I have a pickup with a truck camper mounted on it. I have been using Torklift products for over ten years and am very happy with them. Their customer service is second none and will always get you the information you need.I live in Maine and traveled to the Seattle area to visit my son. While here I called for some advice, they had me come right in and took care of my truck. They have a great team of people here.Thank you.

This place amazed me. Large professional team specialized in hitch installation. Apparently lots of customers drove from Seattle to get their service here. I got my Chevy Bolt EV a hitch installed here. Staff is friendly and there's a waiting area with chairs and couch. They did a great job. I recommend this local business!

I've had 2 hitches installed on my vehicles by Torklift in Kent, WA, one of which was a new build on a new vehicle that did not otherwise have an available hitch on the market. I really appreciate their emphasis on balancing functionality of the hitch with minimizing the aesthetic impact on the vehicle, when possible. The quality is top of the line, in terms of the hitch itself and the work they do on the vehicle. They take great care of your car. This is the only shop I'd trust to do a new build on a new car, and it is awesome that they are willing to be the first shop to figure out what will work on a new vehicle. Thanks again to the whole Torklift team!

I visited Torklift to have a hitch installed on my Subaru Outback and I had a fantastic experience!Not only were they quick in accommodating me but also flexible with my hectic work and pre-move schedule. Everyone was kind and patience, answering all my questions with respect and courtesy. They were great to work with and the service they provided was exceptional.I'm extremely pleased with the outcome, the towing and move went very smoothly, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Torklift Central of Kent WA, did a custom hitch install on my 2004 VW Jetta TDI. What an amazing job they did just like artful masterpiece. They powder coated my hitch rated for 5,000lbs with stainless steel bolts for my 1,200lbs tear drop trailer. Pulled with ease and confidence. They also installed 7 way connector, brake controller, they made everything waterproof. Ben Wolbert took excellent notes and had excellent service would highly recommended him.

Highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service, friendly staff. I have been using this business for several years to work on my trailer hitch and other miscellaneous needs. Always hassle free quality work at a reasonable price. And these folks will fix anything. It doesn t matter what it is, if they have the equipment, they don t hesitate to help me out.

I had a great experience with Stephan and the Torklift Central shop as a whole. I had an aftermarket front bumper and grill done and had an unknown issue fixed with my electronic side steps which was also fixed. All work was initially quoted, but they dropped off the additional labor for the side steps since they were able to resolve the issue so quickly. These guys operate quickly and with integrity, and the price was good as well!

I tried to pick up my new travel trailer and was told my 7 pin socket wasn t working on my truck. They recommended Torklift and I m glad they did. I called late on a Friday and they agreed to take me in first thing the next morning. In about an hour they quickly diagnosed and repaired my 7 pin socket. These guys are awesome!

Well the reviews speak for themselves. However I must say they exceed my expectations. I bought a hitch for my prius from another retailer. I was going to install myself but ran out of time. The price to install was very competitive. I would recommend you just come here for your hauling needs.

We have used torklift a few times on a few different trailers. They really know their stuff. I ask a lot of questions and they were very attentive to my needs and communicated well. The pricing was good, service and communication is great. Highly recommended. Trailers are a steep learning curve and they have been invaluable in helping us get it all figured out. They did a lot of small things to make sure that we were taken car of and I apppreciate it.

We came up to Renton from Texas to help our daughter move. When we went to get the rental trailer, we found out our hitchnwas broken and needed to be welded back together.I called several "mobile welders" and never even got a return call.I called Torklift in Kent. They had me run over they took a look. They got to me the next morning and had me back on the road by noon!Amazing crew and customer service.If you need anything hitch or tow related go see these guys!I am so happy with their service and customer relations.Thanks Torklift team y'all are awesome!

We're in the process of purchasing our first camper trailer and went to Torklift Central to purchase the Equalizer-Weight Distribution equipment and ask questions about it. The tremendous and knowledgeable expertise the front counter provided from Drew, Cody and Stephan had answered every question that I had asked, plus additional info that I didn't know I had needed. I had so many people recommend Torklift, even other businesses who could also have done the work, that I didn't feel like there was a better place to go. Definitely the truth! Got started AND finished exactly on time. Every employee was prompt, engaged, kind and sharp! I feel very confident I can trust the job is done right! They recommended a modification to the job and because of the sheer number of trusted recommendations, I could not feel better about this job. Cost exactly what they predicted.

