About 15 years ago after a very bad experience at car toys I went to Foss. They have done adio and cameras in 5 vehicles for me since then and I will never go anywhere else. Superior install unmatched by anyone else. Never an issue and excellent customer service. If you are looking for adio or whatever for your car nobody does it better than Foss.

Car Toys couldn't install my alarm system on the box truck for some reason but Foss & Tint were able to install it with no issues, no complaints in one day. I recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely return for my next device.

Great place to get your windows tinted. I give this place a five star rating there faster quick. I also got my S stereo system installed very fast and efficient. I would recommend every day.

I've come here twice for alarms for different vehicles. They gave me great pricing and got me in and out quickly. I've also come in for questions after installation and they have been extremely nice and helpful.They also helped tune my car stereo. Highly recommend.

Tyler at Foss Audio in Kent is our go to tint, lights, and stereo guy. Professional, knowledgeable, and great prices. Their work is clean and completed in a reasonable timeframe. Our most recent tint for our sons car came out great!

Tyler was great. I told him my issues and he knew exactly what to do. I feel more secure with the product that he installed. Nice shop, friendly service and did the job in the timeframe he said. I would recommend Foss audio in Kent to anyone.

The owner is super nice and gave us a really good deal on the two window tint after we had a bad experience at another window tinting place. The old place left glue on the windows and he didn t charge us for having to remove that which was super awesome of them but then on top of that the guy who did the actual window tint, Ian, went above and beyond and gave us a fancier tint that has some extra protection. So overall the whole experience was so much better. I highly recommend going here both the owner and tinter are really great!

Very helpful place, came in just to ask questions about wiring on my stereo and the guy working the desk hooked me up with exactly what I needed. It's rare these days to walk in anywhere and have that level of customer service for sure. Even the brief conversation with one of the techs was pleasant and informative.

I've gotten all my windows tinted here previously but a few days ago, I went in for the visor. Highly recommended. Love this place!

I ve brought my last 3 cars here for tinting. 1 had all 5 windows done, the other 2 to match the back. Always been excellent work, fast and friendly customer service. Highly recommend.

Got my car front windows tinted here. Ian, the installer, was very nice and knowledgeable. The tint came out great matching the rear windows of my Mazda CX-30.

I went in today to get an estimate for subs and amp. Very honest and helpful. They gave me several reasons why not to get the install. If they were just out to get money they could have easily have got me. Honesty is just as valuable as service and that is worth 5 stars I.M.O. i will definitely come back to get my tint done here.

If you re looking to get your stereo or/and speakers replaced or fixed I recommend going here. The guy at the front desk has amazing customer service skills and was very kind and helpful. I got my stereo from here and it was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. They have reasonable prices and a great variety of choices. 100% recommend!!!!

Tyler was not interested in any of my questions he seemed as if he didn t want to service my vehicle. Initially he hung the phone up on me and when I called back he told me I needed to got to the dealer. I definitely think the issue was me being young and black but I really hope it s not so.

Ive stopped in to Foss Audio & Tint numerous times before finally settling in to nice all around speaker upgrade and deck install.These sunny day drives listening to old skool tunes got a lot better.Will probably be back for tint to help keep out that 3 weeks of Seattle summer.Thanks to the Kratos lookin owner, yall did solid work!

Given the specific requirements of my build, I was forced to supply my own subwoofer, so I can't comment on the equipment they carry. But from what I could tell from browsing around they have a good selection for most needs.With that said, the service here is fantastic. It took a little while to get going because of the Saturday rush, but once I got some help things went as smoothly as you could ask for. Junior took the time to discuss possible installation options for my car and after some discussion I decided to leave it up to the discretion of Tyler, who performed the installation.The quality of the installation and service (including follow up support) have been better than most people could ask for. I won't hesitate to recommend the team here to any of my friends.

Went in on Saturday to upgrade our Chrysler 300's System. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the deck we were looking into. We made an appointment on the spot. We have been taking our cars to Foss Audio and Tint for over 7 years and are appreciative of the numerous services they have provided. From installing stereos, lighting, back up cameras and remote starters, they have always worked hard to help us get the best value for the money and have gone out of their way on occasion to make us very happy. Every one of the employees we have dealt with have been friendly and accommodating. They aren't a big company,, but they are very knowledgeable and offer a variety of services at very competitive pricing. They are always busy, which means they do good business, but they take their time with their customers and show they care. We will continue to take our family cars there and will continue to highly recommend them to family and friends. Go there! You won't be disappointed.

