Absolutely phenomenal shop! The owner works there and is very honest. I went to another shop and was told I had something wrong, I took it here, as I have been going here for almost 20 years but it is over an hour from my house.Mark let me know everything was great! I did have a torn CV boot, and that was very good to know! He is an absolute wealth of knowledge and a great person! Highly recommend!

Mark did an amazing job on my 1993 F150, she drives straight as an arrow. After multiple bad alignments at Les Schwab, I found Puget Sound Alignment and I m not disappointed. Mark was very knowledgeable and explained to me how each adjustment affected the alignment of the truck. He explained to me what was out of spec and what he adjusted. I am very pleased and if I wasn t moving out of state next week, this would be my go to place from now on. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot speak highly enough about my recent experience with Mark and Puget Sound Alignment. From start to finish, they demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, honesty, and customer satisfaction.They are very knowledgeable. After conducting the initial alignment, the car pulled in the opposite direction. They could have easily overlooked it or brushed it aside, but their integrity shone through as they helped realign the car. They went the extra mile to ensure I left their shop completely satisfied and confident in the work they had done.No wonder why they're super busy, which is completely well-deserved :-)

Was surpised to find out they had the shop space to align my Limos, and understood they really "didn't like" limos because they have limited room to move them around but was really happy to hear they would do the job for me because things were a little slow for them and they had room. Mark did the work, Lonnie helped check over the front end. Picked it up and it drove great, no issue, very pleasant experience with 2 great people. If you are having some work done here, understand all business right now are struggling, leave them a tip or make a donation. They are truly one of this areas best in the business.

This is a great person, owner, very honest and punctual. Please set up an appointment before heading to get your brakes or shocks or rowters. Very honest very good price and best work trust me.

Really great service. I brought my Tacoma in for an alignment after lifting the front end and installing larger tires. Mark helped me out and he really know his stuff. He was very professional and was able to set my alignment up perfectly to prevent the tire rubbing issue I had. Best alignment experience overall. From walking in a day before my appointment and still getting service, to getting a story on each adjustment. I was recommended by a local performance auto shop that they are your go-to for lifted and 4x4 vehicle alignment issues. My truck tracks solid even under braking well worth the price!

Came here because I was referred by a family friend, read nothing but great reviews. Arrived at scheduled appointment and the gentleman working was the only one there, being the daughter of a mechanic I know the difficulty of running a shop alone. I was very impressed by the great customer service, he made sure my son and I were comfortable while we waited and even showed me documents proving his efforts on my alignment. I would definitely recommend this place, and wouldn t go anywhere else for any alignment needs in the future.

The gentlemen at Puget Sound Alignment are the best mechanics around. They have worked on a couple of cars for me. They will do quality work. If you talk to them about what you can and cannot afford, they will tell you everything that needs fixing then they will tell you what they would fix if it were their car. They are wonderful. Well worth the trip in to get your car fixed!

These guys are legit. I worked mostly with Mark but Lonny was respectful too.Mark was hardworking, honest and thorough. And most importantly he kept it real. He took the time to communicate with me about different ideas for solutions to my vehicle problems and since the work he did, my 'ol rig is running good as new. I appreciate the way they did business. Will definitely be a return customer.Thanks again Mark, you guys keep up the good work. And GO HAWKS

Very honest, professional, and thorough work at a great price. I was actually shocked at the price as it was very reasonable. Mark did a great job aligning my sedan. It drives like it s on rails now.

I've known Mark and Lonny for 17 years now and are the only ones I trust to do my alignment or differential work. I have sent many people up here and have always been thanked for the recommendation. Keep up the good work guys!!

I took my car to get alignment because it was pulling to the right. After they were done all the work and they said it should be good. When I drove my car it still pulled to the right. I took the car back to their shop the same day and they refuse to fix the problem. They said that nothing wrong with the alignment, they can rotated the tire but have to charge me for it. I feel that they didn't fix my problem at all. I will never go there again!

Afforable , but always so busy, appointments are a week to 2 weeks out only one man working it all by his self , but worth the wait , I will return when I need him

This is the best alignment shop in the state of Washington. Lonnie is a true artist the owner of Puget sound alignment. He's honest, a true artist with alignment. Lonnie is who other alignment shops call for advice and instructions. Like a doctor's doctor, Lonnie, of Puget sound alignment, is the alignments alignor. Hopefully that makes sense. In short, he's able to figure out & fix alignment problem the majority of other alignment shops cannot fix.

They do excellent work here, I've been going here for over 10 years for alignments, diagnosis of any strange sounds or behavior, estimates, etc. Excellent work at a fair price, won't take my vehicles anywhere else

I have my car aligned here. After it was completed i drove away and the car still pulled left. so i called back and told him what i found, he insisted that it was nothing he did but was willing to try realigning it. when i got there he made me feel very stupid and insisted it was nothing he did. the car still did not drive straight, i will not be going back here.

After Goodyear damaged my car while doing an alignment (which they also screwed up), Puget Sound Alignment got everything back to working condition and my car drives better than it ever has. Thanks!
