Beyond grateful for this shop! I had bought some wheels in February from a online shop and they sold me the wrong size then refused to refund or exchange. I thought I was at a complete loss, so I came by and Tony helped me figure out what I can do to get these wheels on and I m sooo thankful for him. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this shop to everyone I was very happy with my service! Tires also came with a warranty! <3EDIT: I m bacckkkk! And ready for something new! Tony made ordering these wheels for my car a breeze. I m in love! Thank you so much :D

Best Service I ve had in a LONG time. I noticed a nail in my tire while I was your shopping so frantically began looking for a place to take it. After three places with little to no trust in their services, I stopped in here. The gentlemen were so quick to help. Sometimes it s hard to trust people with your ride but these folks made me feel super comfortable. The wait to get it fixed was super short too! The young gentleman who helped me knew his stuff! He made what could have been a horrible day turn into a smooth one. Thanks for getting me on the road safely. Needless to say I now have a new tire place to go to. Maybe I ll get some rims too! Probably not I m not that cool lol.Honest work, very reasonable price, super clean environment.

Took my nissan to get tpms program and they sold me 3 tpms sensor and they wanted to sale me the 4rd tpms and I denied. So I took the nissan somewhere else to get tpms program and light is now gone. Not happy with the bussnies they provided.

I had the pleasure of buying my new set tires at Wheel and Tire Proz on 1/8/2024 they came Highly Recommended by a friend of mine .I searched by my plate and secured a quote for the tires and was overwhelmed by the lower cost . I called 30 min later and was told they had those tires in stock and if not they could get them by afternoon. I said, do you have availability today and they said yes if you drive over, we should be able to take care of it for you. I was 20 minutes away and when I arrived, I was greeted by Tony very friendly, who is who I talk to on the phone. He pulled my car around. He said there s actually a tire comparable that s a little less expensive. I ll bring it and let you look at it and you can choose which . I ended up going with the one that was a little lower cost and was in shock to leave with four new tires alignment under $650 with an hour of my initial contact with them. I would highly recommend this business friendly staff fast and efficient service and truly the fact that nobody tried to upsell me at a time when my finances tight was a plus. Thank you Tony and your staff at wheel and tire proz!!

I have been to different tire shops and no comparison to this place!The whole entire crew members from here are nice, respectful , professional and quick.Mr. Anthony, I believe his the management person there.He took his time to answer all my questions and also place a reminder for the next time my tires will need to be rotated. He was helpful, respectful and patient. I would advise family and friends to stop by and check their good inventory of tires and rims.

Got rims and tires here once, and also had a friend who got an alignment, coilovers, lowered his car, new rims, and even stretched tires. They just do it all when it comes to wheels and suspension. The prices are good and make sense, the employees aren't afraid to take care of the customer, and they do it all safe, fast, and exactly to the customers specifications. Great spot for car enthusiasts to know about.

I had my front brakes done here. The two guys in the office so nice so accommodating. They had my car done in 1 hr. Good work real good price. I'm not a fan of Auto repair shops in general. I'll be a repeat customer to this shop. Thank you

They got me out in under an hour. Went in for the Groupon special for alignment, balance, tire rotation. They did good, though I was waiting for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. So customer service is key. All in all, they gave me a detailed analysis of my car, a before and after printout of everything. Will recommend

These guys are the best. Did a lift kit, wheels and tires for my Ram 1500. Unbelievable job on it. They took care of me. Very efficient and best value. You can't go wrong with these guys! Jose is the man!

Had all four tires replaced 2 months ago with exceptional customer service. Despite one of my tires going flat again a week later, they were able to replace it for free pretty quickly. Really great people working there.

I purchased tires online and Wheels and Tire Proz was my local installer. I set my appointment up online, got in and out in no time. The employees are professional and engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Brought a Miata in that I recently purchased for some new tires and alignment. Everyone at the shop was incredibly nice and helpful, they even helped me adjust my coil overs to a better ride height. I almost got home and one was too low making the tire scrape they fixed it no problem. Overall I m happy and will be coming back for any of my alignment/tire needs :)

I went in for a wheel alignment and I didn't know my control arms were pretty much busted. I knew they were bad but not as bad,they could have done the wheel alignment easily and not have ever told me but instead they showed me what it was doing and let me know how dangerous it was to be driving with the control arms that bad. They're very trustworthy and do great work. I will be returning with my other cars. I Highly recommend these guys!

