Scheduled a 9am appt today for a set of new tires for my van. I got there about 30 mins early and they started ahead of my scheduled time. I hung out in the lobby reception area and then the product sales floor. They have a TV, free coffee, free popcorn, free WiFi, free phone charging and a handicapped friendly restroom. There's a paid snack and beverage vending machine on site as well. There are several places to sit and pass the time if you decide to wait there. It's an inviting place to be waiting for what I was there for.Staff was friendly and fast with me and everyone who walked in that door. Check this place out for good honest service.

Friendly and knowledgeable workers. The lobby is clean and has a lot of places to sit while waiting. There are also outlets to charge phones and free WiFi while you wait. They had fresh popcorn and coffee as well.

This place is awesome! The staff is exceptional. And I took my car in because one of my tires had a slow leak, they fixed it promptly and didn't even charge me, there are still free things in this world. Stuff like this goes a long way with me. Thanks Les Schwab team, you've definitely got a new customer in me!

Stopped by for an air check in the tires and they performed the service free of charge. The gentlemen were all very nice. The women s bathroom has a baby changing station and was exceptionally clean. Would come back again!

Highly recommended! If you cannot afford to fix, repair, replace, they allow you to finance your expenses. The finance process was painless and fast,I had completed the application online days ago and was preapproved. The customer service that I received initially arriving and speaking to Chad yesterday was phenomenal. Chad was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained thoroughly what they could do to figure out why my car was shaking. He knowledge gave me comfort I was dealing with experts. I could tell that Chad knew what he was talking about and I was not being scammed or ripped off. Brought my car back this am, spoke to kraig that conferred with Chad what needed to be done. I explained I didn t have $1000+ for a four new tires do kraig explained I could get away with 2 two new front tires, balance tires, and Road force them, and out the door. Out the door It cost me $541 which I financed a few months and put down $100. Thank God! Nuri and Kelly provided exceptional customer service in the office and They were patient and provided amazing customer service.. I would like to give five golden stars to Craig,chad, nury,and Kelly for their phenomenal service and explaining things to me and being so thorough and being efficient and the ladies in for providing an amazing customer service and allowing this to be a pain, free, worry, free, stress, free experience. Now I m gonna take my car on the freeway . Only complaint I have is now my check engine light and a yellow yield looking symbol suddenly came on and it wasn t on when I dropped it off. I m not sure what that s about!

I took my vehicle in for rear brakes replacement and was told it would be done in 90 minutes. They had to also replace two tires. 2.5 hours later I drove away and the back brakes were rubbing. It s hard to believe the test driver didn t hear that and was willing to let me leave the shop like that. I had to leave the car overnight. I picked it up by 10:00 am the next day and heard the same noise as I was driving away so I returned again to the shop. This time the manager test drove it with me and said to give them 5 minutes and it would be fixed. 30 minutes later I asked for an update. The technician finally came back and said it was fixed. After 4 hours of waiting, he was finally right. It s concerning that twice they gave me the thumbs up and both times I couldn t even leave the parking lot without hearing that something wasn t right. I lack confidence in this shop.

I went here to check the air pressure in my tires after a warning light came on. They were quick and efficient. They refilled the air and told me exactly which tire had issues. I highly recommend!!

2/20/2024 @2:40pm we asked for help because we noticed our tire picked up a screw. Salvador was sent out to deal with our situation. For some reason he chose not to focus on the repair of our tire but to try to sell us new ones instead. Stating "the rear tires are a concern to me, you may need new ones." When we let him know they were about a year old with les schwab warranty, he refused to just repair it. We then took to another les schwab. The tech came out pulled the quarter inch screw out, tested to make sure it wasnt leaking air since it was short and hadnt even penetrated tread. Then let us go with a smile. Vast difference between the different stores. I recommend going to south hill puyallup and not wasting your time at this kent branch.

I dropped my tire off with a screw in it, I called within 5-10 minutes to tell them that I need to cancel, they said sure no problem when I came back to grab the tire they still charged me. That s the greediest thing a business has ever done to me I think

Cooper was amazing guiding me through the process of picking new wheels and tires for my truck. The team delivered on all promises and completed all work impeccably. The dramatic difference with the new wheels and tires made me feel like it was an entirely new truck rolling out of the bay. Experiences like this are what keep me coming back to Les Schwab!

This company as a whole is only focus on selling you tires and not finding the best suitable solution to their customers needs. I own 12 vehicles I m forced to go there because they dominate the market. But every time I go they find a reason to sell me more than I need. So I leave and find an alternative solution which is a waste of time.

Had an 8am appointment on Friday 29th Dec. Told them I probably needed new tires . I left car there.At 9:05 am they called told me it was done. Wow 1 hr 4 new tires balanced, new valve stems 70 k warranty. GOOD JOB!!! That's why I go to this les schwab tire shop.

