Been going to Greg s Japanese Auto for yrs. They always took care of my Honda well. Took in my Ford - it wasn t starting. They diagnosed it-repaired it quickly and were very kind and courteous throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Greg s Japanese Auto in Covington.

Stopped by with a concern for my car. They were able to get me in the next day. They performed a full inspection on the car. Same evening I got a call and email detailing the specific issues. Donny was great talking to me about all that needed to be done right away and what could wait. I decided to have it all fixed. Kept overnight, it was ready by the next day by 1pm. Phillip, a 30 year plus tech/mechanic, worked on my car. Car runs smooth and sounds amazing. Great service and great work. Definitely would recommend.

Overall, it was a great experience. The store manager, Patrice, was great to work with, amiable, and helpful. The tech, P. Guthrie, did a thorough job and discovered a leak near the transfer case, which the dealer ignored. All these times, I was there for an oil change.Highly recommended!!!

Always had great service here. They will thoroughly check your vehicle and make recommendations but won't pressure you. Had both our highlander and Tacoma serviced here for 4 years. Will never go anywhere else.

I had the best experience with this shop. I brought my 2013 CRV in for a really loud noise and they fixed it within a day. They also caught a few other issues and fixed them at the same time. I have dogs so my car doesn t smell the best and they put a great air freshener in the for me as well. Thank you!

My q50 had to have an alternator replaced but after I got it back it was a rod knock, anyways if they were smart enough to detect that at first I wouldn t have got an alternator for 3500$ I would have scrapped it. This place is a scam! Not looking out for you at all, especially if you re a teenager, they will scam you!

Parker took the time to listen to my daughter who was unlucky enough to absorb an entire wrench in her tire and then came out with a flashlight and told her what the issue was. He sent her next door for a new tire (inexpensive) and even came over to help remove her hanging splash guard. Very professional and nice! Won my business just by watching him help my daughter. Thank you so much Parker!!

I'm very happy with the service I got here after getting an expensive diagnostic eval and quote for services needed at another shop after my check engine light came on. Donny seemed to know what code they must have found in their workup and was able to perform the necessary services for about half the cost that the other place wanted to charge. He also let me know that some of their recommendations weren't necessary and they were able to get it all done the same day that I called for the second opinion on cost. I don t need diagnostics charges when I take my car in to get the fan belts replaced. I pain about $178.00 more than just the fan belts to have them tell me everything ELSE my car needs.

First Visit: Excellent -- well versed and thorough. I heard about Greg's from someone at another place I usually go. Their prices seem good and they are more thorough and attentive. Their automated messaging about the status of your car is great also.
