience! Upon install, we were having some issues getting our new key fob doors to register on our server and he even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of, as well as came back next day for some minor tweaking and cleaned up after himself. Thank you for all the hard work!

Hector and his assistant came out and moved a 2,500 lb. safe for us with no problems, a great price and great attitude. We HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Highly recommend. Had visited Lowe s, Home Depot, McLendon s and even called a Locksmith, (who quoted $50-75 a key, due to fact they were not standard shaped keys, etc). However, once on site, he said he was unable to copy and told me to try Bonafied Lock and Safe in Kirkland.Within 5 minutes, I was walking out the door with 2 copies of both keys and total cost including tax for all four.... $23!!Keys work perfectly.Thanks Sean!Service: Car key copying

These guys are awesome! I had a safe I lost the emergency key to and the batteries had fallen out so I was stuck! My SS card was in there and I really needed in. Brought the safe in and after some TLC they were able to get it open! They even offered to try and make a new emergency key for me if I wanted to leave the safe.Next time my klutzy self loses my keys these will be the people I come see!

Quoted me $30 to cut car key w/chip, but charged me $35. No issues using the new cut key. But hey were not able to program new keyfobs. So giving them a 50/50 review, average.

I lost my mailbox key and called to see if they could rekey it for me. Scheduling was a breeze, the technician (sorry can't remember is name, maybe Jose? Maybe it was Rudy???) was on time and extremely professional. He called to ask me if now was a good time to come and showed up no more than ten minutes later. Hopefully I don't lose my key again BUT if I do, I know who I'm calling! Thank you for such great service!Services: Installation, General repairs, Door lock & bolt hardware installation

Truly amazing service every time I need to call Bonafide for something. Greg especially has helped out in a pinch and worked hours on a Saturday to help me get sorted out after a break in at my workplace. Quick, efficient and amazing! 10/10 recommend!

I bought a used motorcycle yesterday and only had one key. I had called a locksmith store in Redmond. That locksmith didn't carry blanks for duplicate keys, they only rekeyed motorcycles. They did recommend Bona-fide in Kirkland. They had exactly what I needed, and I was promptly helped.

one of the best. went to many shop formy car key, only this one can do it. they know everything about keys and locks. so cheap and fast and they went extra to lube my car lock. really good people here.

Bought a blank key for them to cut, they messed it up. They told me that if they had known that the blade wasn't exactly the same they could have done it. How was I supposed to know, their whole job revolves around keys. They should know. Didn't even give me a refund or replace my key, I'm never going back.
