Wonderful Local Storage Unit facility! I used them for over 1.5yrs, not only were they responsive to any needs I had, when I experienced some "conflict/unintentional hate" from another tenant; reliable storage was quick in settling the issue and making the facility a safe space for me as a person of color. The staff has been absolutely wonderful, kind and extremely down to earth. Both myself and my Pup were always greeted with kindness (as well as puppy treats) every time we visited. I highly recommend Reliable Storage!

Kingston branch is all self service FYI. No manager on site and when I went to call them (during business hours) I was unable to get through.However, after hearing about this their CS team reached out and were very apologetic and were able to help so serious props for that.

We had a great experience with Reliable Storage in Kingston, WA. Carol and Sue, in the office, were always pleasant to speak with and helpful. It was also quite cool that they have a YARD SALE each year, where unit renters can set things out for a yard sale. Our belongings remained safe and the service was great.

Carol was so helpful in showing us how everything worked and helping us get settled. The unit was very clean as was the truck which we borrowed to move our stuff. I had used Reliable Storage 10 years ago and got great service both times. Now my daughter is renting a unit too.

Great unit! Needed a small space as I m a travel nurse who s been out here for a bit. The grounds and unit are well maintained. Carol got everything set up quickly and was very friendly!

Excellent online signup to rent a unit! Information on units readily available. Follow up questions by phone were answered quickly and courteously. I m happy to have my unit locked in and ready for my move!

Carole was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. She let me see different size units and chose the right one for my needs. The place is secure and clean! Prices are great and paperwork is quick and easy to get through.

We ve been here for several years now. We have two storage units and our experience has always been wonderful. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. I would recommend this place.

The workers in the office are first rate and extremely helpful to find us two of the perfect units. Our first units was for storage of our trailer. It is hard to find trailer storage. They had the perfect place for ours. Second was a smaller one. Just moved out. Moving in and out was very easy

This is a very clean and well run facility. We have stored our boat there for 13 years. It is near Kingston Marina, where we launched and retrieved. Office staff is conscientious and efficient.We found another covered storage at half the price.

Walked in unannounced looking to rent a small unit for a month. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Carol was very helpful and made the process very easy and an overall pleasant experience.

Reliable Storage is a fantastic facility. My unit was clean and had easy access to the main highway. The team in the office, Sarah and Carol, are great! Very understanding and adept at handling my on again off again schedule!! I would use again and highly recommend them!!

The office people were always nice and did everything to make renting experience great. Very friendly and always greeted me with a smile and a wave. I would definitely rent a storage unit from them again.

My wife and I have been here for about a year. The new manager's at this branch are extremely helpful and friendly. Sarah showed us additional storage there, as we are consolidating from a 3 bedroom home. Not only did she answer all of our questions, but the site has remained pristine, and almost immaculate. When arriving early for load's to the storage unit, I have seen the manager's picking up any trash and debris left from storms or customers.The level of security is also very comforting. Fenced, cameras, gate monitoring system, and both the manager's live on-site. Very happy with the service provided here. Thank you.

We have stored our belongings and small boat trailer at Reliable Storage in Kingston, WA for several years. Our experience with them has been stellar!! The facility is incredibly neat, tidy and with excellent security.The storage units are extraordinarily clean.Now to the best part of this facility - the staff! We have mostly dealt with Larry Pruitt and, on occasion,Faye Pruitt. These are two of the most honest, professional and knowledgeable individuals we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with in the business world of any business! They are very warm and welcoming - had we not relocated to Bellingham, we would not ever have changed locations. Best Reliable Storage Facility with the best staff!!! Five stars plus!!Lani and Dick Adams

Excellent customer service! Sarah answered the phone on Sunday when they were not open. She came downstairs on her day off, was extremely informative, friendly, and professional. Got me into a unit with a free month deal within 15 minutes. During the hecticness of the move I misplaced the unit key, my license, Etc and Carol has gone above and beyond what anyone would expect from a unit manager to accommodate and support me AFTER I paid! They also have a yearly garage sale put on by the people renting the units. A very welcome sight in today's world where seizing people's units because of late payments is glorified on reality TV.

Had a great experience renting a unit in-between moves, using the moving truck and buying packing supplies from them. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and truly does whatever they can to help. This was the easiest part of a very stressful month for us!

WOW! I was running around Kingston trying to find supplies and stopped by Reliable as a last effort. Was really surprised to see they have almost all your packing essentials. The young woman who was working in there was the best I've experience customer service wise, and she got me squared away. Trying to move is always a B**** she made the day better, and also was super surprised they have a complimentary moving truck. There location is also very convenient!

Sarah Davis is amazing! We've had quite a busy life recently and we have two units with them, and when we lost a key Sarah came to save us and cut out lock and helped us get into our unit! She's kind and can answer any questions!

The staff here are great and feel like family especially even after the first time coming in. The move in truck is free to use given you replace the gas you use driving it and don't cause any damage to the truck that isn't there already, and the location itself is easy to come in and out of. The facilities are clean and tidy and there's no hint of dust dirt or even cobwebs in the units themselves.
