Great team of folks at Exhibition Automotive CARSTAR. I was often updated on the progress and the work was completed sooner than expected. Very pleased with the repair and planning to return soon to have work done on another vehicle. Before and after photos attached!

Fantastic customer service! Ben went out of his way to give an estimate when estimators weren't available. He thoroughly explained parts and labor needed. I had car back in a week which was fantastic. Even better, Final cost was just under $200.00 of estimate. Great work quality. Would strongly recommend! Thanks so much Ben! You're the best!

CARSTAR was able to find a replacement left rear quarter panel for our 20 year-old F150 pickup. They then proceeded to make it look like new...did a first rate job on the repair and even cleaned and vacuumed the interior. We would not hesitate to recommend CARSTAR.

This place made it easy to get my vehicle fixed. It s hard to trust auto body shops sometimes but this placed seemed like an honest shop. I worked with Dave and he was really communicative and went above and beyond on getting some parts of my truck fixed which I really appreciated

Carstar's customer service was top notch, from drop off to pick up of my car! They kept me updated of repair progress throughout the whole repair process. The job they did was excellent. My car looks like there never was any damage! I highly recommend Exhibition Automotive CARSTAR.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such friendly and helpful people. I even had an additional problem to add to the first repair, they took care of that at the same time as my crunched door. This is a great place where they take care of you.

I had such an amazing experience getting my car repaired here. My car got broken into in mid-November, and when no one else could fit my car in until late-December for repair, CarStar made room for it to help me out. They were communicative and treated me with kindness all along the way. I live a bit far, but will happily drive here to get work done as they are trustworthy and reliable. They even took time to give me advice on reliable car makes before I went car shopping after my car s repairs were done (I didn t want to keep my Hyundai that kept getting broken into lol) and saved me from buying a car that wouldn t last.Great team who will truly go above and beyond for you. Can t recommend enough!

Had a great experience here getting my ID4 repaired after being rear-ended by a drunk driver. Dave was top notch as an estimator/POC and would recommend him and this place to anyone.

My review is based on process & communication only (my car was totaled so I cannot speak to actual bodywork). Exhibition was one of very few shops accepting tow-ins in Seattle area & were great communicating timelines & progress. Dave was responsive to my questions (they have a texting portal) & seemed to work well with my insurance once the total loss determination was made. If I need bodywork done on a future vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From the start, it was a pleasant experience working with Carstar and specifically, Dave. Everything was explained clearly and he kept me informed on the progress the entire time. If I ever need help again, I won't hesitate going back to Carstar!

Dave was the absolute best to work with. I would recommend Dave at Carstar for anyone needing repairs. He was very communicative throughout the whole process of repairs (progress, ETA, additional findings, etc). When it came time to pick up my vehicle, he was so understanding of my weird work hours & schedule as a nurse. When I got the estimated finish day, it happened to fall on one of my shifts at work. I was only off for one day before then and not again for another 5 days. Since I go to/from work before/after they open/close, he got my car done one day earlier so I could pick it up without having schedule or work issues when picking up my vehicle. If I ever need car repair in the future I will definitely be going back to Carstar

The best automotive repair store ever. Mark Kanpetch was doing a damage estimate for my insurance company. My driver side mirror had been damaged in an accident. He was able to pop the parts back together and buff out the paint. My wife followed me down to pick me up. Mark saw her driver side door was dented and he pulled out the dent and buffed out the scratch. Now she doesn't need to make a claim. He told me to cancel the claim I started and that there was no charge. I've never been treated so well. Best customer service I have received ever.

Loved the service, communication (both automated and personalized), and most importantly the work/quality control. If I m unfortunately in need of their services again, I fortunately know who to go to in a heartbeat. Also USAA and NATIONWIDE network. Oh, and super helpful when I left something in the car - they helped me to my car and helped me get it during the service. I m not very good at reviews but here I go.First off, it s no secret how slammed auto repair and collision shops are right now. So finding a shop let alone a reputable one is an absolute headache, to say the least. I chose Exhibition Automotive CARSTAR in Kent as my collision repair shop Transmission 2019 Mustang Premium Fastback Ecoboost and I had collision damage to the driver-side door area and window. I was very hesitant where to get my babie repaired at as I take immaculate care of her and wanted the chosen repair shop to treat her as I would, or at the least very respectful.Fast forward 6 weeks and upon seeing my repaired babie I had just one word in mind, Impressive . I very, very seldomly give maxed out reviews (points, stars, etc) but Exhibition Automotive CARSTAR deserved all 5 of these. The exterior, cosmetically, (where the damage was) damn near looks better than before the collision. She was re-painted with beautiful high quality Glasurit. She was also washed well. Communication throughout the 6 weeks (which I appreciated greatly) was very professional and courteous. I really have nothing to negatively critique. This was my very first ordeal with Collision Repair and a Collision Shop and my experience with Exhibition Automotive CARSTAR in Kent was all the way pleasant. I recommend them highly.Thanks again Dave and the team
