This tire company put on new tires and three days later two lugs broke on left front tire. Took car else where and it cost. These individuals have saftey issues and I would not refer friend nor neighbors to this company. A RIP OFF

Please listen up. On January 10,2024 I went to Riders Auto Repair and Tire located at 24453 Pacific Hwy S. in Kent cause my truck needed some work. The owner informed me he needed $300.00 down to order the part. So I went to pay him, he asked if I could pay with cash so I went to the teller and pulled $300.00 that was on a Wednesday. I waited till Friday and called asked if he had ordered the part. He informed me he did. Monday was a hoilday so on the 17th 7 days later I returned to the shop to inquire about the part. He begin to get rude and ask me if I had a husband. I asked what does that have to do with the business we are conducting he said he refused to speak to me and when my part comes he will call me. I kept my cool and I just left. Friday comes the 19th I call and ask if my part had arrived he said. Come Saturday morning at 9am I was there at 8:50am he come to my truck and tells me my part is in Pasco Wa. And when it comes he will call me. At that point I said no I don't want to do business and to please just give me my money back. He said he was not giving me anything back. I said that's where wrong I called a man to come up there so he could see he was not about to run over me and take from on 1/22/23 I went back today my part still not there he gave me back my 300.00 I do not recommend this place to no one. He was rude disrespectful and feels he can talk to women any kind of way

Came here for several of my cars to get some work and these guys did an awesome job in a timely manner. Finished my resonator delete in 20 minutes and prices were more than fair, I ve recommended a few of my friends and they got the same treatment. Overall, I d rate it better than 5 stars if I could, returning here again for any of my exhaust and tire needs. They also outsourced a custom set of tires for my vehicle at a reasonable price as well. They do it all!

I ve gone for nail removals and to purchase used tires and have never had an issue. Up until today. I went in for brand new tires they said 550 if I m paying with card 500$ with cash, I said that was fine, I was gonna pay with the card. They came back and said there card reader wasn t working to go get cash and that it would be 550$. I said oh you just said 500$ if I pay with cash, they said the prices just went up I took my money and went elsewhere, plus the tires they wanted to give me looked cheap and used. Also they were not very friendly and looked miserable. Here s a tip, if your friendly and in a good mood your gonna make better customer connections and make people happy.

Fast and friendly service. Good prices, Got my car in right away for a break pad switch out. Gave me a chair to sit in AND gave my son a Gatorade while he was hungry and throwing a tantrum. Plus they have a shop dog! What more could you want five stars all around. Definitely recommend, will absolutely go back.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Their customer service was top notch. We pulled up to get my friends tire mounted and balanced, asked if they could do it today, and they did it within a few minutes and had us back on the road. Very reasonable price for the service. Will keep them in mind for my next tire need.

Took my 83 cutlass here because I was told by a friend they do good work and very reasonable pricing. The first time I was there they did a really good job from what I thought they did owner was really cool at nice said once my hydraulics were put on my car that I could come back and he would adjust anything and upgrade the sound to be louder for free or in his words a cup of coffee. The owner charge me 160 more to switch out the exhaust for a louder ones. When I came back Service wasn t as polite waited a very long time expressed how there was holes in the worlds they put the exhaust to rub on my driveline. Spent almost $1000 and the service and professional work was definitely not very good I was not suggest someone coming here to do a full exhaust. I have to now pay another $40 for someone to do a better job and welds and correct her issues very disappointing wish I never went there.Service: Exhaust

Be aware!! they are THIEFS. I took my car for repair, they fixed the noise coming out of my car but also steal the part. Now my car has other issues. When i took it back, he denied and stated nothing wrong with my car. I took it to other auto repair, they told me what thay have done. I took my SUV in needed for a custom mid-pipe repair, they did a horrible job. I drove my suv there was a loud noises and a smell of smoke inside my truck. They charged me $350. I went back the next day all of the employees had a different diagnostic in what was wrong all of them were just guessing after a while they didn t even fixed it, they claimed they are "not liable" and said they can't do what they said they could earlier. Don't waste your time and money in this place. If I could do a 0 star, I 100% would. I will never recommend this place to nobody. They are not even professional and they don t have the expertises to this type of work. Service: Exhaust

Took my s14 here telling them it was low and needed a custom midpipe, when they install the exhaust I brought with the car. They put the exhaust too low on the car and did a horrible job, and still charged me $350. After I found out the exhaust was this low, I called and after multiple tries of getting a hold of them, they claimed they are "not liable", and said they can't do what they said they could earlier. Don't waste your time and money here and go to Pro Exhaust in Auburn, WA who would do a better job with more work for less cost $. If I could do a 0 star, I 100% would.

UPDATE! It's now a year later, May 2019, and I'm am more grateful than ever for the team here. Thank you for taking care of our community. I wish I could give more stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've relied on this small family owned business twice now, for two different vehicles, and was VERY happy with their customer service and the work done on both occasions. Their pricing is great, their advice and knowledge are both reliable, and I for one will continue to be a repeat customer.

One of the best go to for just about anything that is wrong with your car, they are all professionals with great service. Just let them know what you want done on your vehicle or just ask them to diagnose your car and you can go from there. Fast friendly and to the point. I took my truck there to have a tire change and it only took about fifteen or twenty minutes, brand new tire for an alright price. GREAT JOB RIDERS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

He was on time, he was professional, he was knowledgeable and he did a great job. He did extra. He looked at my compressor and made sure there were no leaks in hoses, then replaced with another compressor unit. So, it was running fine. No other recommended repairs. I would certainly recommend that mechanic

They took my truck in upon arrival NO appointments set. They weld the tail pipe to the rear in an instant. I did bring my own part tho which was nice and to see them work on my car infront of me is a plus. These guys worked on it right away. Satified with the welding of tail pipe. Truck runs and sounds smooth and I am satisfied and happy with the results. Thanks Guys.

I repeat do not go to this place. I m a single mother it s Covid Juan graces claimed he fixed my brakes, suspension, wheel alignment he absolutely nothing I went so far to take it to les Schwab and i was told Juan completely ripped me off of 1800 dollars. I have proof and videos. He told me I was ungrateful about it when he put my life in danger and my son.Services: Transmission, Wheel alignment, Brakes

This was the worst exhoust install I've ever seen.Asked for a catback exhoust and got a chopped up welded back together with two different size piping exhoust instead. I won't even take my truck back to get it fixed I'm afraid what they will do to it next I'm getting it fixed elsewhere. The welds look like my 10 year old did them.

Been coming here since 2010 better then leschwab and the last legitimate non suit and tie shop off pacific hwy. Good hard working team, good tires, good brake jobs, great welds.You dont got this kind of stuff from box brand shops example: leschwab, jiffy lube, big o tires.They also use a real lift that lifts at the tires and not the frame which other box brand are known to use which drop your car off the lift when done by in experienced techs.

I took my mustang 65 here for a new muffler. But I didn't like how it sounded so I brought it back a week later for them to fix it but the owner was rude and ignored me the whole time. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend coming here.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They charged $55 to swap 2 tires and didn t even do balancing on them, so if you wanna pay twice this is your stop

Came here to have some axel back exhausts installed on my 2012 mustang. They were quick and a lot cheaper than the last shops I went to
