Probably the best auto shop I've ever been to. My roommate and I both happened to need car repairs at the same time. They got us both in and out same day at a good price. Even coordinated with both of us so I could pick up his keys and he could grab his car after hours. Great work, very friendly, and super helpful.Also, zero attempt to up sell or tack on additional service. In fact, I asked them to check my brakes and they told me they didn't need anything. Really appreciate that kind of honesty and professionalism!

Bob is like a Jedi when it comes to your car! The only difference between him and Yoda is he's not going to make you do a one-handed-handstand while he changes your oil!!Seriously, I took my 2000 Honda Accord to Bob after moving to the area and he took some extra time to show me under the car since I had just bought it from the original owner. He answered all my questions with ease and reassured me that I had made a good purchase all at no extra charge. He's a wealth of knowledge and it's a great feeling when you know you can trust your mechanic.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has worked on countless cars for me! Even when I drop it off during non business hours you guys treat my dad (Chuck) and I like family! Never had to wait long, great work! As of now you guys have my cat, and I had it towed there yesterday and of course no matter how busy you guys are you always seems to make the time for me, my family! I truly appreciate you guys! Thank you so much for all the help throughout the years

My home away from home for MANY MANY years!!! Bob is an amazing mechanic!!! He has a huge heart!!! He always goes above and beyond for his customers!!! My kids LOVE coming and will all one day be mechanics lol

After acquiring the collector car I've saved for, it arrived it worse shape than expected. Bob methodically inspected and built a list of 'most needed' repairs to make safe and road worthy. We're on our 6th year of both annual maintenance and improvements. I've never felt anything but honesty and knowledge in the dialog and subsequent repairs from Bob and his team. My 40+ year old collector car drives like I dreamed it would. Part of me wants to buy another car just to watch it take shape under Bob's professional craftsmanship. Thank you Bob, Rochelle and the team

I own a 2006 VW Jetta TDI and I just had two different services done at the same time at AutoKraft. I had the clutch and the timing belt with water pump replacments done. The price was very competitive if I not even lower than other shops had quoted me for the two procedures separately. The work was done quickly, and is some of the best that I have ever experienced. I bought the car new in August of 2006, and it currently has 98k miles as I drive it very little since I got back into riding motorcycles in 2008. Now, my car drives as good if not better than when I bought it. I was told that I was lucky that the clutch was working whew I brought it in. Now, it is the smoothest clutch in a vehicle that I have ever owned. I'm currently carpooling to a new job in Redmond and even my carpool rider noticed that the engine is running better with more power than before the service. This is the best service I have ever had and this is the second TDI I have owned. The first one had over 250k original miles so it had been serviced elsewhere many times, but I won't be going anywhere else in the future

I've had work done by Bob on several cars over the past 20 years, 3 transmissions (Porsches and VWs), and various other less tricky jobs.
