I had a well-coordinated insurance claim for repairs to my SUV. The professionals were friendly and informative. They sent frequent updates on the progress of their work. They also gave an estimated date of completion and actually finished on that date. My experience was pleasant and easy.

I had my first ever body shop repair with Bel-Kirk. I was quite nervous about price, transparency, etc. since it was my first ever repair, and Bel-Kirk exceeded my expectations in all aspects. After they took my car and opened it to look at the internal damage, they called me with an updated estimate based on the internal damage on the same day. Then, Tina was very responsive when I needed to coordinate the payment between Bel-Kirk and my insurance - this was critical to ensure I could get the car back on time. Finally, the car got back to me in 2 weeks and was like new, no signs of damage. I will definitely go to Bel-Kirk again if I need a repair, though obviously I hope I won't need it :)

The staff at the shop is very nice and cool. Quality of service is at par. Good the car back within the estimated time. Use to get status update of the repair.

I planned for a road trip and had issues with fixing my roof rack on my Honda Pilot and approached many shops near kirkland but no one helped me or even checked the issue without appointment. Someone mentioned Bel-kirk people will help and rightly so, when I went there as walk-in, Jim and his wife politely answered and checked the car and within few min came out and helped me to fix the issue. They did not even charge me. Thank you guys for your help the other day. Definitely going to recommend to my friends.

I am proud to share my experience that I had with my car inBel-Kirk body shop. They are very professional. The employees are very kind, and courteous with their customers. They keep in touch with you every step of the way. If there is a delay they let you know right away, whether the parts haven't been delivered or for what the reason may be. They don't give you a sob story, or beat around the bush. They are right up front with you with honesty in a professional and courteous manner.Thank you Bel-Kirk

Great service and excellent work. Really appreciated how nice the staff were and how accommodating they were for me. I was juggling my toddler and even was late for my drop off. Then pick up was a bit difficult due to my work schedule. They got me in, got my vehicle done super fast, and the work looks great. Super uncomplicated. They kept me up to date on everything going on too. Really appreciated working with them and will definitely recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been to a few shops over the years and this one is the one-stop, specialize in pretty much anything you can throw at them from , my daughter had a few fender benders, to custom fiberglass work, plastic, painting, they'll even detail your car and align your suspension, the list goes on and on. Can't say enough about how much they've helped me out. Great people!

Had them work on my 2011 Silverado after it was side swiped in a parking lot. Looked better than new and was very happy with the work. Insurance was involved so it was smooth and fast. I WILL use them again if ever needed!

Big guy in the office with slick backed hair lied to me regarding the repair process. I'm now stuck with an additional $200 bill to get my vehicle completed.Apparently they are too busy to take care of their customers so lying to them so they go away seems to be the way to handle it.I used Bel-Kirk several times since the mid 90's. Never again.

Jim and the crew at Bel-Kirk autobody were great to work with. They completed my truck a week early, and the truck looks perfect and better than when i bought it. I couldn t be happier.

I went in here to get an estimate for my insurance for a fender-bender. They were really not very nice. Our insurance is top notch, and they wouldn't even give me a bid. "Tell your insurance company to give us their bid and we'll decide if we want your business." I tried to explain that our insurance is truly top-of-the-line, and that it was totally up to me where to have the car repaired. I asked about their recommended shops, and they wanted me to figure out where I thought my car would be best repaired, and they would honor that request.REALLY? I was disappointed, as this was one of the companies I wanted to have my German car repaired at. Oh well....???

My folks used to use this company and swore by it. Always got outstanding, friendly service. At least with the previous/original owners managing the place.I got side-swiped so I took my truck in for repairs, expecting the same as when my family went there, before. Although the person at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, the estimator was definitely short on the polite factor. I can ignore that if the work is done well...Well, I returned for service. I got lots of different answers for dates, completion and what they were taking care of on my truck (payment by insurance) than what I had been given on my initial estimate. I brought that up and got chewed out by the same estimator. So I just sighed, signed for the work and left my truck.Came back over a week later (even though I was told it would only be 2-3 days) and, well, it was "mostly" done. They hadn't replaced/repaired the bed liner and told me that they could do it in a couple months because of an inability to get materials (they use the local bed-liner company to do this work). However, if I scuffed up the surface or there was any rust to exposed metal, I'd have to pay the extra to have the surface prepped at that time, and they couldn't bill the insurance company for this. Again, they were exceptionally rude and obnoxious about this, and when I told them that I wasn't going to set the appointment for the bed liner in a couple months they, literally, threw the keys at me and said, "Fine".Incidentally, I took my truck to the bed-liner company and they were not short on materials and got my liner done 3 days later.Yes, the work they did was good (not great- I can still see some lines where they did the metal-work) but their attitude and rudeness is enough for me not to want to return.I won't be going back there for any work. Not impressed with the work and even less impressed with the attitude.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While the car damage repair was covered by my insurance, I am happy that they sent me to Bel-Kirk for the estimate and repairs.Each of the staff seemed very competent and all were excellent communicators. They completed the repairs effectively and efficiently and I would recommend Bel-Kirk to my family and friends.

Got some body work done. The final result was perfect, great quality repairs and painting. They got my car looking brand new! The only thing was they forgot to order a part which extended the process by roughly a week and required me to get a rental car. They were very transparent through the whole process with constant updates, and I really appreciated that!

Bel-Kirk was my first experience working with a body shop and they completely exceeding my expectations. I was confused on the insurance process, which they did a great job helping with. They consistently texted updates everyday. The work turned out great! I hope to not need to get another repair, but if I do I know where to go.

I took my Subaru Forester to Bel-Kirk Body Shop after a car accident. Bel-Kirk was great. The people were friendly. I was kept informed via text throughout the process. I would use them again if needed.

My BMW s driver side doors were damaged by hit and run. I found Bel-Kirk through my insurance company. I am very satisfied with the way folks at Bel-Kirk Body shop handled my case. They kept me informed about the progress daily through texts and delivered the vehicle 2 days ahead of schedule. The staff is very courteous. I am happy with the workmanship and they washed the car nicely too, which was great. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