They are knowledgeable friendly and have great financing options not only do they do wheels and tires but they also do full suspension services as well.... I recently bought new tires and had an alignment done there as well.... I was very impressed with the friendly staff and their knowledge. This will be my only place for tires and suspension from now on. THEY ARWE FANTASTIC !!!!

Needed tires asap on a Saturday and called around, everyone was either swamped or didn't have my tires in stock. Called this place and they said they have my tires in stock and they told me they were busy but if I come in they'll get it done within an hour. Sure enough pulled up and they were busy but got me in new tires and out and at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend! I suggest you call before going to make sure they have it in stock. Thanks guys!

I took my car to get serviced for a tune up,oil change,brakes and rotors. Day 1(day of initial service,diagnostic 1): mechanic nonchantly informed me they broke my key fob(with no explanation on how) but placed some black electric tape on it said & put in writing they would pay for a replacement. Car/engine was making a rattling noise. After checking my fluids they had left my radiator & reserve empty I refilled immediately. Made contact denied fault. Day 2:car/engine still shaking/rattling/sputtering. Made contact denied fault. Day 3:checked fluids & found a wrench under hood left by mechanic on day 1 which they said was one of the noises I was hearing from it moving around in my engine until it found a place to fall. Made contact,sent pictures & photos. Day 4(diagnostic 2):car stops/breaks down. Towed to mechanic accepted fault & agreed to fix. After work was done,car was still having the same issue. Shop kept car overnight. Informed me it wasn't safe to try & drive. Day 5(diagnostic 3):didn't have a definitive answer on cause. Car STILL isn't safe to drive as advised by 2 separate mechanics at shop. 8/8/19(almost a week later)was told my replacement key would be ready at noon. After several phone calls & given the run around. At 3:30 they said they were ready to fix my key which was too late I had to go to work so we agreed on the next day. 8/9/19 vehicle STILL NOT fixed. Had to get vehicle towed & noticed they had broken my oil cap(which they admitted to) but they didn't know how or where it was. They AGAIN,left a tool INSIDE my car on my passenger seat. Why? I have no clue when none of the repairs were needed inside. Manager then refused to speak with me(over the phone or in person) or replace my key. 8/20/19 my car is STILL at the shop(not theirs)I'm having to fix the damages due to their negligence & NO I STILL DO NOT HAVE A NEW CAR KEY! I've called multiple times & either they leave me on hold for 15 minutes or more or they disconnect the call. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy!

All the staff was very friendly and professional. Brought my T-bird in for new wheels and tires, and they helped me select just the right set of rims. Ordered the parts, arrived the next day, and the work was completed quickly. I will go back for all my wheel and tire needs.

Good guys. Had a Allan wrench stuck in tire close to closing time. They didn't even hesitate to help. Had me in and out in 10 min. Very comparable prices on tires. I will get my next set for them.

I went there to get a set of 18 inch rims and tires.They had a lot of options to choose from and gave me the right advice .Looked like they knew what they were doing.Very good customer with a nice waiting room.They also gave me free flat fixes for the tires I purchased.Will definitely go back.

This place is a joke. I set up an appointment and verified the tires were in stock. I had to take 2 hours off work to make their last appointment ( my problem not theirs) just to show up and have them tell me they sold the tires (their problem). They offered me 40 bucks off but losing 2 hours of work is worth way more than that.

Found them on craigslist and went there to get one new tire put on but ended up purchasing a whole new wheel and tire set for my Escalade EXT. I bought 26 inch rims and they look so good on my truck now. The guy upfront help me pick them out and he did a great job. Their price was so Great I couldnt resist. They did a great job on getting it done and did the easy financing. Great customer service and would recommend them to anyone. Will go there again for any future business.

Got a flat tire & found the nearest tire shop near me. I was assisted by a boy named Antonio who was really polite and got my car ready in about 15 min. WILL COME AGAIN :)

The guys at wheel proz were very very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with me getting new tires put on my car. Their customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. I highly recommend them to anyone I know! Thanks guys!