Been siting here for almost 3 hours and my car is still not done and all I came in for is Battery change. I have told the lady up front I needed battery replaced on my work vehicle and 2 hours later guy comes out telling me the battery is bad???? I told him I already knew that and needed new battery from beginning. So 1 hour passed after that and Im still waiting with only one customer in the lobby. When I went outside to check out i saw guys just standing talking to each other. Nice service.

All i needed was to have my tire pressure checked and inflated where need. Dropped by, got right in. Friendly guy came out, did the deed. Snip snip. Whole thing was 5 min tops. Well done.

I would never go back to this location. All 4 tires were over inflated by 4 pounds and two stem caps were not put back on. So unprofessional !

I only went for a tire rotation and to check tire pressure, while it was not much, they were very fast & efficient, plus they gave good recommendation regarding what my tires had and need it to do, so if you have a similar issue this location is highly recommended, if you have other issues well i can't say for sure if this place is good or not...

Good experience quick and fair with the price I got 5 lug nuts and bolts replaced in an emergency and they only charge me just shy of $200 they got my car in and out can't ask for more.

First, would like to say I have had good service at your locations except this one. Took my tire off my personal vehicle to have flat fixed. Was told 1 1/2 hrs to fix called 2hrs later nothing was done. I was not pleased. Expressed my disappointment to person who took my order. Left your establishment and got tire fixed elsewhere. The company I work for has corporate acct. With you , this individual called my company complaining about me. Once again this had nothing to do with my company this was my personal tire. Very unprofessional by member of your staff. Thanks to all your other locations.

Superior service! Don t go anywhere else. We just had new tires put on the car Monday. Thursday of the same week (4 days later) we got a razor blade stuck in the passenger rear tire. The tire was completely flat when we brought it back to Les Schwab and within an hour they had it replaced at no cost (because of their warranty). They also put the spare tire, jack and other wrenches back into place in the underside of the trunk with out me even asking. Their service is friendly and very professional. One of the managers, Craig, and other staff like Kelly we extremely helpful through the whole buying and replacement service. Their service and quality products is why we ll continue to get our tires at Less Schwab.

Great customer service!Went in for a tire rotation and a blade removal.They found an additional nail in another tire and fixed everything all together.I was in and back out on the road within an hour.

I ve used this location a few times now and every time it s a great experience. Helpful, friendly and professional. This last time a got a screw in my tire. Lady at the front immediately helped me set up a repair. Took about an hour even though they seems to be busy. After completing the repair the technician asked me about a noise he heard driving it around back. Within ten minutes he gave me a diagnosis and showed me a possible solution to my noise. Above and beyond with the customer service, I will be going back to get it repaired. Maybe it was because I was a previous customer but I wasn t charged for the tire repair even though it was on my mothers car and not tires they installed. I know they don t charge for repairs on tires they install but either way they were only going to charge 25$ for the repair, I would highly recommend this service.

While I have never had a bad experience in many visits to Les Schwab, I recently had two experiences that went above and beyond. The first was at their Placerville location and more recently at this Kent location. During the night a thief had attempted to cut off my catalytic converter and being ignorant of all things mechanical all I knew was now my car sounded awful. I arrived an hour before they opened and was resigned to waiting for an hour. I had recently purchased 4 tires for the car from Les Schwab and they were due to a tire pressure check. Cooper came out of the office and after I explained the depths of my ignorance and my situation he immediately told me to pull around and checked the damage. And then he checked the tire pressure. His consideration allowed me to get on with my day with a minimum of delay and was invaluable in calming my worry about how bad the damage was. Cooper was fantastic. Thanks so much!

Two years ago, they somehow swapped all my lug nuts from 21mm flange nuts to 19mm acorn nuts. I had found out when my impact socket no longer fit when i tried to rotate my tires. Im guessing some other car they worked on has 21mm instead of 19mm.I went back and asked them to put the right lug nuts on. They refused, saying that my car is originally supposed to have a 19mm lug but and they don't sell lug nuts. I had to go out and buy new sockets.This week, i got a flat tire. I didn't have my breaker bar and 19mm socket in my trunk. The tire iron in my spare tire kit (that came with the car) no longer fit and was rounding off the "new and correct" lug nuts. I was stuck until a friend could help me out.Thanks for screwing me over. Twice.

This is my go to location in Kent. Friendly staff and service. Greeted upon arrival and inside the lobby. Always felt welcome here. Lobby is nice and clean with coffee available. Came in for tire patch up and was completed in under an hour.

I had an online appointment and they attended me very fast. I went for a brake check/battery check and they found the problem and the light does not come on anymore!! Super great customer service!!! Will definitely visit this location for future services
