My insurance was promoting a prominent national chain, but their reviews were not so great and they didn't have a location close to me. I was able to use my insurance for All-Star. I filled out the form on my insurance site and All-Star called me right away. The guy I talked to was extremely nice and set up an appointment for me at their shop in Totem Lake (conveniently right by Fred Meyer). They got me in quickly and the work (replacing my windshield) was also done quickly. Everything went great and All-Star will be my choice for auto glass repair/replacement in the future as well!

After taking a golf ball size rock to my windshield on 522, I had a huge ding and felt like I needed to address it quickly before it spread. I was lucky enough to be referred to All Star by a family member. Wow they did not disappoint! J.D. was the tech that made the repair and did a fantastic job. He was extremely nice even though I m pretty sure I interrupted his lunch. Great job, thank you!

I made an appointment, showed up on time, they got right to work on my car, out of there in less than 10 minutes. Repair quality is top tier, service was A+, and JD was super nice and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this shop for all your windshield repair needs.

Staff here is amazingly helpful and nice. I appreciate so much the way they treat their customers and the excellent service provided. The reason I give 4 starts is because after fixing a windshield rock chip, I can still see a little crack which I would ve appreciated if they mentioned that would be the case to set a real expectation of what fixing a chip means.

Thank you JD and Team! My wife's car was broken into. They smashed the back window. I called All-Star the next morning. JD got the glass delivered and installed same-day! The Team there were all great. They were 100% invested in getting our car back on the road. JD was extremely kind and helpful. Truly refreshing customer service. There isn't another call to be made if you need help with auto glass. <period>

Rear passenger glass was smashed on my Lexus. All- star sourced the replacement and had it installed within 6 hours of initial phone call. Happy with the service and price.

All-Star replaced my windshield last May. It was beautiful until I got hit by a rock on the freeway and it put a nasty chip in my 6 month old windshield. Took my car back to All-Star and was shocked (and a good shocked) when JD told me "no charge - because it's under our warranty". It's the small things that make it a good day.

Very good and quick service from this team. Got my rear windshield replaced after it had been smashed in theft attempt. Hopefully don't have to come back again but recommend for others!

After calling the national chain "Safe..." and getting an operator in Salt Lake who could not answer any questions but insisted that I make an appointment first. I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment only to be told they could not handle replacing my windshield and rear window. My insurance recommended that I call a local company and I found All Star Auto Glass in Kirkland. It was like night and day. I spoke to the JD who runs the shop and he answered all my questions and said they could do the work and also get me in the next day. I'll never go anywhere else for my auto glass needs, They are professional, expedient and do high quality work!!Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Cannot recommend since this place changed owners (Used to be Service Auto Glass). Experience with the new ownership was very poor. Dropped my car off and turns out they didn't have my windshield in stock. 3 hours wasted. Then turns out it will cost 50% more to get it done. If you're looking for a windshield replacement go to a local mom and pop store and not one of these chains.Service: Auto windshield repair

Made my day! Fast and easy chip/crack repair fill.Whatever it was that hit my windshield, wasn't very loud, so I was shocked when I saw the damage.I stopped in to All-Star Auto Glass to get an estimate and make an appointment, no need, 15 minutes and All Done!! Thanks guys

The people at Service Auto Glass are so nice! You can just tell they are kind, genuine people. I had to get my windshield replaced, and they did a great job. If you get to meet Lola the dog, consider yourself lucky, she s such a sweetie! We called multiple glass companies to get my windshield replace but couldn t get an appointment because of how busy they were. We called Service Auto Glass and booked an appointment for me. They did the most amazing job I have seen. They are very professional and cordial. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this company. Outstanding service, quality, and communication. Mark got me in right away and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes. Overall, Mark does fantastic work and is a great guy - good conversation as well. This will be my go-to spot as long as he's around. Pricing is also very affordable. The last place I went to charged double what Mark charged. Also, ask him questions. He's very knowledgeable and has been in the game for a long long time. Today I learned that if you have adaptive cruise control or any of those new radar features (if they're on the windshield unit), you MUST get it recalibrated after a windshield replacement. Good stuff to know so I don't have sticker shock when that time comes. Top notch service, Mark! Keep up the good work!Service: Auto windshield repair

My windshield got hit by a rock four days ago and I wanted to get the chip filled before the windshield started to crack.The first place we called had a multi week wait for an "appointment." I did a search for "windshield repair near me" and called this company because they are only a couple of miles a way. They were willing to squeeze me in if I could get there sometime within the next hour. Thirty minutes later they were looking at my windshield. The tech said something along the lines of "... the outside layer is broken through so it may crack when I put pressure on it but I will see what I can do..." He was able to patch it with no cracking and about 15 or 20 minutes later I was on my way. Since it is a patch I can see where it is if I look for it but it is way better then it was and it is over on the passenger side so the driver does not even see it. All in all I am very happy with my experience today and will probably use them again. They were friendly and worked me in with no lead time, between jobs, which was a big plus.Service: Auto windshield repair

If you need good old customer service and repair done this is the place to go.About a month ago I went to this place with my box truck from Philadelphia long ways from home I needed an emergency repair on my passenger side mirror. They fixed my problem right there and then. From the lady in the office to the technicians super nice people. 5 stars. Thank you again for taking care of me. Went to Service Auto Glass with a same-day appointment. I was advised by Mark that the chip in my windshield was just a small pit that he repaired in about 5 minutes. Not only was the service great, but Mark is an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers, which seems to be lacking in many places today. I hope to never have window/windshield problems again, but if I do, I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Service auto glass to anyone needing a windshield replaced. They are a preferred vendor for state farm insurance, very convenient. After the initial installation we were not completely satisfied and they made it right. Customer service and workmanship is outstanding!
