Body panels don't line up. The hood in misaligned. The workmanship is second rate at best. Wouldn't want my worst enemy to use this place.

I went there twice to have my broken tail light repaired as this is where the insurance of the guy who hit my tail light at a parking lot told me to go. The first time this guy Justin walked with me to my car, looked at the damage, and that was it! I went back the month after and the same guy walked with me to my car, told me he will order the part needed and they will call me when it s ready. I sat in my car for 5 minutes after he left, I was texting people asking if this is right. He never took pictures, he didn t guve me any papers, he did exactly what he did a month ago! After 5 minutes he came back and said he needs to take a picture of the VIN number. That s it! A month later, not hearing from them, I went back there. They have no record of my case, they do not pictures, or anything on file, no one ordered any parts! I saw Justin and approached him. He remembers me, then apologized and said he doesn t know why. I know why he didn t do his job! He did nothing! There s no use talking to him anymore as I don t think he will help anyway, he just kept insisting he doesn t know and that s it! I called the insurance again. They sent me to Carstar on WA ave. They were so professional, the service was great! I got paperwork of 6 pages long, everything is in there. Don t waste your time in this place! The service is horrible!

I received an email from this office location about referring friends and/or family to their business, which I will not do. 6 months after I brought my new car which got hit by State patrol, my car sensor is still broken. I specifically chose this location because it s convenient but if my insurance and I have to keep calling for an update to get my car fixed like they re supposed to, why would I refer them to people I know? Find another Service King location or never bring your car to any Service King period.Service: Body & Trim

I'm not satisfied at all they're forcing me to accept that there's only 1/2 milimiter's gap it's ok but why when after paying around 4000/-$ by state farm insurance they're doing their job

So far so good with Service King, I'm waiting to hear back from them about my car. As of right now I would recommend them to family and friends. Great service, the lady that greeted me was very nice and polite. I wish I could remember names, cuz I feel that's kinda of important when leaving a review. But everyone I delt with was nice and helpful.

It was unfortunate I was in a car accident as my reason for coming here. I was sent here by my insurance provider. Nice staff, but horrible location to go in and out of. They have no storage for cars, and thanks to the pandemic, it's taking them weeks and weeks to get parts in order to fix your car. Susan is kind and great at multi-tasking and for the most part will keep you abreast of the status of your car repairs. The staff I encountered other than her were cordial. Very busy shop. Wear your patience hat.

If you want your car messed up and broken this is a place to go People working in here know absolutely nothing about simple things on how the vehicle work, so by disconnecting the battery from the car, they messed up whole electrical system. General manager Brian, not that he admitted that he knows nothing about this specific car, but also was extremely rude, raising his voice the whole conversation, his hand were shaking and his face was red like a tomato.When I asked him what am I supposed to do with the broken car now? He replied, I quote: Do whatever you want, I am leaving the company on Friday! Threw the car key back at me with a huge stack of papers in which he googled everything what was wrong with my car, turned around and went back in his office. Forgot to mention, I DROVE my car car to the shop and had to TOW it back People like him should not be allowed to do any customer service in first place.So my advice to anyone who is looking for a car repair company, run from Service King (Kent, WA)

I had an amazing experience with Service King! They were polite experienced and even complemented me on my music choice. My vehicle was not only estimated in a time frame that was shorter than expected, They also completed the job before they thought it would be done. Well done! Special shout out to Betsy for keeping me updated throughout the whole experience and for her excellent customer service! They had my mango tango pearl challenger looking better than before the accident. Would recommend.

I got rear ended about 5 months ago and this place replaced my trunk and bumper, and repaired the rear frame. After completion, Chris told me to bring any further issues to them regarding this repair. Fast forward 5 months, and I find about a 1/2 gallon of water in my spare tire well, which began spilling over into the floor of the cab in the back. I told Chris about it, and his team took my car again and fixed the issue. However, they said this issue wasn't their fault... an issue I never had previous to my accident. They also only dried my trunk. They did not dry out the water on the carpet in the cab, even though I mentioned this, and now I have mold growing that's making me sick. I would highly consider not using this place. They aren't thorough and there seems to be miscommunication among their team. Highly disappointed.

I ve used there business a lot before and even my mom started before me and I ve come to the auburn location. I get accidents always happen but the lady TODAY answered her phone like I was a nuisance and interrupted her day in the AM who d rude yelling were booked out until November!!!!!!! When I was nice asking only for an estimate and I ve used them time before and all my family. Horrible and beyond rude with upsetting on top! I then called the call center and I then was redirected back and I believe Kyle I hope is the right name answered bur beyond nice tone and same info too. I told him about her and he was very nice. That lady BYE! Your rude!!!!!! And myself and family have been there for years and goodbye new place!!!! Record her rude calls!!!!! I m serious!!!HORRIBLE just asking for a quote/estimate! In posting online to all my friends nope so don t there! Customer service shows the truth behind the work!!!!!!! Behind trouble mean rude and horrible but thank you at least the other guy! But still I can t believe it and been there and my mo referring f us kids and her iver 29 times. DONE!!!! And I ll tell everyone I know my my sister and sisters friends DONT!!!!! One interaction shows a lot! Rude. Look up the call and listen if too can 9/24/22 9am ish! Your consign should be embarrassed for just the one lady who answered and yelled on the phone!!!!!! Never ever going there again!

