Broke the clips/ nuts that hold my bumper to my side panels, and didn t even mention it to me at pickup. Body work looks great at first glance but the more I looked into it I realized they more than half a$$ed EVERYTHING. Since they broke the clips and didn t replace them properly it caused the whole passenger side to leak with rain water. If you have any issues with them you will be left to your own device. Very disappointing I would not recommend this location if it was the last location on earth.

Update: Initially, I was not happy with Geico, but Tonya reached out to me and she was both professional and pleasant. She took care of my car and promptly updated my vehicle status, understood my situation, and provided convenient solutions. Tonya is very nice and professional, ensuring a delightful experience.

USAA members, please don't come to this Gerber Collision for service if you expect fair and respectful treatment. On 5/8, I went in to pick up my vehicle. It was covered in dust and spray. I asked to have it washed so I could inspect the repairs. After washing it, they asked me to take it look. It looked like they moved some dirt around with a quick hose down (see photo). The lady then told me it was my fault it wasn't clean and that I should have come and got it the same day it was ready to prevent them from getting it dirty. Sorry, I've never been at any car business we're it's my fault my car got dirty in their care. Then she left me hanging in the lobby to report me to the manager. 30 minutes later, they rewashed my car. I'm sorry, but if this is a part of thier 4 star quality experience, then I humbly ask my service brothers and sister to take your business elsewhere to avoid this level of customer abuse and frustration. They totally earned this one star.

I ve had two vehicles repaired at this shop. They have quality work which coincides with expedited timeframe. Update as follows after repairs were completed I noticed the passenger side fog lamp was not properly installed which caused burning of the lower skirt. In addition, the quarter panel has screws missing. No Quality Control check at all!!!

Just sitting in their lobby and seeing black mold on the ceiling. Not to mention the impatience, and barely speaking English made it difficult to communicate with them.

This was the worst car repair experience I ve had. Avoid.1. They tried to make me pay prior to doing any work, and it wasn t until I got my insurance on the phone for them to back off. Car shops are so backed up (had waited 2 months at that point so I went forward with them because I didn t feel like I had a choice)2. They told me to expect a month wait. It took them SEVEN WEEKS to repair.3. Their communication was horrendous. I started out getting texts updates twice a week, but that dropped off. I d call the shop and the front desk didn t know anything and nobody would call me back. It was infuriating.4. They did agree to meet me with my car at the light rail, which I appreciated enough to let everything go and wasn t going to post this review, but when I got my car, the blinkers were going crazy. It was because they didn t even put the light bulbs in. No way I wanted to deal with them so I just went somewhere else to get them installed because my hand couldn t reach the blinker bulb. their incompetence cost me out of pocket of course.Don t go here if you expect a reasonable time frame, basic communication, and your car to be in 100% working condition when you get it back.

Experience has been amazing so far they are willing to go over and beyond if you have custom and or aftermarket parts... I will update after the completion of my jeep here's a before! I'm working with Jason Fisher he has great communication and straight to the point!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!This is by far one of the worst body shops in western Washington, with a beyond unprofessional staff. It took them nearly 25 days to repair a single quarter panel on a midsize car, and over this 25 days they did not keep anybody in the loop they did not give us any proper information, and almost never answered the phone. I believe that Gerber collision and glass is milking insurance companies for as much as they possibly can at the expense of their customers. And this is not even to mention the absolutely SUB PAR body work, it s clear that they do not train the preppers well whatsoever. If I could give no stars I would

They re not accepting estimates from private parties (glass or collision); only insurance estimates. I didn t figure this out until I was 5 minutes away from the shop after I had booked online.

Terrible experience. They had my car for 3 weeks. Minor dents on the driver door. They painted the whole driver side and the difference in color is visible in the sun. You can clearly see where they started the paint and where they ended. Also red scuff marks on the trunk.

The manager, Angel, went out of his way to restore a a clear finish that had been applied at a different location years ago. He squeezed me in on his busiest day of the week, yet he took the time to go over everything with me and did a fantastic job. He is establishing a great reputation for his shop. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to bring my car back for future repair needs.

Getting an appointment to have my car repaired was so easy. Everyone there communicated really well with me, so I understood what exactly was going to happen. The ladies at the front are so awesome - very helpful and friendly!

Went to get a small rock chip fixed in my windshield, a service covered by my insurance. Instead they created a 4 inch crack which can only be fixed by replacing the entire windshield. According to my insurance company, this often happens with this kind of "fix". But did Gerber tell me this? No. Did they tell me what had happened? No. All I got was a voicemail saying, "It's done. Hope it works for you." No warning, no apology. I came back, got my keys, went out to discover the damage and when I went back in for an explanation they had all cleared out of the lobby and hid in the back somewhere. Rather than chase them down, I called my insurance company to complain. I'm getting a new windshield now, but not with these clowns.

