Alex is amazing and a HUGE blessing to me and my husband! He diagnosed and changed out the battery in my FOB for my 2012 Subaru Outback this week. He saved us so much time, money, and stress. Thank you to Alex for your mechanical mind and giftings and thank you to O Reilly Auto Parts for being open after church on Sundays! You have two happy customers and one locked car!

Will not ever return to this location. And that's sad cause my daughter's car needs a lot of work and we had been going there. This morning I needed to purchase some items and got there early. I waited outside till it was after 7:30 then I tried the door. It was unlocked so I assumed they were open. The lady working ( I failed to get her name) was not happy I was there. She said she was not open yet and told me to leave. She said someone left the door open. Normally I wouldn't mind but she was very rude. I just got back in the and went to Autozone. Guess they get our money now.

It was great. New guy working(cant remember his name) butwent in for a thermostat gasket and check on an intake gasket availability. I was in & out pretty quick. The new guy thanked me for my patience(but none was needed)there was a beautiful dog behind the counter named "Loki".

The men who work here are always incredibly nice and respectful. Always very patient and helpful. But the older blonde lady that works at this location, always speaks at me and raises her voice. There is absolutely no need for it. Everytime I come into this location she is always having an issue with someone. So thank you to the men who work at this location, you are blessings.

Jesus was beyond helpful! I had no idea what I needed for my car. He was able to look at my license plate and see everything I needed to buy accordingly. He was also very knowledgeable about all the programs O Rilley offers like free check engine light and rental tool program great customer care!

DO NOT GO SPEND YOUR MONEY at this location. I have been spending thousands of dollars with O'Reilly's over the years from running automotive shops or my buying for my personal use or family. I had to buy my lifetime warranty part that I had already replaced because I didn't have enough time to remove the defective part before they closed, no big deal because they have always gave me great service but not today. When I was talking to the manager of O'Reilly and I told him that I needed a refund on my lifetime warranty part he told me straight up no because the lifetime warranty starts again? How can a lifetime warranty start all over again? Can someone help me out because I don't understand the manager thinking. He didn't even look in his computer system to see how many thousands I have spent. On a monthly average it's comes around 5k. I personally think he just didn't want to do his job and that makes me upset since I pay his wage. After I got the part warranty at the other store I call the original store to let him know what happened and a guy named Jesus answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager and he asked me what about so now I have to tell him my story and I would have to say it again to the manager but Jesus kept talking over me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. So here is the deal O'Reilly as of today I will tell my stores to stop buying until I get a formal apology and give both of your teammates some training before they go back on the counter representing O'Reilly's. Working in retail for almost 30 years I always worried about the customer that didn't complain because I wouldn't know what to fix.Ron

Bought $80 wiper blades, and asked that they can be installed. I was told the other guy was using the bathroom. I left after 20 mins of waiting. I ll just install them myself

Needed a Sylvania 9005 Basic Halogen Headlight Bulb (Pack of 1).O Reilleys price: $16,99.Lowe s price: $7,97Walmart: $9,97Would like to know why the exact same bulb cost 2x more at O Reilleys?And by the way, every time I see a company not responding to customer reviews (or maybe 2-3 times in 2 years like in this case) it says it all: They don t care what their customers think. I don t care either and will not do business with them. Yes, I know..you don t care. Merry Christmas.

I love O'Reillys and shop there frequently, this location however I would avoid like the plague. If you're looking for excuses and lies, Robert is the guy to talk to. If you're looking for a straight answer or accurate information, look elsewhere. There's another O'Rielly at the bottom of the hill here in Kent and they are Significantly better in every way, if you have the choice, go there.

A couple months ago I went to auto zone across the street for a tail-light. When I asked for help the guy just said no and walked away. This time I needed a headlight so I decided to try O'Reillys and I also asked if they could help. Right away the guy said yes, came outside made sure he had the right tool because my headlight has a screw in a tight spot. Made sure it was on properly and had me check that it was working. Overall he was super friendly and has great customer service.

The nice man TJ who works at this location is extremely helpful and seems to care about helping people with car issues. He was very helpful to me as I had a very stressful evening and addressed my problem I was having at the worst time possible. You need more employees like him.

