I went there because the bolt was overtightened to the point of breaking. When I explained the matter to Big Guy Jamal, he told me it was my responsibility. and began cursing at me. He was anything but professional. He flips me off and treats customers disrespectfully. He is the one who did this, as the picture shows, and he is refusing to take it out after threatening to charge me. following his actions. In addition, he charged me $140 for replacing the map sensor, even though it only took 20 minutes instead of the predicted hour and a half. I wouldn t even wanna come back at all.

My name is Dasmon Dorty and yesterday at 5:32 pm I was heading to this Jiffy Lube to get just a basic oil change on my vehicle. Those guys you have working there are very experienced. The little short guy (NO PUN INTENDED ) I think his name was Chinda was hilarious very funny, very energetic and very helpful. I felt really good have the Jiffy Lube Crew work on my car....Julian, Daniel, and Kai were quick, accurate and got me in and out in a Jiffy.....these guys really love there jobs....And as long as that store is there, they will forever have my business as long as I have a vehicle.... Great way to end the day.

These guys are fast, friendly, and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and treated like I was family. I highly recommend this location!

These guys were awesome, helped me identify a gasket leak, gave me advice, and encouraged me to fix it myself. Saving hundreds if not a couple thousand on the repair. Right now, my out of pocket is 80 Bux!

The whole process with dealing with Jiffy Lube was very difficult, they said they matched their competitors coupons, and when I presented mine, it was not honored. I am extremely dissatisfied with Jiffy Lube and I will be contacting the corporate office.

In my entire life I have only been to Jiffy lube twice. The first time I came in for an oil change in federalway location and They only filled up my oil to the minimum mark. This time I drove by this kent location and needed an oil change. So I drove in and specifically told them to fill up the oil all the way to the Max where it is supposed to be. After they where done with my oil change and gave me back my vehicle. I quickly went to check if they filled my oil up to the Max where i asked them. Not only did they not even fill it up to the middle mark, they made my whole car smell like oil burn the whole day. Ether they spilled oil all over my engine bay or they didn't tighten something. So now I have to go to another shop and have them check it all out.This service cost me $170 and this is a 2021 vehicle.Very Disappointed with this service.

They didn't brief me on what was done. They didn't tell me whether the other fluids were topped off or whether my tires were properly inflated. They did not check whether my lights were functioning. The only service I received was an oil change. It was completed with very little interaction from staff.

Jamol helped me put in one of my headlights, didn t charge me, great generosity and care. It was difficult to replace my headlight. The place I purchased from the headlight couldn t do it. I am so great full to this young man. I will definitely will be using this place for oil changes in the future! Thanks Jamol!

We went to 4 different Jiffy Lube's this morning and were turned away multiple times. When we arrived to this location Sayso & his team out did themselves. They made sure we were taken care of and went above & beyond to help us out with recommendations for our vehicle. We will travel to this location whenever we need an oil change. Thanks again for all the help!!

Last week, while at Jiffy Lube on 104th Ave SE in Kent, I was helped by Toby C., Daniel H., Miquon P., and Chinda X.During my first visit, though the store didn't have a filter that fit our vehicle, the guys were super helpful. I told them I wasn't the one who usually drove the car, so they gave me the names of a few nearby places that carried a variety of filters. They also provided additional information that could help me save money during future oil changes.After buying a filter, I returned to the store and Chinda X. completed the oil change quickly and seamlessly.I really like that this store now provides "drive-thru" service, which means I was able to remain in the car throughout the entire process.If you are looking for a friendly crew who goes above and beyond for the customer, I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Kent on 104th!

I had some more complications that another Jiffy Lube wasn t able to take care of, they said I might need to take it for a full inspection but these guys, especially Jamal, were able to solve the problem and still get me out in a timely manner. Really appreciate how professional and kind everyone was

I went to this Jiffy Lube two days in a row one for fluid top off and next day to come back for servicing it and both days amazing service by the guys!Today Jamal took the time to help me sign up for a finance card to get some work done and was so kind! I appreciate and you went the extra mile! My car is fixed too!

Highly recommend for a hassle-free visit! Received a swift and efficient oil change service here. I was helped by Sayso and DJ. The team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the entire experience pleasant.

