They did a great job. They matched the color perfectly and worked out the scratch really well while fixing a previous attempt by a different dealer. Really nice and professional. I'm taking my other car there shortly

I had my 2020 Tesla Model 3 stock 19 rims powder coated satin black to match my chrome delete and couldn t be happier with the results. They also repaired a couple of my wheels that were damaged and it looks flawless. I had a very pleasant experience overall as everything was thoroughly explained and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend them to any fellow Tesla owners who want work done on their wheels.

These guys have done really great and consistent work on my vehicles as well as the vehicles of friends and family I've referred to them. They're priced reasonably and are also very transparent if you have something going on with your wheel that they recommend replacing rather than charging you to fix and you getting stuck with another bill later.I highly recommend their services.Pro tip: email them photos of the damage and then call and leave a voicemail (they usually don't answer because they're working but they're great about calling back and sending photos straight away will save some back and forth).

Oh, I wanted things to turn out well and for the most part, they did. However, when I pointed out the uneven clearcoat and ripples in the paint, the response I got was "What kind of repair do you think you're going to get for $225?" My response to that is, well, I don't know. Can I pay more and get a "more better" job?But that was not an option. It is what it is. Curb rash on a set of wheels was cosmetically soothed, so to speak, but it just doesn't look very good. It looks okay, and it is mostly acceptable, but because of this, I am buying a whole new set of wheels because I can't look at these without cringing. Guess I learned two things: don't let your kid drive your car, and buy new wheels instead of getting them a facial. Oh well. Nothing is perfect. Okay is okay, so three stars.

I was very up front with what the damage was and what needed done, Straight waist of time going here, told me 200 to fix the rim if I brought it in off car, then when I get there they told me ow no it s actually $200 per weld and since there s two cracks it s gonna be $400 to weld and another $50 to take off the tire from rim and put it back on, I was told there would only be an up charge if the rim was still on the vehicle which I took it off and drove 35 mins there and 35 back just to have my time waisted

Doug and Aaron are very professional. They diagnosed the shimmy problem in my classic Mustang and fixed it. The steering wondered and needed work, they fixed that as well.

I had a low profile tire blow out and when the weight settled it bent the rim (aluminum alloy). Alloy Wheel Repair were able to bend it back and make it look great. Their work was better than i expected. It isn't perfect because there is no perfect fix with aluminum, but that was a serious bend they fixed and buying a replacement was almost impossible. I've clipped my rims on curbs and have caused far more damage than was apparent upon their fix. Their fix exceeded my expectation. They did a great job and they had staff available after hours to help me out when I requested it. They exceeded my expectation and they cost less than I thought they would. That seems like the mark of a great company.My experience with them was better than I expected. Finding their shop might take 5 more minutes and a few more tries than you're used to, but they are the best at what they do. They are worth the wait and they are worth the trouble finding their shop (it really isn't that hard).

Owner was very down to earth and friendly, prices were expensive ( but you get what you pay for!). Experienced in preparing Tesla wheels which are notorious for curb rashes. Was able to repair curb rash on three of the four wheels, One of which had a very large gas on one of the spokes which was also repaired. During the repair process they found cracks in two of the wheels ( likely during winter time with potholes in Seattle) and was also able to weld repair the cracks as well before doing a powder coat in speedway Gray which matched perfectly. Highly recommended and would use their services again ( hopefully not too soon as I'm going to be more careful when driving!)

I ve been working with Alloy Wheel on several cars now, from scratch damage to having wheels painted, they always did a great job. They work fast, and keep you updated (which is very important to me). The last project with them was a tough one, and once we got it right, it was clear I wouldn t go anywhere else. I scratched the aluminum lip of one of my wheels on my 911. They fixed the damage quickly, but the shine of the lip simply wasn t the same than on the other wheels. It was a small difference, but car enthusiasts will understand, it matters. Alloy worked on it several times, for free, all while making sure the car was kept out of the weather. One never hopes that anything goes wrong, but it is those times where the difference in how a business operates really comes out. I m super satisfied. I recommend you ask for Shane, he shepherded all my projects there.

Got screwed buying used wheels after mine were stolen that were actually bent. Took them to these guys and they did a great job inspecting the wheels before attempting any work educated me about my odds of success and the costs. No surprises, they communicated clearly and accurately and even though they couldn't fully straighten the wheels I'm totally satisfied with the work performed. Great shop!

They did an wonderful job fixing my damaged rim. I scrapped it pretty good on a curb, and you cant even tell it happened. My only complaint if you can call it that, is I had to dismount my rim and put on my spare in order to get the rim fix quickly. Other wise I would have had to wait weeks. Other then that top notch.

The guys at the shop are very professional, and did a amazing job repairing my damaged rims from a botched tire installation at a local facility. They came out to my house first and decided they couldn't do it on site and in the end they were perfect again. I will highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job fixing my wheel, it had a nasty curb rash that is completely gone now. I have a 2018 STI and they were able to remove the damage then precisely match the factory finish. They also got it done in 1 day, took the damaged wheel off and put my spare on then switched them back when I picked up my repaired wheel.Good people doing good work.

I've used AWRS twice. The first time, my bodyshop had AWRS repair a couple wheels on my wife's M3 and I was really impressed by the shop's work so I asked for their name. BMW leaves some unique slight machine marks on their wheels and they did a really nice job of replicating that finish. The second time was to take a couple of poorly-refinished wheels that I bought off of Ebay in for evaluation/repair. At all times their customer service has been top notch. Whether you're a picky, detail-oriented "car person" who wants their wheels *perfect* (like me) or a normal person that just wants to, perhaps, have their wheels fixed before selling a car to maximize the price, I think you'll feel comfortable dealing with these folks. Professional and fair. Highly recommend.

This story began when I started up my car after moving to a new location. The windows were frosted up and I had to let the car run for about 15 minutes before I could see, and I had completely forgotten by then that I was parked next to a curb area on the right hand side of the car. As you can imagine, I took a right hand turn and heard a crunch when the rim scraped said curb. A well known dealership referred me to this business in lieu of buying a new wheel, which would have cost a lot more. Alloy Wheel Repair did an outstanding job of making it look like nothing had ever happened...they refinished the entire wheel without any traces of prior damage. More importantly, they found that the tire (front right) was unsafe to drive upon due to sidewall damage, and replaced that as well. I I would recommend Alloy Wheel Repair to anyone looking get a similar type of repair done. Excellent service and outstanding price, $175 for an entire machined wheel refinishing. Keep up the good work!

The alloy wheel team efficiently and skillfully trued my damaged Mercedes wheel. The manager set my mind at ease by explaining the process and devising a backup plan in advance of the repair. The technician who completed the work was happy to fill and check all the tires on the vehicle and reset my TPMS sensors. Each person I dealt with at Alloy Wheel Repair was prompt and polite.

Can't knock em to hard because I cannot attest to the rim repair they do, only the blow & go part.Whole experience could have been much better in many ways, but let's face it, did you expect dealing with your DUI was going to be a good experience in the least?To hell with smart start though. They can go blow themselves.

Check if tire leakage is caused by damaged wheel. They found nothing wrong, removed excess sealant Costco put on tire, honest and friendly crew, only charged $25.

My wife damaged her wheel, I sent a picture, they requested I drop by to see if they could fix it, they could not but provided me with replacement recommendations. They we're even willing to unmount the tire to inspect it all free of charge.
