I buy parts quite frequently whether it's working on my own projects or helping out friends and family. This store has become my go to parts store especially if I am looking for something obsolete or hard to find. The customer service is always great and they go above and beyond to help get me exactly what I need. Shout out to Ileta, Kari, and Matt in particular, if any of the 3 of then are working when I come in I know I will leave with the part I need in hand or ordered and on the way.

Showed up to store 10 min before closed. All light off and open sign turned off. Figuring they had to close early we searched for new location. While we were sitting there another person walked into the store and purchased a car battery. Seeing that they were in fact still able to make purchases we walked in. Once inside we were told it was after 6 (it was 5:58) and they were closed. I asked nicely if we could still make one purchase seeing as they were in the process of a sell with someone else at that moment. They refused. We had no choice but then to drive 40 min in the dark to another store where we could get a head light. I did not take the below photo with plans of leaving a review. I took the below photo for safety to be able to show a cop if we get pulled over for not having light so that they can see we had tried but Napa had closed early (well at least to us) tonight.

I ordered a hub for a Jeep Wrangler, over the phone. The person who took the order said it would be there by morning, and they would call when it arrived. Next day, no call. I called at noon and they said it wasnt there and they'd call. I called at 5:30 , just before closing....not there. They said they'll call when it arrives.. well, it's been four months now and they still haven't called.UNBELIEVABLEThank goodness O'rielly kept their promise.

Guy behind counter was rude dismissive unhelpful unknowledgeable. Store is disorganized and cluttered hard to find products. Stupid expensive 10 for 2 rubber hoses less than foot long they never have parts in stock total waste of time going here

I stopped here to pick up some coolant when my older Jaguar displayed a LOW COOLANT FLUID message in perfect BBC English accent.The staff were great. They helped me find the right coolant and came out to the curb to help me put it in the radiator.Thanks guys and GIRL

Poor customer service. Got there and realized that I left my wallet at home. Told them I would be right back. Got to the store as they were closing and they did help me.

The service was excellent! I purchased a new headlight for my car yesterday and Waylon took time to install it for me. I wouldn't have been able to do that myself. Thanks again for your help!

Always a good experience to go to my local auto parts stores. There are a few older guys in there that have brought the entire staff up to speed I couldn t imagine being a parts counter employee you basically have to guess what parts a lot of customers need based off of their vague description.

Ordered a filter on the website for in store pick-up. Website stated that the item world be ready in 30 minutes. This was at about 3:00, a few minutes later I received an email saying that my order has been received and I would receive another email when my order was ready. So I went ahead and did what I could until I absolutely could go no further without the filter I had ordered. At this point it's now just after 4, so I check my email and I have no new email about my order. Website says they close at 6 so I figured I'd give them a little more time to fulfill myself order. At about 4:45 I still had no email so I decided to just head down there. As I pull in I noticed a couple customers had just left so I parked right in front on the doors. The lights were still on as was the open sign. As I approached the doors I could see the employees back by the counter. As I tried to open the doors I discovered they were locked and a little hand written note with "temporary hours" on it and now had closing time on Saturday at 5 instead of 6, but I could still see the employees and figured that since I had already paid online it would be a quick transaction. So I knocked on the door and at this point the employees inside all headed to the back of the store so I called the store and it rang and rang until they turned the lights off and instead of the call going to voicemail it just disconnected. I have no problem with them closing early and maybe they didn't see me at the door or hear me knock or do anything to their phone to cause it to disconnect my call. My problem is why in the two hours before they closed did I not receive an email or phone call. So I went to O'Reilly's , they're open until 7:30, and bought what I needed. O'Reilly's is in Poulsbo and I live in Kingston, so needless to say it's out of the way but after this I'll never go to Napa again.

Great small town auto parts store. If they don't have it, they can order it for you. It's so nice to find a business that still values customers. Fabulous service always.

I went there to get two parts for my SUV's tail light. I needed the bulb, but also the outlet piece that connects the bulb to the wires. The guy that was there to help me had no idea what my brother & I were telling him we needed. I got the bulb, bulb he said he had never heard of the other part we needed. It was like it was his first day and knew absolutely nothing about cars!!!! He never asked any other employees if they knew either. Like his opinion was it so take it or leave it. I was sooooo disappointed. I will be going to the other parts store in Poulsbo.

I love the smalltown feel to this place plus its local ownership. They usually have what you need or they can have it within a day or two. The staff is very helpful, but about 50% are truly knowledgeable.

I do like the Napa store. Lot of very helpful people, willing to help with fixing auto part and checking for problems. This last trip, I just had a wire connection problem, no real problem. The time before, lady found my gas cap problem, put it on, still problem. I had to go to auto shop, for them to discover, right diagnosis but she put the wrong part on. But over all, I really do like Napa in Kingston, wa.

Awesome customer service!!! Thank u for letting me park in ur lot while kingston's main street was annihilated with ferry traffic to run across the street. You guys are awesome!!

Kingston Napa employees standing outside, spouting transphobic, violent remarks talking about how it's okay to hurt trans peopleI now pledge to never take my business to you. I will not condone the extreme violence, you employees, you boasted and laughed about, it made me sick to my stomach. Disgusting and unprofessional

I'm not a car mechanic....So there always seems to be a awkward stare between me and the employees while I'm trying to explain what part I need or repair I'm doing......But besides that helpful nice little clean auto part store....

If your looking for low quality Chinese knock off parts that will leave you stranded this is your place.If your looking for knowledge and customer service forget it....not going to happen.
