TJ is a great guy. Not only was he great with his customer service but he was great conversation and super friendly. He helped me diagnose my cars issue and happily swapped out my battery and cleaned my terminals then retested the starter and problem was solved. He likes his job and it shows. I'll be back soon with my truck for him to help me replace that also. Great employee!! Not to say everyone else there wasn't friendly and welcoming but he's the one who helped me personally.

Had a great experience with staff at this location, specifically Aaron! He helped change my headlights and brake lights, despite the fact it was pouring rain outside. He was very kind and knowledgable, will definitely return for any car needs.

I m not much of a car guy but tonight was my first experience recycling used motor oil and a car battery and I just picked this location at random on my way home from work and dalton, who I assume to be the store manager, was very helpful and was very clear with directions on what was needed from me. I had made a purchase on some license plate frames and new hardware for it as well and when I found that I didn t have nearly enough to complete the purchase, he had discounted my items. He is an absolute angel and seemingly fun guy. Staff is very cool and nice and I absolutely recommend this location.

While visiting my brother and family in Kent Washington. I went to O'Reilly's with my brother he purchases his clients auto parts from there, and when we exited the vehicle the beautiful smell of grilled food crowded our vehicles and nostrils. O'Reilly's store manager was grilling up some deliciousness. Customer appreciation lunch. And YES he has on his p.p.e. and the viddles were really goodThis is one guy who knows what his customers want, need and like.

I must say that Alex is amazing, he tried so hard to help me with changing my front lights. Ultimately after several of his tries, I had to take it the shop. Tyler resolved of the issues that occurred. The absolute best in customer service, these guys provided me! I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I have been here several times and will always go back. Thanx for everything!!!

Whoever was working at the store on Friday at 9:45 AM they know longer need to work there. They have anger issues I sat and waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes the person was in the back sounds like they were hitting some thing I was saying hello multiple times and no one answered me and then randomly I hear him say loudly I m about to punch this wall and made me feel scared, and made me feel so uncomfortable. All I wanted to buy it was a Bluetooth receiver.

Our sprinter van had an oil overfill issue. We pulled into their parking lot and bought equipment to diy fix it. Great staff. Especially Tua, was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service! Be careful when using your card here! They said my card was declined but it wasn t. It took out the money out of my account. Corporate says it will be reversed. My bank said that s not true by looking at my account. My bank says they took the money. Now I have to dispute the charges?! This is a warning. Be careful of their card reader or employees taking your money. I won t ever shop there again.

This is, by far, the worst O'Reilly's store I've been to. The employees are rude and pretend they know absolutely everything. You try to price match anything, and they won't do it as advertised. Never had any problems with any other stores, but this one really got on my nerves.

I first went to car toys to scope out license plate holders. They did not have what I needed. The gentleman at Car Toys was professional enough and kind enough to send me to O Reillys. They re just happened to be an O Reillys right down the street from my house. The minute that I entered the store a super nice gentleman named Aaron greeted me and asked me if I needed help and then told me where I could find what I needed, then came back to the aisle to make sure I knew exactly what to get and and explained everything. I then asked if he would be willing to mount my new license plate holders for me as I was traveling the next day. He did it without even thinking. Such amazing customer service and kindness to go the extra mile for me. Aaron I will not forget your kindness to me as well as good conversation too! Thank you O Reilly s.

Marcia and Aaron were super helpful with helping me get my headlight fixed, I couldn t find a place open who would do it for me and Aaron came out and changed it out for me in less than 5 minutes. If they hadn t helped me I would have had to drive home for 2 hours at night with a headlight out. Thank you so much guys!!!!!!!

I went here to get a windshield wiper replaced and the sales person helped me put it on it was very helpful I would go back there again for any kind of parts wonderful staff

I really like the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kent. The gentleman I dealt with today was very helpful and assisted me with replacing a problematic low beam head light...I drove away feeling well waited upon. That for a woman that understands some mechanical issues, but not many is admitting a great deal...

Phone number does not work. We have been calling all day to have some oil filters delivered but everytime we call we can t get thru. We called the other O Reillys and they told us they can t help us cause there s another O Reillys that s closer.

O Reillys is the best store ever I had tail lights and brake lights went out of my car in the customer service there was great Mean the guy actually came out and fix my whole car I was on the highway with no tail lights no signal lights and he got me fixed great customer service greatest customer service ever ORiley so everybody vote OReillys gets 10 stars

Just a normal O'Reilly's. Not impressed with service, I called for a part to be ready for me when I got there and I had to find the part again and wait for then to go pull it from the back..