I called to reschedule an appointment for repairs and was told I did not have an appointment and that an appointment could've been scheduled with a closed claim.I have proof via text message that I had an appointment scheduled after the claim was supposedly closed. The person at the front desk whom Inspoke to on the phone was rude and when I asked to speak with a manager, they just left me on hold. I work in the medical field so I understand that it's hard to find good people and that it is busy, but to be treated negatively is not ok. I never recieved a call back either. I took the day off to get my car looked at for an appointment I had scheduled and the lady whom answered the phone didn't even care. No one tried to help me or accommodate me.You guys need to do better and have respectable staff. I was referred to Gerber Collision by an employee who used to work there because he said they do good work and they're really nice. I guess they've changed things up because no one there was nice to me and I never got my car worked on..

I requested an online estimate that was provided to me, and that looked good to me. I gave them my make, model, and VIN and was finally scheduled for an in-person appointment.After taking time off from work to bring my vehicle in and driving 30 minutes to their facility on the day of my appointment, they told me they don t perform any work on cars of my make.I would have appreciated more respect for my time and personal commitments. Horrible service, even worse quality of work (or lack thereof) plus every storage part of my truck was pulled-out and stirred with a stick. They stole every nickel I had left in my truck (I had a small coin dish in the center console that they helped themselves to .about $20), all my CD s, a couple of brand new notebooks and took forever to do what little work they did provide!I am getting estimates from other shops to finish the work (after this stupid shop said they were done) and to repair what they broke and left behind. After everything is said and redone, I ll be turning over all my documentation to my attorney.

Shoutout to Angel and the Gerber Kent team for fixing my car! I was treated with transparency, responsiveness, and kindness every step of the process: from scheduling repairs to understanding the repair process, receiving updates on progress and picking up my vehicle. My car went in with fender/bumper damage and came out like new! Love the spiffy paint job. I m really happy with how my car works/looks and equally important, I m so grateful for how this shop took good care of me. GA glass was quick and helpful after I had my front passenger door window broken into. I went through my insurance, and they contacted me back to make an appointment the same day, and I got a technician to my home the next day. The technician, Lotu, was kind, quick, and professional. He took less than an hour to replace the window. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a window replaced ASAP.Service: Auto glass repair

I've used this place a few different times and I am always pleased. Their customer service is outstanding. Jason kept me informed every week of the progress of my car. Their body work was great, the only negative would be the amount of time (4 weeks) we waited for a new windshield and repair to a scratched hood, but it may just be a very busy time right now and may be difficult getting parts etc. We would use them again.

I had my car here for over a month, but it was wrecked pretty bad. They did a pretty good job and told me that while there are cell phones, their lot will always be full. With full disclosure in mind, my score of 2 stars is more of a guess made in a bit of a huff because there was no experience to be had, as they could not be bothered with my vehicle that's over 20 years old (apparently that's the magic cut off point in time), or the independent insurance company (who knew The General was a rinky dink outfit) that was to handle the payment.

Up until yesterday they would have received pop 5 stars on customer service. After yesterday's experience with the very rude General Manager Angel Torres I would never recommend this business. So they responded and called leaving a message. I have tried to call Jessie (General Manager) 3 times with no response. The number he left is not the number he is located at and every person answered the phone has asked why are calling him here. Worst experience been 120 days they have my car , and every time I call this location they are saying parts are not available from last 120 days what kinda of joke is that I really what parts no. Are not available , their unprofessionalism(Justin) makes me think why they are doing it , it s a reputed company , parts need to be ordered from Jaguar Co. how is it possible the company doesn t have parts from last many months , They don t understand I have a installment of $1500 per month for my car and paying insurance $700 a month , i have been calling them since months now , their general MANAGER name is ANGEL TORRES , I don t know what excuse they need but I m very sure they are not as per Gerber collision standards. My trunk was broken into and I had been calling around trying to get an appointment to get it fixed. Gerber was the only shop that offered to let me come in and they would tie it down securely, until they could get me in for the repair. No other shop had offered that. When I went in, Angel took a look at it and stated he would install a new latch to replace the broken one. He did it on the spot and did not charge me, except for the cost of the new latch. This kindness and honesty was a little overwhelming, after a rough week. As a single woman over 50, it's hard to know who to trust in the repair business. I 100% recommend Gerber Collision & Glass, and especially Angel!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came in for broken mirror assembly from an accident. These guys are great. Straightforward, no BS, and they prioritize you as a customer, regardless of what is going on with any involved insurance, etc. They work well as a third party, are knowledgeable, and work quickly. Anyone you talk to at this shop either helps you out or tries their best to get you to someone who can - the whole team is great. High level service in every aspect. Thank you guys! If I ever get in an accident again I am coming right back here ASAP.

Not happy the don't take vehicles over. 20 years. They wait to cancel the appointment 1 day before it was supposed to be after having the reservation for 2 weeks

I know sometimes the shady reviews can make you change your mind about the place. But to everyone looking for a SAFE and GREAT place to take their car, bring it to these guys. They re beyond patient, respectful, and they ll get your car done faster and take care of it in the best possible way. I m SO HAPPY I brought my car here. The staff is beyond patient, they understood how stressed out I was about the situation and they constantly kept me updated.