The team of professionals at Torklift Central have been so good to work with over the years. They've installed braking systems on 2 of my RVs and Toads, as well as guided me on multiple towing setups on my Superduty and Jeep. They complete the job on time, and stand behind their work. Thanks Ben for your recent help getting the airbags installed on my Gladiator. They're working great, and the techs suggested valve placement works better than I could have hoped for.

Had a chance to order a trailer hitch for Sienna hybrid, needed it shipped fast without paying extra, asked customer service if hitch is in stock and when it can be shipped, it took 6 days since my mail about shipping until I received it in Warminster, PA.Super fast and nice customer service and shipping, really liked dealing with Torklift.Keep up doing great work folks!

I ve been thinking about the Torklift StableLoad Kit for my GMC 3500. Finally pulled the trigger today. I apologize for not remembering the three technicians names I had the pleasure of working with, but they really know their craft. I had the upper StableLoad Kit installed and was on my way in less than an hour. The truck drives much better as advertised.Thank you!

Had a Torklift hitch installed on a brand new Hyundai Ioniq 5. The install is a pain - bumper pulling and cutting. The end result was an absolute work or art - simply perfect. I will go back for my next car.

We were scheduled to pick up our camper trailer on Saturday morning - it was our first time towing with the Tacoma and the guys there did an entire inspection to make sure we were ready to hit the road safely. They were close to closing up shop but stayed and installed a brake control system to make sure we were good to go. Drew spent a lot of time going over procedures when towing, weight distribution, braking, etc. Phillipe and Stephan were also wonderful and had a lot of knowledge about everything. We are so grateful for them as this was a special trip marking 1 year since my dad passed. Able to get his camper out to the lake and spend the entire weekend fishing and telling stories about him. Wouldn t have been possible without Torklift!! Can t wait to get the Taco back in to them to install the equalizer. Thanks so much everyone!!!

Tork Lift in Kent is awesome. I was planning to use my car to tow a trailer for an upcoming move. After a quick inspection, I realized my hitch wire was damaged. I called TorkLift. Not only did they order the part and get me in on short notice, they were faster than expected in completing the work. They figured out they could repair it with a splice rather than completely replace it, so they did it at no cost! I couldn t believe it. What a welcome surprise to kick off 2024. Staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Tork Lift in Kent!!!

We are on our second truck using Torklift tie downs and spring loaded turnbuckles, and we are *very* happy with them. Our current setup uses FastGuns which protect our Northern Lite camper and maintain the warranty on it, and they are quick and easy to take on and off - something I really appreciate every time I stop for fuel since I need to remove one to gain access to the fuel door.Every time I need to call customer service for advice my call is answered quickly and the support person is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like a valued customer which I appreciate very much. I have no hesitation in recommending Torklift!

When it comes to saving the day, this shop is where it s at! I came in needing last minute help with the flat tow plate on my Jeep (that they didn t even install). A main bolt came loose and fell out, making it unsafe to continue flat towing. They squeezed me in and had me safely ready to continue my travels. While I was waiting I saw others come in with last minute challenges of many different varieties. The depth of knowledge of the staff and willingness to help and get everyone back on the road is amazing!! I would recommend this shop for any tow related needs.

I own a small trailer that I haven t used in a couple years. I fully loaded it with recycling items only to discover the trailer lights were not working. I called Torklift Central and expressed to Ben my dilemma and brought the fully loaded trailer to them. Brandon assisted me with diagnosis and adjusted the wiring. He recommended I replace the bulbs in the tail lights and tail marker lights and to head to the sales office. Ben collaborated with Brandon and before I knew it, Brandon replaced all bulbs and repaired a crushed side marker light for me. The service here is exceptional and I was helped on the spot. My profound gratitude to both Ben and Brandon!

Look no further if you want excellent detailed work and customer experience parallel to none. Audi dealership referred me to work with them, and I wasn't disappointed.I made the novice mistake of getting a wrong hitch that doesn't work with my ebike rack... they were not just willing to take it back and help get the new one swapped in.Best customer experience.
