I went to get a quote they took pictures of my car and said they will get back to me in 2 to 3 business day, its been almost 2 weeks and they have not got back, tried to call but there phone is not working.

About 4 months ago my car was vandalized, which included my front bumper, hood, rear bumper and trunk. The management at the time was different and they were really friendly with me when we talked pricing. I paid over $2,000 for the job to get done. However, after 4 months the paint is beginning to chip off from the front bumper. So I went in to talk to them about it, however the management has changed. I explained myself to the "owner". He began to say that the vehicle's front bumper had been hit after that paint job which is why it was chipping. This is my show car and I know for a fact nothing has hit the bumper let alone been taken off. Then I told him that the front bumper wasn't even sanded down to get rid of the rock chips (which I was quoted for). He then began to say, this car wasn't even painted here. I told him I have all the paperwork and he began to get disrespectful saying he would not paint it cause it was my fault that the bumper wasn't sanded down and painted properly. The mangement now is terrible. I've had other fellow car enthusiasts go in and get treated disrespectfully. Definitely don't recommend this shop to anyone who cares about quality work and proper customer service.

My wife took our 2013 lexus GS 350, about 6 months ago in for a little damage on the bumper. One day I was washing the car and realized the bumper color wasn't mutch the car so, I took it back and they fix with no hassle free. Yes, I will continue to take all my cars to them to get it fix and very very happy with the work. ....

I'm kind of an idiot and have found myself needing body work more than I would like over the years and I had the best experience working with Collision Specialist. First off I got 3 different quotes and they had the best price by a far margin. They told me it would be 3-4 days till I would get it back and they called back at the after 2 days saying it would be ready tomorrow morning for pick up. When I went to pick it up and pay they told me they quote they gave me a few weeks back was "Old" and then asked for 15% less than they originally quoted. 15% LESS!!!! I would never expect a mechanic or body shop to ask for less money when I come up to pay. I had dented and scratched 60% of the back right passenger door pretty bad and you honestly can't tell that any work has been done. I worked with John up front and I then definitely have a customer out of me for life. STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Experience was just awful.. I'm pretty sure the people who run this business were on drugs. I got my car back and could see bondo straight through the paint too. Bad finished product, bad service. Not to mention it took them months, then they lost my key. Just all bad. I would recommend going to pretty much any other shop than this one.

Great customer service, very friendly and efficient with a minor issue I needed help with. Called in the morning and they were able to get me in mid afternoon and complete task within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I went here to retrieve a phone that had been left in a rental vehicle that I had used. We had to WAIT for it to come back, as a driver had TAKEN it with them! NOT GOOD!

Tried to charge me too much to fix a little scratch on my rear bumper of my car. Price they gave me was ridiculous.

Well I've never actually been INSIDE of here, I've been close enough to the business to use it's WiFi They have both password protected wifi & un-password protected!