I do not often write reviews, and looking on google, I see there are a few negative reviews; but my experience was excellent!To begin with, the sales rep. (Tyler, I think) helped me find the perfect fit for my vehicle and needs. As I was not familiar with all the bells & whistles in today's car audio, I was pleased that I was not pushed into buying the top-of-the-line models, with features I would never use. Plus the price was right in the sweet spot for what I was expecting to spend.On the day of install Tyler(?) and Junior were ready on time, and with a bit of negotiating, on my part, I asked and decided to upgrade to an HD radio, as the price was still right. Only 90 minutes later and Junior was ready to introduce me to my new audio system. He was very knowledgeable and easily guided me all the basic features and some of the advanced ones I was sure to use.A couple of days later I had an issue with the system, and the guys were prompt and friendly about resolving it.

Don t go to this place it s so expensive and unprofessional the guy who installed the subs for me he tuned the amp wrong and when i went back there to get it fixed he said ohh it s cuz of your bass knob I ve been doing this for 20 years and it s a headache for me when i have to do it again . i paid $540 just to get the subs installed and also he installed cheap wires i can literally feel it i did not had wire kit with me. They should at least treat their customers good. I m never going there again and i wouldn t recommend you going there too.

Wow! These gentlemen really are pros and treat their customer right. I love my vehicle, but it is old and in need of some TLC. I don t think I ve ever had a customer service experience like I had on 12/21/18. I am humbled by how gracious and generous the staff was. I will get all my tint and car audio done here from now on and will recommend them to everyone I meet.

Made an appointment to have my windows tinted. Called the day before and was told to come drop off my vehicle. I got to the shop to find it was closed and the angry person above the shop yelling that they're closed and I didn't call. Well, I talked to someone. I had plans to do a full audio system for my vehicle but now I will take my business elsewhere.I didn't call on Sunday, I called on Monday. As a matter of fact, I called using the link sent to me via the text message that is sent confirming/reminding of an upcoming appointment. You would think that if there is some kind of a central dispatch location then they would either know where the appointment is made or ask that info.Like I said, I will never spend a dime with Foss Audio. I have discouraged my friends and coworkers from shopping there as well. The response from the "owner" is telling enough about how bad the customer service is. To just blame the customer for calling the wrong business makes about as much sense as the jerk yelling like a lunatic that I didn't call them before I showed up.

I wasn't very impressed. Sadly. Foss comes recommended and has great reviews. However, they fell short of what I assumed they would be. I was quoted an 1.5hr install. I live out of town and didn't have another vehicle. So I waited... and waited. It ended up taking a little over 3 hours with no check-in or apologies from the staff. I sincerely understand some things are out of their control. But there was a lack of understanding and communication on their part. Once the speakers were installed, they sounded great. Then once it got dark I found a dash light out that was not out before. It's tough to assume it's their fault, but after my experience, I wouldn't think of asking them to take a look.

When I walked in I was greeted by Junior the Sales Manger. I came in just asking for prices on window tint. He was able to give me an amazing price to tint my whole car. He was very respectful to me and my husband. He had excellent customer service. I will be back for more upgrades to my Car . Thank you Jr and Foss Audio

Downgrade from 4 stars to 1 because, after 3 services with them, I cannot recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, arrogant, and quite frankly, out for your money. I paid for a tint service online and was told I d only have to pay taxes when I went in. My husband dropped off his car for the tint service that I paid for and upon checkout, they charged him another $150! My husband paid it, thinking I must not have paid for everything but when he got home and we compared receipts, he was charged the whole service. Foss acknowledged their error but said they couldn t offer a refund online and to come in person. Went in person and they said we should see it reversed on our account. Didn t happen so went back a week later and they said they d have a manager call us. This was at the start of May - currently September and no word.

Just got my windows tinted here. They look amazing! Junior was wonderful, he was answering any questions we had, giving us his recommendations, and overall made it a great experience. I definitely will bring any future cars back. Highly recommend this place for any window tinting.

They take care of you here. Jr who worked at the front desk was really nice and helpful, then hooked me up with a good deal on heated seats. I've gotten work done from these guys several times before such as window tinting and wired up my sound system and they are always very helpful and do good work!

Foss Audio and Tint are extremely professional. Everyone there is very nice and always understand what I'm trying to explain and execute exactly what I have in mind. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have many years of experience and it makes me feel better knowing that they are taking care of my needs. I recommend them to everyone I know. Great people and service.
