Called them in on a Saturday and were there within one hour, and the technician got it done cheaper than the original quote using his resources. Awesome service that you want after your car gets broken into - thank you!!

I had to get a last minute windshield replacement done and they were able to schedule me for the following day. They did have to reschedule my appointment due to circumstances out of the company's control, but even then they were able to still reschedule to the day after my initial appointment was supposed to be. The woman that was in the office itself was very professional and quick to find time to fit me in.The technician was professional, quick and pointed out issues with my car that he saw outside of my windshield that he said I should look into later on down the line. Microchip Auto Glass was quick and professional with response time and setting an appointment. Not to mention, the free mobile service as a bonus! Jim, the technician who replaced my cracked windshield, was very kind and professional. Took less than hour time to complete. Great service, great team, great price! These guys are great! One of my windows was smashed in a parking lot on a Friday night. Thought I'd have to wait out the weekend for a repair, but I called Microchip on Saturday morning and they had a tech out to fix my window by 2 pm, and were all done by 3. My tech Jim was very nice, and the replacement was more affordable (and faster) than some other quotes I got. Window works great again and has perfectly withstood this week's onslaught of rain. My rear window got broken (shattered) and I called a few places to get price quotes. I got the best price from Eugene and very friendly service as well. Came out to my location and did a very good job. Window looks great, I'm a happy customer.

My car was broken into and my window busted out completely. I called several places. Microchip was the Lowest price quoted and they did onsite repair the same day. Service was fast and the technician super friendly. I am very pleased and my new window works perfectly!!

My car got broken into and I called microchip auto glass which works on window repairs and they were very professional and very fast. They came out right away and fixed my window in no time!! I was very satisfied with my experience with this company and I recommend this company to anyone and everyone in need of fixing their car windows doesn't matter if it's chipped or broken microchip auto glass can do it all :)
