In August, I initially went to a different company for an estimate and was told they were booked out until December for repairs. I didn't want to wait that long so I called around and Crash Champs was able to get me in for an estimate Sept 8th, I dropped my car off for repairs on Sept 30th and my car was done on Oct 11th. From the very 1st phone call & every interaction after, their customer service was always on point. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, confident & genuine. Overall they made my - not so great situation- better, by being so helpful and making it simple. My car looks really good and I'm super impressed. Thanks Crash Champs!

My experience was horrible. They had my car for almost 5 months. I went to pick up my vehicle four different times after receiving an email stating it was ready. However, each time I went to it pick-up there was one excuse after the other such as; the parts are not here, it needs to be calibrated, it has to be painted, the paint needs to dry, there's 40 cars ahead of you that need to be painted, the tire is not in, a repairment took, two days off, a repairment is out, on and on. Furthermore, when you called the office in Kent, the majority of time, no one answered. I believe that one of their biggest problems was being understaffed to handle the cars that was taken in and yet they wanted the insurance money. I can't believe that they merged with Service King without being checked out or being placed on Geico's repair shop list. Also, I was disappointed with the lack of Geico's communication with me and the accident was not my fault. This has been a real nightmare, which I'm going to share with Matt Ebert, CEO of Crash Champions Collision, Service King and GEICO. I would not want to wish this experience on anyone. Champion - NOT!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

One is the lowest stars I can give. Don t go here!!!! No communication, when you call to check in you will be told false updates, waiting on parts , in-line to paint, then you will get text updates saying it ready for next phase but then it s not even done with the first phase, then to find out not all the parts are ordered so they lied to my insurance said they couldn t find it. Horrible place. I had no car 2 months longer then their estimate, exceeded rental car limits and racked up Uber cost. Plus the parking lot is not easy to get out on the busy road with only 3 sideways parking spots. Company is a Nightmare to work withServices: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT GO HERE! I had an appointment for Aug 28. They called me THE DAY of the repair and said they had to push my appointment out because they were too booked up. I was upset because my husband had taken the day off from work to accompany me and drive me home after dropping off my car, but ok. They pushed it out two weeks.Monday morning, my husband (who once again had to cancel meetings and take time off from work) and I get all the way there and the girl behind the desk informs me, VERY unapologetically, that they can't work on my car once again. They've had people quit and they don't have the staff. She said I could reschedule for October 9th (one month out) or I could just cancel my appointment altogether. I asked her, "How I do I know you won't cancel on me at the last minute again on October 9th." She said, "You don't. That's why I said you could just cancel."I went somewhere else. I suggest you do, too.

Was in a collision on 8/12/2023. Made an appointment with the Washington Ave. Location in Kent for 8/24. I confirm my appointment via text the day before, and when I show up at my appointment time I am told that I'm going to have to reschedule. I show my text confirmation and am told that a call was made to inform me of the situation, however it's the wrong phone number. Frustrating, yes. Disappointing, yes. But things happen. Reschedule for 2 weeks for September 5th. Literally on my way to the appointment I get a call telling me that another rescheduling has to happen. I took two days off of work for nothing. Both times I was told that they are way above capacity and cannot take my vehicle. This is supposed to be a reputable company but they cannot have the courtesy of calling future appointments at least a day before their appointments get canceled? Very dissatisfied

I wish I paid attention to their reviews before scheduling my appointment. Irresponsible service with no communication skills. Take your business elsewhere and let your insurance know why.
