I don t like to g e 5 stars because I expect great service as a standard from a company. However, Rocky from AK towing was the most professional and fastest tow truck driver I ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure to work with! My car was loaded and we are on our way within less than five minutes and drop off was the same. Plus he has an epic beard straight from Viking GODS!! Highly recommend this company and if you have the unfortunate opportunity to be stuck on the side of the road, definitely give Rocky a call!

I had an unfortunate experience with my car breaking down recently, as I was sitting there feeling helpless and frustrated, a gentleman named Rocky from Ak Towing stopped by out of the blue and offered a helping hand.Rocky's genuine concern and willingness to assist were evident from the moment he stepped out of his truck. I was strapped for cash and had no money for the services unfortunately. Rocky was kind enough to even offer me money from his own pocket so I could go get gas for my vehicle. Rocky is a genuine, kind, and caring person. He is a model employee and has truly set the standards for this company.

I called triple A for assistance and they sent me rocky and he was great, he called me with an eta and was there on time, his experience with towing my dead vehicle was amazing and I was astonished how quick he got me home and helped me push my car into my parking space. I would recommend rocky for anything regarding towing he was very respectful and knew what he what he was doing. Thanks rocky!!

My car broke down at a parking lot and needed to be towed to a repair shop after calling AAA. Rocky was great - he's prompt, courteous. professional, and towed my car carefully. He called me ahead of time letting me know he's on his way and his ETA. I felt reassured knowing he'd take care of everything well and he's very experienced. Great service and experience. Rocky was fast, efficient, and friendly!He called right away to let us know his ETA, and called again just a couple minutes before arriving. We had the pleasure of DJ helping us tow a work-in-project car tonight, and safely delivered it to our apartment. He was friendly, respectful, quick and efficient, and impeccable with his angles!! Rocky was wonderful! Called us before arriving. Verified my ID and confirmed AAA dispatch details. Very patient and communicative while our hybrid s security alarm kept going off. Answered all my questions and explained how the drop off would work. Texted me a picture confirming the drop off. My vehicle's transmission was causing issues and I ended up calling AAA. Rocky got assigned to tow my car and he was very kind on communicating his ETA, and even offered to fill out the paperwork at my mechanic in Kirkland since it was late at night and had to do an overnight key drop to save me the trip. Would absolutely recommend Rocky!

I had a flat tire around 10pm in the rain just close enough to home to be annoying and just far enough that I couldn't walk home and deal with it in the morning. AK was called by my roadside assistance and David showed up way earlier than I anticipated, was incredibly nice and fast and helped me get back on the road so I could get home safe. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had when you're in a situation you don't want to be in. Thank you so much!

Rocky called me from AK towing in advance and let me know how long he would be and surprisingly was quicker than the eta that he gave me, rocky helped me off the road quickly and safely. His customer service was very good and I would definitely recommend rocky from AK towing to everyone who is in need of a tow. Thanks rocky.

I had a bad alternator and required a tow. The car was a 1974 MB 450SL so I requested a flatbed which AK Roadside sent. The driver, Rocky, was professional and very careful when loading the car since it sits low. After several attempts to position the truck it was impossible due to the slope and tilt of my driveway. Rocky unloaded the car in front of the house and then helped me get it into the driveway. Again, Rocky was very helpful and professional. Ignoring that I needed a tow, I was very happy with the service.Services: Car towing, Battery

Rocky came all the way to north bend late 2am rocky was very professional and respectful when he came to tow me to my house I really appreciate that AAA sent rocky from Ak towing he was awesome. I see now why everyone recommends rocky when they need a tow.

You don't want to need their services, but I ended up in a situation with a disabled vehicle in my driveway. I called them up to schedule a tow to a repair shop and they were polite, professional, and communicative throughout the whole process. The tow truck showed up on time with a courtesy call a few minutes before. The driver was very friendly and took care with my vehicle. Payment/receipt was all digital and simple. If I ever need a tow or local roadside assistance in the future I will definitely call them first.Service: Car towing

I'm writing to thank David Evans from AK Roadside for his fantastic service the other day. My car wouldn't start and was stuck in a parking garage. It was a little complicated to get into the garage, and David coordinated with me beautifully to find the correct entrance. Once inside, his cheerful and open manner was soothing after my long and difficult day. He diagnosed and fixed the battery issue in mere moments, plus gave me a reading of my battery health that he explained and sent to me. He also advised me on what to do next. It was like having Firestone come to me :-). I'm grateful to David for his help and his amazing attitude. Thank you!Service: Battery service

Can't say enough good things about the service I received from AK Roadside & Towing! My car battery died on a Friday before a holiday weekend and I was stuck in the parking garage at my apartment. From the time that I called AK Roadside & Towing to the time the technician left my building, it was under 40 minutes. The tech tested my battery and replaced it in amazing time. Payment system was straightforward and easy and I was back on my way. Would highly recommend and I'll use them again if I'm ever in a bind. Thank you!Service: Battery

Wow! I cannot express how much I appreciate the help I received on the day I was in need. My day that went from bad to worse became good again thanks to Victor. Our interaction was short, probably like 4 minutes at the most, but within that 4 minutes Victor not only turned my day around but reminded me that there are still great people in this world. I m so thankful for him not only for how kind he was in helping but also for the reminder of the good still in this world.Thanks again Victor!!!

Awesome awesome awesome! I will only use AK roadside for towing, forget triple A! Much easier to go straight through them. The staff and driver are more than kind, helpful, and caring. I know enough about diesel trucks and Washington trafic laws to know that the modifications needed to "roll coal" are quite illegal in Washington state. Truck with liscence plate D50808C got mad at me when he failed to merge properly and then over took me and purposfully produced a massive loud of smoke. Fix your trucks and hire people that aren't idiots

Got my u-haul van stuck in a mud in an alley and spent way too long attempting to get it out. Called AK they came within the 40 minute estimate and were able to winch it out safely and in less than ten minutes. This was my first time ever using a tow truck so I don't know if price was good/average but I didn't care. I honestly didn't think they could do it based on the position it was in but they did and I'm super grateful. Would recommend!Service: Car towing
