MJ Seattle Auto Sales truly exceeded my expectations. From my first interaction by phone call, I knew I was in good hands. The salesman, Moe, provided a level of attentiveness and knowledge that made my car-buying experience a breeze.Moe was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how big or small. He ensured that by the time I arrived at the dealership, there would be no surprises. I was also impressed by the reasonable pricing they offered.Ultimately, I drove away in a car that I'm absolutely thrilled with. The entire process, from the initial browsing to the final purchase, was smooth and stress-free. We've had our Hyundai Elantra for half a year now and have been insanely happy with it. You would never have guessed it was in an accident.As for service, the sales guy came in after hours to help us with the vehicle and get it squared away. After our last vehicle was stolen at gunpoint and totalled, this was a much needed grace that was far from unappreciated. Absolutely stand up people here with fantastic handiwork.

My experience was good till we got there they completely changed the whole agreement once we arrived then told my husband a disabled veteran with traumatic brain injuryof 40 years that perhaps he needed better credit. Never again

If I could give more stars I would. I've visited 3 other dealerships before this in Auburn and their photos did not resemble how the car looked at all when I got there!! but this is by far the best dealership I have purchased a car from. Purchased a GMC truck and it's been nothing but a smooth ride. Moe was a pleasant salesman, but treated me as his uncle, and helped me through the entire process of getting financed he was honest and transparent with the rebuilt title which I appreciated it because I was hesitant at first, but I don't regret it. Thank you very much for your kind services to my family and I will be coming in the future

I bought a car three weeks ago from MJ's. Mo is the best -- super accommodating and understanding despite me being late to my own test drive appointment (and coincidentally making him stay late) due to traffic.The cars were listed far below the Kelly Blue Book prices. I ended up asking a lot of questions both over the phone and in person, both times speaking with Mo. They've been specializing in Rebuilt Title cars for the last 9 years or so, buying salvage titles in auction and doing their own body work in house or outsourcing through a trusted body shop for anything major. I was able to verify this myself.I test drove two cars while there. Based on my inspections of the vehicles (I had a 3 page checklist), the repairs were consistent both with the vehicle page pre-auction and their damage report (you can tell where a car has had sections of the body replaced when you look at the groves between sections closely). The first one had a grinding noise while driving that looked to potentially just be inherent to the car itself as the reviews of the make/model/year complain about loud vibrations, but after I reported it Mo took a look at the car himself and asked a shop worker to take a look as well, just in case. The other car was a dream, and I ended up driving away in it. A Honda CR-V 2016 with 41k miles on it. A few days later an indicator light came on for tire pressure, and I drove by and asked if they could take a look. They filled my tires up and the light went away, no hassle free of charge. Since then I've had no issues with my car whatsoever.Mo is the best kind of sales guy -- he isn't one. He lets the cars speak for themselves. He won't try to hard sell you anything, plus he was polite and nice, offering us water and AC as it was really hot the day we went. The only downside was that all of my practice on negotiating with a sales guy went out the window as he used none of the sales tactics! XDAll in all, great place, great experience, great car, and great deal.

Got a great deal, super easy to work with and talk to. When I went there they were super patient with me and answered all my questions honestly. Been a few weeks and no issues whatsoever with the car, would recommend!

Best experience I ve had with purchasing a car. MJ was honest, patient and truly assisted us with all our concerns. I would really recommend this place if you re looking for a car and unsure about the process. The car I purchased 2 months ago still drives and runs well. No complaints.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!!I found the specific car I was looking for. Moe helped me. Fastest purchase I have ever made. I needed a car asap and he instinctively knew.He delivered my car to me when my ride had to attend to an emergency at the last minute.I am so blessed and humbled to have found this small company.Thank you Moe for making this the easiest process ever!!!

My experience when buying my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid with MJ autosales is worthy of 6 stars. They are very helpful with the whole process, patient, and honest. From what i saw , all the cars were in great condition while being priced fairly. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here.

I had a great experience at MJ Seattle Auto Sales. I was searching for a newer Ford Focus, as my car was having alot of problems. I found in my search this dealership. I found a car I was interested in, but unfortunately could not make an appointment to drive it due to my job and having to leave state. I still kept in contact with Sam who was very patient with me. Unfortunately the car I wanted was sold. I had test drove 2 cars that day, and decided to buy the other car. Sam is an Awesome dealer, and will go to whatever lengths to make you happy. He answered all my questions, and today I am a proud owner of a new 2014 Red Ford Focus. Please if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do not hesitate to call or stop by and discuss your desires to Sam. He is A+ very friendly and knowledgeable. :)

One of the best experiences when car shopping. Super helpful staff and plenty of options to shop from. We were looking for a car for my mother and were nervous to buy during these uncertain times. MJ Seattle was incredibly gracious and ready to answer any/all concerns. We personally worked with Sadeq who was wonderful and very informative. It was easy to feel trust while making our car purchase. Highly recommend checking them out!!!

Special thanks to Sadeq for going above and beyond in helping me choose the right car. So professional, polite and most importantly transparent about the history of each vehicle. No sales pressure, Sadeq allowed me to peacefully explore the inventory and take cars on test drives without interfering or being pushy. I wish I could independently shop like this at all dealerships, only ask for help if you truly need it! It's been a little over a month since I've picked up my car and I'm very happy with my purchase

The service is great here. They were very personable and definitely didn t pressure me or we re not pushy when selecting a vehicle. I recently had a auto accident and needed a new car right away. They went out of their way to show me all of my options and to work with me within my budget.

Just bought two cars from MJ Auto Sales. A Honda CRV and a Jeep Cherokee, both in really good condition, low milage, and for an awesome price. They respond super quick and are very helpful. They have great cars for a great price. Highly recommend coming to this place if you're looking for a car!

Recently bought a 2014 Ford F150 fr0m MJ. Great experience. Found out I needed a new wheel bearing within a day after purchase, called and explained and they fixed it - no problem. Great guys!!

I give this place 5 stars. Not only for the quality of the car but for the customer service we received from Sadeq. He made the experience quick and painless unlike most car dealership places. Will definitely be returning back to him for my next vehicle when that time comes.

This place is extremely unprofessional. Their website states that they offer in house financing, but they do not offer it on site and do not accommodate for the improper advertising. When the time came to actually purchase the car, we were told to be there at 11, they guy did not show up until 11:55. On their door they also advertise that they open at 10, no one was there until 11:55. Very very unprofessional and I do not recommend buying a vehicle here.
