This location is very close to me, so I originally went there due to ease of towing for a tire repair. Since then I have had quite a few things done at this location including new brakes and the work has been spot on. All I want is for things I pay for, to be the things I pay for, and stay reliable. I want it to work and give me no hassle, and that's exactly what I got at this location.With that said, I do need to point out one specific employee by the name of Heavenlee. I hope I didn't butcher the spelling of her lovely name, but she was the most pleasant human being I've encountered in a long time. She is why they got and kept my business because she's brilliant, competent, and incredibly kind. She's the kind of person that makes you leave an interaction and want to be nicer to the next person you encounter and the world needs to look out for and acknowledge those types of people because they really do keep our world spinning. We normally only see these types of things in folks we have a lot of interactions with or are close to, but she made me feel like community almost immediately. I really appreciate people like her in the world and that is the main motivation for continuing to go to this location. The work is very good, the location is convenient, all of that, but she is what keeps customers coming back.

Would not recommend anyone to go to this place!!! Their customer service is bad!!!! The two ladies at the front desk were super rude, lady with short hair with big earrings and piercings was more rude than the lady with the glasses. We had our brake repaired here and they re a total scammers. They charged us $555 and then the next day they told us our caliper had failed and an additional $743 would be required to repair it or we can get our car towed! Overall the lady with the short hair was rude and shouldn t be working with customers with that attitude/personalities. This place is bad. If I can give it a 0 stars I would. I ve read other reviews and they ve all complained about their customer service which I sympathize with the other reviewers. I had my service done on 4/6/24!!!

Communication was great to let me know that my car will be returned at a later date due to an uptick in cars being serviced. I received my car and everything was fine up until I started driving it to work the next day. My car powered down mid way through the commute and I ended up pulling over to a gas station to see what was wrong. To my astonishment, whoever serviced my car forgot to plug the alternator back in. This is very dangerous as I do travel on a very busy road and my expectations for service should be that they check everything before they release the vehicle. Giving it a 5/10 for that reason alone cause it did put me at risk, other than that everything else was great.

I called that you have the Uber inspection service, they said yesThen I made an appointment, despite my appointment, he wasted 3 hours and then gave me the wrong form, which was not confirmed by the Uber company. I went back and said we have a form, this place is a liar and charged my money unjustly.

I would do -1 stars but the First Lady I dealt with had good customer service the other lady that worked Monday 2-23-2024 should not be employed for any customer service purposes rude and possibly a racist DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE The BBB should shut this poor excuse of a business down and they over charged me and tried to get me to purchase parts I didn t even need This establishment is horrible They shouldn t be able to have the firestone brand on their building. They re just crooks criminals thieves.

Service is pathetic, I got stuck with this firestone for 2 days and 4 trips to get tire change. With no wait time estimate for whole days. They put wrong tire on 1st day and next day charged more for the right tire with no wait time estimate or courtesy to squeeze you in. This was just one tire replacent not even all four. I will not suggest anyone to go there.

We took our car to Kent 240th to get our coolant hose replaced this is the third time that they have to repair it for $645 today they told us it will be an hour starting at 12:45 then they told us their system went down then at at 2:45 we called as how long they said an hour at 4:00 our car was not even done .. we shouldn't take our car three times to get exactly same pair done they should have done it the first place for the we pay for this is onseparable..

My experience with Firestone was utterly disappointing. I called ahead for a flat tire, was promised a slot at 3:30, and took time off work to make it. However, I sat around for a baffling 1:30 hours until 5, watching technicians stroll aimlessly, treating the shop like a playground. Despite my complaints, they seemed indifferent to their customers' time. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this place for any vehicle needs.

Lady on desk she is really very rudeI have fix it up my car they charge me $301 but my car is still in same condition the technician name is KEN which she had given meIt's not more then a day I have called and infeom her my car is not fix it properlyNow she is telling me your review won't work on it I am the incharge of replying reviewsAnd she won't fix it up my car and Firestone won't entertain any moreWorst customer service

If there is 0 stars i would rate this place at zero stars. I went there and i thought i was a ghost. Receptionist didn't even say hi back to me. Waited by the desk for around 4 minutes while she was busy looking at the computer, eventually i gave up and left. I had to look in the mirror to make sure i wasn't a ghost. It takes 2 seconds to say hi and i will be with you in a second a place that doesn t treat people with respect, i dont think they fix their cars with respect or care.

I schedule my appointment ahead of time, and when I arrived, my appointment was completed without delays. At the Covington location, I arrived early and was told that I had to wait for an indeterminate amount of time until three other appointments was completed. Needless to say, I will be coming to this even though it is out-of-the-way for me.

I was disappointed to learn that they received my tires a week early and was never notified. Then a week later when my appointment was I learned about 30 mins before that they don t have the capability to install trailer tires. All I needed them to do was mount and balance them. Not install them. I was doing that. When I arrived to pick up my tires that day there was no one in the front office. I was told by a customer sitting there they had gotten into their car and took off. Wasn t sure if they were even coming back. I waiting for about 15 mins before one of the guys that was working on a vehicle came and assisted me. Bad business all the way around. The mechanic who helped me was very nice. Felt sorry for him honestly that he was working there.

