They really helped last visit helping me find an inexpensive wrench which I ended up not needing. Very helpful. They are not too busy. They aren't trying to upsell you. I've been going there for twenty years. We must have ten shops in a few square miles.

This is the place for hard to find parts with knowledgeable staff. I believe this store is a main hub so the inventory is pretty well stocked. The crew is always friendly. I feel a sense of confidence in buying parts there because I don't end up with the wrong part even when I don't have the original part with me. This can happen from time to time at other parts stores.

If I could put no stars I would there service sucks if you need anything don't go to Kent store I was the only person in that store and alls I wanted to buy was some antifreeze and I was at the line the lady says he can help u I'm busy which clearly she wasn't and the gental man that was counting his till to leave said just before this someone will help u out in a minute and I'm like are you kidding me I'm the only one in the store and I was waiting for like 15 mins for someone to help me and she said he can help you I'm busy I will never be a customer to Napa ever again I will go out of my way to go to Orieleys 5 miles away just because Napas service sucks

I was so impressed with their service! I walked in with my part number Logan looked at it knew what the part number was for checked to make sure they had it in stock, went and grabbed it and I was out of there in 2 minutes max! Logan was friendly, he s got amazing customer service, and he didn t waste any of my time which (my time is very valuable to me!)! I m happy I came here! I appreciate the service!

The guy working there was so rude. I tried to return brake pads and rotors bought from other location. First he asked to return at same location i bought them. And Then he said will take him long time to return. Then i insist him. It just took him 2 minutes to return.

Awesome customer service. Blake was personable and helpful. The car wash took my license plate half way off so he suggested an anti-thief cover and installed it for me. Pefect!

Update: I got in touch with different sale rep named Steve, who was pleasant and happily processed my return after hearing my full explanation and also explained that even though it is technically against policy to accept electronic returns; exception can be made on case by case basis. I really appreciate the pleasantness from Steve and update my rating to 5 stars.This goes to show that customer service goes a long way. The sale rep who work on Saturday noon shift was rude and had a stand-off attitude over a trivial matter. That sale rep needs to be re-trained on customer service.**************************************************************************Bought the battery maintainer, but battery stays dead so naturally like most people, I would want to return it because it s no use to me, but the sale rep decided not to take it saying I already plugged it in once so can t return it. I believe the sale rep made up his own policy while Napa return policy clearly states all returns are accepted within 30 days with receipt. When I asked him to show me anywhere in the policy that I can t return it after plugging it in once, he cannot produce any evidence. The sale rep obviously doesn't know how to run a business for NAPA sweating trivial stuff instead of focusing on big picture of retaining customers. One unhappy customer could mean potentially multiple customers loss since words get around. Won t do business here in the future and will discourage anyone from going here!

I was helped by Blake I believe that was his name. Dude hooked me up with some batteries. Really nice and friendly dude so now im here giving him a shout out for awsome service and was my 1st time shopping at napa. Autozone who? Will be doing my shopping at napa for sho lol

They always have what I need in stock. Their prices are competitive and the parts and other products are good quality. The counter employees are professional and knowledgeable. I trust these guys more than many of the other parts stores.

This shop seems small but the staff are friendly and the prices are usually comparable with online. They typically either have what I want in stock or can get it to me within 24 hours. To be fair I own some pretty old and sort of unusual vehicles. This is my preferred parts store in the Kent Covington area.

I am SUPER MAD! I call around to find the best price on a front rotor for my mazda. They tell me they have it in stock and i drive there and its closed! The phone#on the website is still Covington and they even say they are open! Lies ! I call them back &she says they been closed for 4 months! Update your website!!!

I stop here for as many of my auto parts needs as I can. I bought new hood springs last night and they installed them for me! They always offer to install new wiper blades whenever I purchase them there. They provide good advise and suggestions on how to fix car problems that I describe to them. Grat guys at this location.

Not very friendly or helpful and prices are higher than other stores. There's a NAPA across the street from where I live and I prefer to drive a few miles out of my way to get what I need than shop at the NAPA near me.

Go get a 5 gallon Napa bucket for $2.99 and fill it up with items! Their bucket sale is back with 20% off 3 or more items you can fit in the bucket. The staff at this location are helpful and friendly, and the store is well stocked. I got the tie rod end I needed for my 2004 Jeep WJ, a nice set of 16ft. jumper cables, and a Monster Jam licensed hot wheels toy monster truck for my son, oh, and the 5 gal. bucket, too, all for $60!

I never had problems with Napa parts but just recently bought a fuel filter (Napa brand) for diesel truck and the filter cracked in the middle of Highway and fuel leaked. I ve never seen this before and I would be very careful when I will be choosing filters next time.

I went in to this Napa yesterday to buy a new light bulb for my tail lamp. Darius asked to see my vehicle and the tail lamp I was talking about. I showed him, he asked me to pop my trunk and he fixed the light. I didn't need to buy anything and Darius was very helpful and great to talk to. I recommend this Napa Auto Parts to anyone who needs something for their vehicle. I'll be back here for sure.
