The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The shop was clean, and organized, not something I typically associate with an auto shop. It's clear the team at this Les Schwab takes pride in maintaining a pristine working environment, which immediately made me feel confident.Erik, the manager, is an absolute gem. His level of communication and friendliness was next level. He took the time to thoroughly explain the work that was needed on my Suburban, what was a high priority, and what was not. Erik's professionalism and approachability made the entire process genuinely enjoyable.To top off the experience, I decided to have a new set of tires installed, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The recommendations provided were spot on, and my Suburban now rides better and more comfortable on the road. Erik helped me choose the perfect tires for my needs, and the results were outstanding.

Quoted over the phone less than in person. Even after I gave them the correct tire size. Also over the phone they said can get me in right away. Then in person said it ll be a few hours. I moved my work around to fit then in. Go somewhere else

They fixed both back tires as they had a medium slow leak!!?? They ssid they both had a screw i n them! They patched them fir free and went on friday like 2 or 3 pm! Wasnt busy at all was out of there pretty quickly! Thank you les schwab!! My entire fsmily has, though, bought quite a few sets of tires there!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at Les Schwab when I made an online appointment for a truck alignment, specifically requesting a +4 caster adjustment. Upon arriving at the location, the employee at the counter, whose name I don't know but who is bald, informed me that they couldn't perform the alignment due to my truck being lifted with aftermarket parts. I politely explained that I had been recommended by a friend who had their truck aligned the way I wanted, but it didn't seem to matter. This left me with a negative impression of their customer service. Thankfully, I found a different Les Schwab location just a few miles away at 22101 84th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032, where they were willing to help me. I highly recommend this Kent location for anyone in need of tire and alignment services.

If I could give this location zero stars I would've. My husband took his car in just change the break pad for one of the wheels and ended up paying $726.00 after everything which I am still confused why it was this expensive for a Chrysler 300C (which no one took the time I explain). They happen to damage the exhaust down pipe when they were jacking my car up. The fact that my Husband does not speak English very well and they took advantage of him by lying to him, saying our car was fine...Who does that? What type of business is this? On top of that; when I was saying he doesn't speak English well, another member of their team was laughing at us. Please make sure you check your car before and after going at this Les Schwab 758 Central Ave N Kent WA 98032. They don't have any integrity or moral compass in which their company takes advantage of my Husband and myself for being immigrants. This is not the America I imagined when I moved here. Extremely disappointed in the true colors of this "American" business.

I somehow got a huge bolt in my tire today and was able to get to the location on Central before it went flat. They were very busy, but squeezed me into their schedule and fixed my tire within a few hours. NO CHARGE!!!! The staff were all very friendly and professional.I am visiting my granddaughter from out of town and would have been stranded! I can t thank them enough. And what a neat policy the company has- do a good deed and just encourage you to use them in the future. I have in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you soooo much for saving this granny!!

These guys rock! Came out Saturday morning to find one of my tires "flat" with a nail in the tread. Drove it in the Les Schwab, they removed what turned out to be 3 nails, had me back on the road in 20 minutes - and DIDNT CHARGE A SINGLE PENNY!This place is getting all my future tire purchase business. I was fully expecting to pay for the service, but I think they understand getting a customer for life is way more valuable - and thats what they got!

In 2 years they went from five star to one star.Very disappointed with the service I received from this location earlier this summer (July 2023). I went in with a slow leak in one of my tires on my way to work. Staff told me it would take about 3 hours to replace the tire. This was around 11am, so I decided to have lunch and called about 2 hours later to see how things were going, he told me it would be ANOTHER 4 hours!Now, I understand that they get busy and this was a Friday, but 7 hours to replace a tire? I was not happy, I walked back there and spoke with Julio.He rushed me through. Later after I got to work I noticed the front passenger side of my car was all scuffed up. I called to inquire about it. Eric called me back and said it was already there. I can't prove it, but I think when he rushed my car through he swiped something.Very very bummed out about my service here and felt really taken advantage of and disrespected. I won't be going back.

Great service! My tire pressure kept getting low even as we filled with air. Turns out whoever put new tires on didn't seal it correctly but Les Schwab fixed it within 40 mins for free! Highly recommend!!!!

