Patrick & everyone else here at Jiffy Lube were amazing! He was so explanatory and thorough and everyone else had such great teamwork. Super fast and smooth I will be back every other time for my oil change highly recommend

Chris and his Team.. Did my oil change and replaced my car battery. They're super friendly. I was expecting to pay over $500 with all the services I got, but only paid half of that. Amazing. Will come back here at this location again.

Patrick, Terrance & Wyatt were awesome. Very informative and thoroughly check my vehicle while explaining everything they were doing & and showing me the results along the way. Highly recommend coming here, you are definitely in good hands with them!

Chris was a great communicator and did an excellent job, especially considering being short staffed. I showed up during lunch hour. But he was still quick and thorough.

Went there this morning in a rush. They got me in and out. While I was there their customer service was amazing. They made me feel great about taking my jeep there. Offered me an upgrade on my oil and I m so happy I did. Super friendly bunch and I m for sure coming back next time

The guys name Chase and also the manager are Very friendly and did a very decent job .I come here every time when I need my oil change they told me what I need to change what I don t need to chang.I like that way thank you for the good job

This guy Patrick has set the standard in customer service. Very approachable and knowledgeable about his work. Very informative about the work that s being done on my vehicle. This was my first visit and not my last.

Best in Kent! I have been to 3 different places in kent, and they're the best among the rest. Went to a different location and had to come here because I love their service....so I had to drive extra miles, which I didn't mind...lol

Great service, had to have service approved before getting started, so while waiting they cleaned all of my windows and did the full check list and fluids.

Always love coming here!! Everyone is so nice and they work hard in all kinds of weather. They always try to save me some money and I appreciate that. They have never tried to oversell me anything that I didn t need and that is refreshing in this day and age. They didn t have the oil that I needed for my car, so I had to get that myself, then another $70 for the oil change. But good service overall.

Can't remember her name, I was immobilized, suffocating cudnt talk, this nurse had no patience she was a nurse with anger issues she pulled her mask down a got within a hair length of my face and screamed at me from the top of her lungs, she didn't care I was in pain or bleeding out and seizing up ... She cudnt be bothered... How dare i bother her.Right....

Location was out of all necessary filters for an oil change. How does that happen at a business specific for oil changes? When attempting to at least have a tire rotation completed, the required staff was not at the location. Again, how? Drove to a nearby Jiffy Lube for the services. When I described what happened at this location, they were not surprised.
