Your employee has extremely aggressive driving and road rage almost ran me off the road by Boeing in Renton. This man should be ashamed of himself trying to intimidate a single woman on the road.

Excellent company. They take professional pride in their work, and in their services with individual homeowners. What's more the installers believe in going that extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new windows and with the whole experience. My windows are energy efficient. They look great and my neighbors give the look an A+ and are going to have Sunrise give their condos a new look. Great windows are only as good as the installer behind it.

Great experience. We had them replace the glass on two windows in our house with broken seals. They came out to give an estimate quickly and got us a quote fast as well. Additionally, they came and installed the glass the same day they received it and worked around my schedule. They were also half the price of another place that I had received a quote from. I would definitely use them again if the need should arise.

I had a great experience with Sunrise Glass while fixing up my storefront. Gene, the owner, showed that he cared throughout the process and went above and beyond to make me happy. The end result was fantastic and did not break the bank. I highly recommend this company!

Spoke to a number of companies regarding replacing all of our windows in our home. This was one of the few that came over, asked for our preferences, went over the options and why, and gave us a reasonable quote in record time. The installers were really nice guys, super fast and very competent. I intend to use them again to replace a set offrench doors. Really good people!

Very friendly and courteous people to work with. We are a senior care residential community and the two gentlemen who came did a great job and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Our residents have said that their rooms are quieter and the heat now stays in. Thank you for the quality work and we look forward to working with you again.

Our team constructed the Bellevue Square tower. Bottom line is, Sunrise is the best subcontractor we've EVER worked with. Estimating, scheduling, project management, glaziers, the list goes on.Communication was smooth: our measurements were tricky, given the curtain walls we needed to install. These guys came out several times and did what it took to get everyone on the same page ... and ACCURATE! Thanks again guys.

Not only are they reasonably priced they are accommodating & honest. Several years ago I thought I should replace our sky window & they came out inspected it said there was nothing wrong with it. Don't spend the money. Who does that? An honest person/company!!I've had them replace a broken glass pane & cut glass for or cabinet.Their price was 30% less then the other companies. Yes, I recommend Sunrise Glass in Kent.

Recently had some vinyl windows installed in my home. Rob was wonderful and took time putting them in. He even gave me some paperwork on how to apply for the state rebate program. The new windows looks amazing and are keeping the heat out. Thanks Sunrise!!!

I ordered a racetrack shaped glass dining table topper. This required a to- scale trace of the table top. Tim and his assistant at the Kent location were most helpful in placing this order. When the topper was delivered it was perfect. Could not be happier with this purchase. Five stars

EVERYONE Please watch out for this company!!!! They never have customers and I found out why.I ordered a glass table top, gave them the exact dimensions and the radius on the corners it cost me over $200 ( You'd think that for that price they would do a good job).Anyways, I picked up the table top and it was HORRIBLE!!!! The corners were W.A.Y OFF. I gave them a call right away and the lady told me she measured everything and the corners measured exactly the measurements that i gave them. Than after talking to her for a little bit she than repeated herself BUT in a different way. She said " I do not want to argue with you, the corners were measured ALMOST exact to what you have ordered.".....Umm Ma'am I didn't pay you to have the measurements done ALMOST exact, I paid you to have them done EXACTLY EXACT.She didn't want to talk to me anymore..........Please go to a different glass company, unless you want to money for not the exact measurements. Please find a professional company to do the job right.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!

This company is wonderful. I had them redo a leaky window and though it took a while for them to get here, it did get installed very quickly and the men were very nice, I would highly recommend them to anyone

Customer service is absolutely terrible, I ve never contacted a company and got so much attitude and carelessness from MULTIPLE people. I wouldn t recommend them to anybody I m going with a different company.