Had a good experience with a young man named James. Had a dead battery. James quickly tested my car battery, determined if was bad, went to his computer database, showed me the model I needed and installed the new battery for me . . . all in about twenty minutes. in - out... easy squeasy. Great job, James and O'Reilly.

My husband purchased a part from them this morning which they did not have instock at the store so the manager offered to have it sent from the Puyallup location which would be ready for pick up the next morning. My husband respectfully declined the offer saying that he would like to pick it up today so he would make the drive to Puyallup. Well, we had some unexpected and more urgent matters pop up a little after he left the store so unfortunately my husband want able to get to Puyallup to pick up the part. I decided to call the store and inform them of things and I asked Fernando if it was possible to now have the part sent to the 240th location since we were much busier than anticipated and wasnt sure when we would be able to get to Puyallup after all. Fernando was extremely rude and abrupt with me. He told me no and that the sale was done and final and there was absolutely nothing they could do for us now. He quickly hung up the phone. I called back immediately and requested his name which he hesitated telling me that the manager on dutys name is Chris. I did not ask anything about the manager so I asked his name again. He proceeded by asking me what I needed and then asked what he could do for me. So AGAIN, I requested his name which he finally gave me. I shouldn't have had to ask 3 or 4 times for his name. He heard me clearly. It's obvious that Fernando desperately needs some indepth one-on-one training in customer service. Idk, customer service is not for everybody.

This O Reilly is the worst. The staff is very unprofessional and just tap their mouths. This is a very ignorant place. I won t be coming back to this location EVER. Staff is ghetto and the atmosphere is not opening at all !!

This store needs new leadership. I frequent this location and the staff is helpful, especially Libby. She made a minor error on my last visit and needed help. The "boss" (some balding guy) came out from his cave with a bad attitude. He was extremely unprofessional and rude to both her and I. I tried explaining what had happened but he didn't listen to me or even make eye contact. I have been shopping with this company before they were O'Reilly's and I have never had an experience like this.Libby, hang in there, girl! I am a manager and that "boss" of yours has personal problems he is bringing to work... that disgusting behavior in front of customers would be their last, if that were my store.

Have been here couple of times and it's been a great place to stop in for part's. Got some help, they helped replace my front end light and fixed my bumper up was really nice and would highly recommend this location.

I bought windshield wipers here. Staff was courteous and helpful. Windshield wipers work great. Also got a drill bit set that I am enjoying.

Had my girlfriend stop in and take her windshield wiper blade in to the store and ask for help finding the two small screws to mount it to the arm.The on duty Manager Emma went to her computer to look it up and when she had no results said sorry there is nothing else they can do. Sending her back to her car with one functional wiper blade on a rainy afternoon.It's two small screws. Nothing out of the ordinary or unique. I feel this would be like not helping a customer get wd-40 because it didn't come up in their parts lookup.This was their on duty manager.Don't waste your time at this location and try maybe the staff in the North Auburn location.

Terrible customer service that s why I took my business right next door to autozone. They had 4 employees in the store and couldn t help me with a simple task since they didn t have enough staff available lol what a joke. Again no one was in the store I hope they manager sees this.

I needed a headlight, wipers and a/c recharging so I headed to O'Reillys because I've always had great customer service. I always need help installing my headlights so today was no different. There was a nice gentleman Bill working who found everything I needed AND installed my new headlight as well as answering a few questions. I wanted to ask for help with the wipers but thought maybe I'll watch a YouTube video and do it myself, or at least TRY it! Bill wasn't sure he would be able to get to it since it's such a tight space but he did and I'm SOO thankful! I've been driving with one headlight for weeks! O'Reilly's definitely has THE BEST customer service ever!

Great experience here .... I purchased some air conditioning R134a for my truck and they were incredibly helpful I was having trouble and a gentleman by the name of Jesse came out and help me now I have cold air in my truck thank you Jesse thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for anyone thinking about working on their vehicle try going to O'Reilly's first you won't regret the experience

I have a check engine light on my vehicle. They hook up the device and found the issue. And helped price the parts I need to fix it. Very nice and helpfull. I will be back to get the parts I need.