I strongly do not recommend this shop. I brought my car here for alignment of my Toyota Camry hybrid 2021, when I took the car from them, I found that all possible errors were on the dashboard, after which they explained to me that they could not finish the alignment, since they did not have calibration software, after which they strongly recommended to contact the Toyota dealership, where I had to pay for both the alignment and the diagnosis of the car. There it turned out that the ABS sensor was disabled, and the alignment was also completely corrected, I am very disappointed because instead of the simplest procedure, I had a lot of problems and extra money after service at Firestone. If you don't want to spend your money three times as much, go directly to your dealership

tldr: recommend going to a dealership that specializes in your car to avoid paying more.Went here for an oil change and the mechanic improperly bolted the engine splash shield under my Honda which caused it to sag and snag during my drive on the freeway. Had to drive with the metal scraping on the ground during my ride home which was terrifying as sparks were likely flying which could've eventually led to a fire and in worse case scenario, death. I issued a complaint and they allowed me to bring it back in for them to "bolt" it back on, but the damage was already done and it snagged once more as more than half of the shield was already damaged. Now I'm stuck having to get the whole thing replaced which will cost hundreds on my end and a wait time of about a month while the part ships in. I definitely recommend just going to your car dealership to avoid having to pay a heftier price for a "quick" oil change.

These tires are less than 6 months old all because the alignment was terribly done at Firestone. The first time I went to this shop I was told I needed two new tires and alignment.A month later my car was making funny noises and steering wheel was bend and I complained about that. After checking my car I was advised I needed to buy another set of tires. It didn t make any sense. All that Happiness does is tell ALL the clients they need new tires, she never listens to the clients properly and just cares about making sales . In less than 6 months I have spent so much on tires and alignment all cause people are not doing their job. It s so unfair and I am never going back to this shop.

They are unethical and sexist. They would not have done this to a man. I went in for a break inspection. They told me the pads are at 5 and 3mm. Therefore they need to be replaced. Then they went on about how that s metal to metal. I need all new rotors. I argued and said that was false. They then decided to come up with rotors aren t made the same anymore blah blah. Quoted me $1500. Took my car to the dealership I bought it from.. just pads are needed. $600. Y all are a joke and try to take advantage of people who y all think don t know anything about cars.

I strongly advise not to buy insurance. It's fake. They charge you in one way or the other. Besides, after I came by appointment, they took over three hours just to change one tire and oil change.Try to avoid going to Firestone!!!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Heavenlee did a great job in booking the appointment for an alignment, install 2 tires I brought in and dismount 3 tires from older rims separately. This included the disposal of the old tires total of 5x. Price was $203.7 which was more than fare. They did a good job on the tire install, mount balance, new valve stems and everything. Thank you Heavenlee and technician Ken, I will be back in the future for alignment and more work done to my car :)

I wish I would have listened to other reviews I read on here and waited to have my car looked at by my normal Firestone location. Had an appointment (made days before) and they asked me to "drop it off" when I arrived because they "only have 1 technician working". I said that wasn't possible as that's why I made an appointment and needed to wait for my car. The tech than said I needed $3400 worth of work on my car and when I asked for what was required (beyond the normal mileage recommendations) he responded visibly frustrated and continued to speak to his co-worker in a different language while repeating the entire work "all needed to be done". I got a second opinion and one of the many items they were insisting was actually a recommendation that didn't need to be done right away. Everything else was completely inaccurate. I was really hesitant to visit this location as I usually get my car serviced at my local Firestone and never have any issues. Really feel taken advantage of and will not be returning.

I let my first bad experience go and went back because the brakes they recently "inspected" were making a grinding noise and I wanted them to address if they missed something. Dropped my van off at 9:00 at my scheduled appointment time. Never received a call on the status, and multiple calls to the location starting at 5:00 were not answered. I got a ride at closing to pick the van up, only to find they never even looked at it. I asked why I was never called, the clerk lied that they wanted to but my number was not in their system, until I made the clerk pull up my account in front of me and my number was correct, then the story changed to "someone should have called you". When I asked why they never answered when I kept calling, "I don't know". The lack of communication is unexcusable and failing to even inspect a vehicle on a day it was scheduled is baffling. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for vehicle service.Pep Boys got my van in the next day and fixed it the same day.

I would not recommend it. This shop is horrible at communication and is not well prepared. My husband and I had an appointment at 11 for some repairs on our truck that should only take a few hours. We dropped it off early and about 3 pm we called the shop to get an update they said that someone was working on it and they would find out an estimate for how much longer and would call us back. We never received a call back, so we decided to head over there and wait cause we figured it shouldn't be much longer. After getting there, we could see someone still working on it around 3:30. We got a call from the front desk service manager, and she said that we were quoted the wrong amount and still didn't give us an update on how much longer. So, my husband went in, and they said it would be about 1 hour and 20 mins longer... come to find out, they still hadn't received a part that they still needed. Now it's 6:30 and it's finally finished.. To me, it's just common decency to let someone know what's going on with their vehicle. ALSO, why did this shop not already have the parts ordered and ready to go ahead of time for a scheduled appointment??? Seems like common sense.

Heavenly and Raj provided me exceptionally excellent customer service this morning and I commend them for their communication, service timeliness, quality of tech workmanship and value for money spent for my Toyota Corolla maintenance.