Poor parking space, when i call the sites to asked availability of changing 2 front tires they said first come first serve and have a space for come in., i was about less than 10 minutes arrives, and when i was go to resceptions, the front desk guy said my wait time were 2-3 hours.Just drive extra 5 minutes from there, the les schwab have a huge empty spot, and just take 10 minutes await and whole of the process just take 45 minutes done.I know the feels when you guys have a busy time, i tottaly get it, but lets the customer judge my words, opinion and review with their experience, thats why im not put *1.Hopefully ya'll got a different experience that i have.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Caught a flat needed to buy a tire. Gentleman man on the phone tells me he couldnt sell me just one tire I had to buy two. When i told him I only want one he then raised the price of the tire by $40. Then when I told him okay i ll buy it now its a policy issue I have to buy 3 tires bc one is run flat its a policy issue. Still I need the tire so I tell him to sell me the tire and I ll go elsewhere to put it on now they're saying I have to change the warranty and I must be the person to pick up the tire keep in mind im stranded willing to pay for the tire. Worse customer services experience i ve ever had take your money elsewhere Les schwab this is not a good look.

Went to just get my tire pressure checked. Jeremy at the front was rude from start to finish. I didnt even get my tires checked because he just had horrible customer service. I just left n went to discount tire. If you want to be treated badly go see Jeremy he will gladly ruin your day.

This Les Schwab location is the closest to my house and, conveniently, the best I have ever been to. I've been going here for close to 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and the work is always high quality. Over two vehicles, I've had brakes done a couple of times, tires rotated, new tires purchased and installed, flats fixed, etc. The work is always quick and well done. On my last visit I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire with no leaking air. They removed the nail, checked the tires for leaks, checked the other tires for nails/screws, and rotated my tires - all at no charge. Pretty amazing for a store these days to have this business model. They really value their customers. You really can't beat Les Schwab and this location is the best!

Went in for an alignment. They completed the job quickly and did well. Technicians are knowledgeable. I only wish they would have better scheduling and communication. My appointment was lost in their books, but they still took my car.

I was told that Les Schwab s does free trip inspections. I called and it was true. I came in and they did the complete inspection for me. I m going on a road trip for 500 miles and wanted to be assured that they were not going to be any issues, this is a great service that this establishment provides. I will definitely be coming back to this place for new tires. I did not know if this wonderful place existed for such things. The staff was very nice knowledgeable and polite.

Julio and his crew are fast and efficient. My Van was in and out of the bay with fresh new tires in under 30 min, they were dealing with a large volume of customers with no prob on a busy Thursday night

I came in as I thought my brakes were having issues. Come to find out I had a rotor with a groove. Julio greeted me when I arrived and told me they would take a look and let me know what they find out. Once he let me know that it was okay he let me know my back tires were bad and should be changed out. Julio gave me and two estimates for the tires and I went through with more expensive estimates. I choose this option because Julio really explained the difference between the two options. He was so friendly by keeping me in the loop of the process and communicated everything well. The shop was clean and Julio is a great representative for this establishment. I would recommend this shop to everyone and will be bringing all my car needs here in the future.

Everytime I arrive at this Business,I'm greeted with a smile. Nick has taken care of my truck twice now, andToday, he helped my daughter. He is a big blessing. Thank you Nick, and thank you Les Schwab. Appreciate you.

They didn't have the tire I ordered but had one that had a better warranty for a lower price. Saved a couple bills and it was super quick

I stopped by after work because I had a tire that was low-pressure, Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful, and quickly checked/filled all of my tires while another customer asked questions about his car. She was patient and thorough with him while simultaneously helping me; I was out of there in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be back when it's time to buy new tires.

Usually I'm happy with this location, but not tonight. I went in to get a nail taken out of a tire and was told that they couldn't do it today because they had a 5 hour wait.Now I admit I got a bit snippy. But i know that tire would be flat by morning and I would not be able to go to work tomorrow and I need it fixed now, and was quickly frustrated.Front counter just said "I understand your frustration. I'm sorry."Now this is the part I'm giving 2 stars for. I asked if there was another location that could do it now. She just pointed north and said there was another location about a mile away and one 5 miles south in Auburn and dismissed me.Good customer service would have been. "yes, let me call them and see if they can get you into one of them tonight! I'm so sorry we can't do it now"Even when the encounter started, she did not seem like she cared very much that they couldn't take me in. And her attitude went down from there, she seemed fed up and wanted me out.So I suggest calling first, because if this location is too busy they won't even bother to try to find a les Schwab that can help you.

It is possible this the best tire situations fixed place to go! I was walking out in one hour! During my stay I: gamed on my pad, ate FREE hot popcorn from Les Schwab Tire Center, and had a Coke and a smile! It was a very pleasant way to forget the previous tire situations ..Thanks to all involved!!

Earlier today my Mom decided that we were going to go & get her tires rotated because she claims she was overdue for it & it's free anyways under her warranty. This was my first time coming here & we were helped pretty out pretty quickly. I'm not sure how long a tire rotation is supposed to take really so I can't really say too much about that EXCEPT for when they were done we were told they also changed a tire that was also free because of her warranty. I thought that was pretty cool! I'd recommend this Les Schwab location to everyone!