I always have a good experience at this jiffy lube. 9 times out of 10 it s about as fast as you can expect for an oil change. They always give good service and the customer service is outstanding. All the staff members are very kind and genuine even when they have a bunch of customers waiting in line. I have never had a negative experience with any of the employees and I come here every 3 months for an oil change.I trust their advice and know they aren t trying to recommend car services that are not neeeded like Grease Monkey. Pricing is reasonable, especscially with coupons. They will always be competitive in trying to get you the best price.I appreciate their honesty and ability to answer any questions I have. They will not recommend something unless you absolutely need it!One time I had a check engine light and even though they were busy and finished with my oil change, they hooked it up to their machine and told me what the check engine light code I had on my car was for. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this specific Jiffy Lube in the future.

My go to shop when my car needs an oil change, or the brake lines bled, or any of the fluids topped off. These guys are great, they're fast and efficient. They've always got a coupon handy if you don't have one on your phone already.

It s been two weeks since I serviced my car here, when I asked about my receipt they told me our printer isn t working right now, so asked me about my email so they can send me my receipt, but they didn t send anything, afterwards I been there thrice all the time they take email from me n say we will send you ASAP, as the boss comes, but it s two weeks already, I don t know how they do their business, won t come here again for sure

I was told to go here, since the Jiffy Lube at Benson Square couldn't get my filter off for 40 minutes. These guys had me in and out in under 15 minutes. B & Kai chose not to charge me, since Benson referred me to them. I was also treated with respect and wasn't talked down to like a child, unlike Benson Jiffy Lube.

The worst Jiffy Lube I have ever seen in my entire life. Also the worst boss over there. They provide me with an estimate of the service and the guy disappear after that. The boss come and check again and give me a different price so I told him the guy gave me this estimate he was so rude and told me immediately. I am the boss right here and I can cancel your service right now. I was smiling and told him that s OK bro I agree with your new estimate so go ahead. He was very rude without any reason. So after he went inside, he talk to the employee to cancel my service now without any reason even after I agreed with their price! I was shocked! I know it was not employee responsibility, but all about their boss!

This has always been my go to spot for oil changes and sometimes just advise on my car issues. The guys here are wonderful they really give the best quick and efficient service especially Jamal he s always letting me know what I need to do to help with the longevity of my car. I love it here! I cheated on them once and went to the location on 256th 15 min before closing where I was turned away because they had to clean to get off on time! Horrible!!! Never again! Thanks Jamal and gang! Y all the goats!

I came for a oil change and an engine diagnostics. One of the mechanics there (Mart Wan) was super friendly and was on point with letting me know what I needed done with my vehicle. When there is issue that they can't fix like my transmission fluid flush thanks to the closed transmission design, they told me where I can get it service. They work pretty fast too. I was in and out in 45 minutes. (Wait time included) Overall, pretty good mechanic quick stop.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very good service would recommend this Kent jiffy lube against the one in auburn. The one in auburn forgot to put the oil back in the car after a oil change and my sister in law drove it home without a clue it was a good thing her husband checked the oil next morning and saw there was no oil on the oil stick . Highly recommend the Kent and convinton jiffy lube tho they are the best service with the cheap price I ve been to bothService: Electrical

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. I can come here and get my oil changed or any other services they offer! I can also just go to ask questions or get my tires filled! The manager Jamal is always very nice, welcoming and helpful! I've been a customer for a long time now and can say that I've never heard anything negative or seen anything inappropriate from the workers. I appreciate the services I receive from them and the detection of the team... They are always there. Reason, sleet or snow!

Changed my oil and did tire rotation here in under 15min. The customer service was great. Unfortunately, all of my 5 lug nuts were lose on one wheel. I had my infant twins with me in a car going freeway speeds with a lose lug nuts. I'm glad I have some mechanic skills and noticed the weird vibrations and clicking sound right away. I was able to pull over and tighten the lug nuts. This could have been bad.

I felt bad for the guy changing my oil. Although there were 5 people working, only one was doing what I assume was his job. A few cars behind me waiting with two open bays. They didn't try to upsell me on filters or my rear break light that has been out for too long, but he was probably just trying to move the queue along, so that's forgivable.

I am once again leaving a very positive review for Jiffy Lube. Except this time for this location. I recently purchased a used vehicle online and noticed that it had an oil leak. I brought it in to this Jiffy Lube and Jamal hooked me up and told me what is causing it. He also topped off my oil and suggested that I get an oil change after I fix the oil leak issue. Service from start to finish was just perfect. From the time that I called, to when I pulled up without having to wait more than 5 seconds and them quickly informing me of what's going on. Everyone working today deserves a raise or a holiday bonus! Keep up the good work. You guys are doing great.Service: Oil change