I had a wonderful experience getting my car repaired at Service King Kent. Karen and her staff are fantastic, and well as Jasmine at the front always taking my calls and helping me get my vehicle back ASAP. Both my front and rear bumper needed to be replaced and they went above and beyond by repairing some other paint chips in the area, as well as making sure everything was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a body shop, they will take excellent care of you and do fantastic work!

Very disappointed with the service they provided. Showed up to have my car repaired and they wouldn't let me drop off car since they were short of staff. I had to reschedule for a different day and have the person picking me up, go home. Wrote a bad review and they denied me for any future repairs.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

THE SCUM OF AUTOMOTIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!Brought my SUV into service king after being hit by another driver back in May of 2016, my insurance company referred me to Service King, and was having to deal with them well into August because of their poor service and terrible quality of work. Service King gave me an estimate and I let them know I needed my SUV back before the Memorial Day weekend they committed to having the vehicle repaired the Friday before the holiday weekend. I called them on the Monday ahead of the weekend and they told me it was going into paint that day and everything was on track. Tuesday I drove by on my way home from work and it looked like my SUV had not been touched, still significant damage and NO FRESH PAINT! I WAS LIED TO! I was so frustrated I just left and did not contact them again for days. I waited and did not hear from them on Friday the due date, could not believe nobody called me the day it was to be finished. I waited until Tuesday after the Memorial Day weekend and still no word from them I went by that afternoon after not hearing anything and my vehicle looked horrible, they assured me it would be fixed in a couple days.After refusing to pick it up twice because of the poor quality of work it was obvious to me that they were unable to fix my vehicle even after having it for 3 weeks. I took it to another shop to have them look at the repair and it was about $3,500 to remove all of the body filler, repaint my vehicle and get the white over spray off of my black roof rack. The quality of work at Service King could have been put to shame by a high school kid with some rattle can spray paint. The level of customer service I received from service king was some of the worst I have ever received, DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!

This is the BEST shop around. The front desk person is amazing and funny (and a smile so lovely I almost asked who her dentist is, because dang), the work on my car was INCREDIBLE. I can't imagine a better scenario, I picked my car up not only with the repair done beautifully, but it's sparkly clean and I swear it looks like a brand new paint job. I can't say enough great things, love this place.

Brought car in for estimate told to come back 3 days later, okay fine. Came back waited 1/2 hour finely came out did estimate said would call next day no call, stopped by 2nd day to check, had no info yet,said would call again next day no call. Stopped by day 4 walked in girl at counter never looked up to help, i stood in front of her counter after 5.minutes part driver shows up she was happy to sign for that still never look at me so I figured they did not either want or need my business and I left. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me. Went down the road and gave them my 4500.00 dollars

So far no idea how the repair will go, they still have my truck, don't work on weekends, and there was nothing in the way of updates or setting expectations until we called repeatedly, escalated, had insurance call and escalate, then finally went in and stood there for an answer on timing. Dropped off the truck Monday with an appointment set weeks in advance, but they didn't touch it until Thursday because they were too busy. Then before I could get there they took the fender off and attempted to machine it, ruined it and had to order a replacement. Now I'm forced to let them finish the repairs. I want nothing to do with service king ever again no matter how well they fix a small scratch in a corner of a fender.

I have received the best service ever here!! I recently had my sunroof broken and they were there to help me out! They made my process a lot easier!! Hands down the best company ever!! The staff here is also super friendly too!!!!Thank you for all of your help!!!!! I will highly recommend you to all of my friends &family and others!!

When we had my car fixed at Thoroughbred Collision after an accident, they gave us a day when it would it would be finished. Standard procedure. However, when we called to pick it up- at the end of the business day, they informed us that it wouldn't be done until the next day, no apologies, no explanations. So we called to get more information and Roger, whom I believe is the manager, hung up on us. I have never been so disappointed. If I am paying for a service and you can't be bothered to talk to me, you shouldn't be in a customer service industry.

Awesome service was fast and good quality, they stand by their work came back after the job because my door stopped receiving power, no questions they got my car into a bay and I was out in 10 mins flat

They got the work done but was disappointed that they ding my wife car and if it wasn't for a video of her dropping off the car they would never have fixed it. Manager was thought it was no big deal. Always do a video inspection of your vehicle before you drop it off with anyone.

I got an estimate within a few minutes with an estimate of $1100 compared to the $1400 elsewhere. However, the examination of the damage was not as thorough as at other places and the estimate has a disclaimer that the costs could vary depending on hidden damage.
