Honestly, I did an online order and went ok towell,only that Erick puts order ready to pick up went he didn't got the things and here's whats makes things well. teamwork makes the dream work another employee said don't worry will get the things and he did on the spot great work and thanks for your help

Slow to check out even though there was no line. Employees are kind of rude and just seem irritated. Purchased 3 items and then tried returning one the next day and was told no because they claim it had been used but it hadn't been. I also had a receipt. The only good thing about this place is that it has plenty of parking available.

They have everything since they are the local hub warehouse for all the local NAPAs. When given the choice between stores, I come here first. Friendly people too.

My second time coming to this napa,Both times the customer service was 5 star...Shout out to Russ he went above and beyond to help me get my battery replaced via warranty,...I highly recommended this place for auto parts!

The P.O.S. system might as well be a typewriter tied to a 56k modem, but otherwise, it's great. They usually have a selection of quality and performance parts, not just cheap trash

We stopped in today to get a siphon pump and gas can. We were dropping my son-in-laws truck at the VPC. We came up from the Portland area and the truck got better than expected mileage. VPC will not accept vehicles with more than 1/4 tank of gas. Unfortunately the siphon hose kept crimping on us. With 20 minutes left before we missed our appointment, one of the Napa employees came out, disconnected the fill hose and siphoned the gas for us. Taking in a mouthful of gas in the process. Talk about going above and beyond! We just made the appointment. I didn t realize until we left that we never got his name. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Only getting one star for the fact that I said I could pick my parts in 30 minutes at this location on their website I ordered the parts showed up and they said I couldn't pick up my parts until my other parts showed up. I couldn't take my parts that were there no I have to wait until my other parts decide to show up. This is a real good false advertisement lawsuit. I recommend others not shop here they don't honor what they say.

I worked for Napa for 11 years, as an assistant manager and wholesale manager, I reluctantly had to leave about a year and a half ago. Since leaving Napa, I have attempted to maintain loyality now as a customer, that has been hard to do!!!! Parts specialists are RUDE! When I call in, I usually catch someone grumpy, I'm treated like a "girl who doesn't know what I'm talking about", take an almost 2 hour drive from Shelton to your Kent 009 store, spend almost $400.00 ask if I can please use the restroom and am just told "NO" so I'm forced out almost peeing myself and trying to find a restroom, after sitting in traffic trying to catch them before they close. I recently purchased an alternator defective out of the box and it's blamed on my daughters car having "other issues". I now see what so many customers that DONT leave reviews used to complain about, and why/how I had so many loyal customers...slowly but surely, my loyality to Napa has been fading along recently, and I've been making my way to oriellys where I have been treated like a customer should be treated......

worst store never buy from them they sell garbage! I bought a battery from them for my car after a year it started to fail! The mechanic told me that the car charge fine and the battery is dead, I went to AutoZone and they tested it on the spot and confirmed! I came to Napa and they told me that I have to take it off to charge it and then test it???? Well, if you charge her, she will show you that she's good! I have no words!

Worst customer service you can have from NAPA. Don't try even calling to the store because you will be put on hold for over 40 min without any person even acknowledge you are being on hold. Placed order online and they didn't even processed it correctly and wasn't even ordered to the near by store. I went over to pick it up at the promise time and the order was never fullfil. No one apologize to me or try to make it right. Just sorry someone didn't do their job correctly. You are better ordering from Amazon than getting it from this people.

DO NOT BUY a garbage battery from NAPA.Whoever makes NAPA batteries has figured out how to make them last a few days or months longer than the warranty period. I fully believe that NAPA knows...or should know that they are selling GARBAGE batteries for a premium price. Buy from INTERSTATE.The OEM battery in our 2004 Honda Civic last for 15 YEARS. Our NAPA battery lasted for less than 2 years with NO CHANGE IN DRIVING HABITS.The sell garbage batteries and call them OEM.This has happened to us on more than one occasion. SAME STORY WITH NAPA'S SO-CALLED MARINE BATTERIES.STAY AWAY FROM NAPA BATTERIES.At NAPA stores they have PILES of them waiting to be recycled...just take a look in the back.

I really enjoyed the spiritual feel of the store including the interaction between the customers themselves, the staff working at this facility and the interaction between the employees. I would come back to this establishment first and foremost because of the human interaction. They offer high quality parts, tools and equipment as well

Napa seems to be quality , today my opinion changed drastically. I have experienced the most unprofessional and grumpy service ever, they can t figure out a online order what gets lost from Kent store to other Kent store. Stay away from Napa Kent WA 180th street

Been in here many times. It is their hub store. So they do carry items in stock that most of their other locations do not. But be warned! You cannot trust their posted store hours! I tried stopping in on a Sunday to get a oil filter for my antique Ford truck, so I could do a oil change, they were one of the only part stores that carried the part in my area. I get there, 5:46pm. Do discover a hand written sign stating they have closed early. But I see a couple customers inside being waited on. So I open the doors and the staff promptly inform me 'we are closed! We are closed!"So much for getting the part I needed. After much research, and driving around, I was able to find a non-Napa brand cartridge style filter that would work at the Federal Way AutoZone. Highly recommend them! If you haven't been. They are even open late!

If you shop online then come to the store for pickup you save 20% which is nice although I don't care for all their parts brake parts are usually of high quality if you pickup a high end set. I feel like if you work on your car this can be a great option as returns are fairly easy.

Great sales experience. Bought an alternator for my truck. And realized the next day, that the pulley on this one was wrong, to narrow. And I needed the wider pulley off the old alternator. NAPA Dude went and found it behind the counter, in the warehouse. Then scrounged up the tools somehow, and removed the pulley for me.

visited 9/2/2021I went in and asked for a part, the lady said that the part wasn t available and she had to order it out of state.. so I leave it s 8:15 and they close at 9 as I am sitting in my car seeing if they have the part online or at any other stores, they turn off the open sign 45 min early. The website says it has the part so I call to confirm and I get placed on a hold of 6 minutes because the person said he was helping a client all while I m watching him sit there.. so I hang up and they answer immediately and I ask why the part they told me is not available is available online to pick up the next day and she continues to tell me it s not accurate and she does not have that part. Super frustrating and truly not really helpful. Not coming back here at all.

I don't know why I bother.. I needed a cylinder hone kit, rep (keeping name off for his sake) states "it shows we have one in the store but that means I have to go look for it".. me "ok, can I get that or is that going to be a while?" him "well we might only have one of the pieces so I don't know".... Half the people act like they don't want to be there, the ONLY time i get good service is with Izzy, but haven't seen him in a while. Two stars only for Izzy being of help so many times. Otherwise its 15 min hold times and constant attitudes on the phone.
