My car had its check-engine light on and Keith was able to help me identify the root cause and fix the problem within an hour! Comparing with the VW dealship that asked me to wait for at least 1 week and then sent over my car for another week, Automedics is truly the best place that offer fast, professional, and affordable services! 5 STARS.

These guys are great! They ve been so patient with my van and showing me exactly what s wrong, as well as taking the time to explain it so I understand. I also appreciate their online portal that shows my work history since I m trying to keep up with all the work that s been going on with it. Already have another appointment for more work on my oil leaks and will be going back in the future!

I engaged AUTOMEDICS on two occasions, for what I considered to require an informed level of truck engine and steering issues. Namely, replace a torque converter and the replacement of the steering gear assembly. The work was finished on a timely basis and my satisfaction with the skilled work rates a high recommendation.Keith Ackerlund

I have been bringing my car here for the past 5-6 years and have always been given honest and fair advice regarding repairs. Never once have I felt taken advantage of or sold something I didn t need. Yesterday I dropped off my car without any notice given thinking they might not even have a chance to look at it. They called me a few hours later with the diagnosis AND had the car fixed by the afternoon! I would 100% recommend!!!

Took a 2016 F-150 106kmi there with the common broken exhaust manifold studs problem (which can sound like a bad turbo; with a gap, the gaskets can kind of act like a kazoo), and asked him to change the plugs while it was apart. They were willing to install aftermarket parts; I provided the (upgrade) BD Diesel brand exhaust manifolds and install kit. Only a few days wait to get in (at the time). I'm very happy with the results.He made choices (when needed) very much the same way I would have. Always courteous, and focused on what I wanted, tempered with good judgement. Did what was requested and what was needed; no surprises, no upselling.

Keith did a fantastic job on my Mercedes ML 350.I had an idling problem at low speed and two other mechanics in Kirkland couldn t find the problem, but they both had NO problem asking me for money, despite not finding the problem!He also saved the the hose that was defective to show me where and how the problem manifested itself.I ll be back for maintenance care and any other problems that may occur.I encourage you to give this mechanic a try, you will not be disappointed

Bless Automedics!! When my car broke down I didn't have the luxury of choosing a repair shop, I just took it to the nearest place. That just happened to be Automedics, and I am so lucky that's where I ended up!Not only was the service I received fairly priced and well done, it was FAST! The fix ended up being simple, and my car back on the road in just as couple of hours, despite being a drop in!Not only that, but I got a text following up a couple days later asking if the repair was working. Such stellar customer service! Better, faster, and more affordable than the KIA dealership. I couldn't recommend them more!

Jeff and Keith are friendly, professional and gave me a break down of what was necessary to repair with a primary pressurized oil leak issue as well as secondary non pressurized concerns. Work finished the same day and even kept our car in their garage a day since we were unable to pick up our car same day. Good to know we have a solid auto mechanic shop in the community. Would recommend and re-visit if we run into car issues in the future. Thanks guys!! -Phil and Shannon

Took a bus from Issaquah to the guys at Automedics for 4 reasons: 1) They have always been super transparent about the issue at hand. 2) They always give me a range of pricing based on the needs. 3) They usually can fix it the same day. 4) They are simply the nicest, most honest guys in the biz. I had taken my Jaguar to another garage and they couldn't figure out why my check engine light was on nor why it was in restricted performance. That garage recommend Auto Medics. Keith and Jeff were amazing and figured out the problem and my Jaguar is running beautifully! I had an outstanding experience with this auto shop! I dealt with Keith and he was very informative about my car problems, professional and trustworthy. I initially took my car to another large corporate auto shop prior to coming here and was given a high priced quote for all the repairs needed. So after shopping around, a friend recommended this shop. I m so grateful for the recommendation and now I know why. Look no further if you are looking for an honest shop with excellent customer service, quality parts and labor at very reasonable prices. The service was prompt and they even followed up with me a few days after the repairs were completed. I haven t had any issues come up since. Jeff and Keith at Automedics are great! If you're not taking your car to them you are missing out on great work and great prices! They manage most of the work on our "aged" 2008 Toyota Sienna and 1997 Ford F250. Our goal is to get both of these vehicles to 300K miles. All I can say is that if I were running a business, this is how I would want to run it. You can tell that the customer base is loyal and he treats everyone like family. Jeff got my situation figured out quickly, on time, and on budget. It allowed me to get a full day's worth of work done. Tried this mechanic based on the great internet reviews, and now I'm happy to add my 5-star review as well. They were the most thoughtful, thorough, and communicative mechanic I've ever been too! They answered all my questions and had my car fixed right on time when they said they would. I talked mostly to Keith who really (long story short) went beyond expectations to make sure the car was fixed up and ready to go. Auto fixes are never exactly cheap, but having the piece of mind of knowing a good, fair, honest mechanic is priceless. I will recommend them to anyone, and definitely be back for whatever fixes my car needs in the future.

Automedics staff were friendly and professional. They did an oil and filter change, and tire rotation on my minivan. They are quick and efficient but also not rushed. Love this shop. I have used them for many years. Before I stumbled upon Jeff and Keith with Automedics I always left car shops wondering if I paid a fair price? Was all the work necessary? Was it done well? Never once have they left me feeling that way. There work on both of my cars has been superior, cost friendly and timely. Totally recommend!!!

These guys are AWESOME! They do what is needed in a timely manner and then some. Excellent Service and Honest. I have been using them for years for repairs and maintence on my family's vehicles with a total of 6 cars. If I have ever had an issue with anything they have addressed it right away. These guys are awesome, especially Jeff. Everytime I've brought a car to him, he's had me back up and running within 24 hours.Needed my car for a meeting on Friday and he was able to take it in Thursday night, replace the parts and belt and get it back to me by 10am Friday. Never had that level of service from a car shop before. Can't recommend then enough. Great pricing too!

I have been a loyal customer of Automedics for two years, and ever since I have turned to them first for any issues or concerns I have with my vehicle. I recently contacted them with an problem related to my windshield wipers, which had stopped functioning. Jeff and Keith were able to see me immediately, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. Not only that, but they noticed a small piece of trim missing from the windshield area. They ordered the part, and within another few days they installed it for me. As I have said before, the team at Automedics always demonstrates a commitment to great service, integrity, and to going the extra mile to ensure that I am completely satisfied with the results of their service. I am very glad I found them!

I am so happy with these guys. Jeff was so helpful and friendly. He didn't me like "a girl" who was ignorant about cars. His diagnosis was spot on and the work was done quickly and under the quoted price. He's also texted me a few times just to ask if my car was running ok. I would recommend this so to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Keith and Jeff are great owners who act in a fair and straight forward manner. Very timely responses, and they will explain in detail what options you have to address any issues. They even follow up after to make sure everything went smoothly and that your car is not experiencing any issues. I would definitely recommend them for service.

I have an old car that has some electrical glitches. I've taken it to Automedics for this and other problems, as well as for regular maintenance over the past few years. Keith and Jeff are very experienced and capable, and are an absolute pleasure to work with.! They're friendly and go out of their to make their customers comfortable, to accommodate schedules and get the vehicle fixed properly. They're great about explaining what the possible problems are and what they found after they've done the work.
