In 20 years of driving this was my first time needing repairs, and the people at this shop were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I had to get estimates at multiple places, and the people in the office here were informative and NEVER condescending, which unfortunately was not the case anywhere else. The repairs took longer than anticipated, but the process was really smooth and well communicated. I got my car back in much better condition that I left it, and I felt reassured and respected the entire time. Hopefully I never need to use their services again, but if so I would go back in a heartbeat.To everyone in the office, you all are so amazing!!! So friendly and personable, I am terrified of getting work done on my car and you all made this process so much less stressful. Thank you again!

The repairs were done in a timely manner, I was just really bothered by a situation with my battery. They said they had to jump my car a few times and the battery wouldn't hold a charge. They admitted it was fine when I brought it in. So my battery that was less than a year old was suddenly bad under their care and they thought that was ok. I was never contacted about it, just notified when I went to pick it up. Good luck...your car ran when it got here but doesn't when it leaves

Had an excellent experience with Classic Collision. Repairs were done quickly and received timely updates. Staff is friendly and facilitated my process with insurance and rental vehicle. 100% recommend.

DO NOT TAKE IN YOUR CAR. Please avoid yourself the wait and waste of time. I opened up my claim with them and my file sat with Amy for over two months and an half untouched. In that time I got one formal email from her. Always one excuse after another when I called to check in. Week after week nothing got done. Took my truck into A DIFFERENT shop and it was taken care of in three weeks.

On 04/01/24 I picked up my Truck that had been at the Kent location for way over a month the original repair date was for 3 weeks . I got my truck took it home there was left over replacement boxes in my bed that could have flew out of the truck and killed someone!Paula an employee that works there has the worst customer service on the clock or not I HAD ever received! I had an appointment for 7am and that ended up being a no call no show!My truck still had damage to my chrome running boards!BEWARE of the Kent Location! Geico referred me and I will be letting them know of this experience!

Great repair job, communication between the repair shop and car rental had some hiccups but was resolved within a few days and rental was extended. They were responsive and patient as I called to check status many times.

If you want to wait for months to get your vehicle serviced then this is the place!And if you need to speak to anyone in person, speak with a male. (the female got some kind of tonsil infection going on)

The worst experience I ve ever had. I want to bring my car in to get an estimate. I told them that I m gonna toll my car there and toll it back to our place after the estimate since we have triple A. It is totally free for us to toll the car. They let us make the appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, our toll guys told us that the manager Diane didn t want to accept the car because she think that we will keep the car in their storage even though we certainly informed her that we will toll it back. She said she don t trust the customer because she knows that toll cars are total loss cars and her business would not make any profits on the car and not willing to take the time for the estimate. For sure this lady will give good impression for other people but in this instance she made the business looks bad and only care about the profits but not the customers.

These guys did quality work. I had both my Ford Fusion and BMW Coupe serviced here a month ago. Not only did they made sure they beat the prices I was quoted from the dealership but they also equally took care of my Ford as they did with my BMW. I know that quality can't be rushed so with the extensive work they put in my Fusion and me being patient and allowing them all the time in the world they needed to service my requests, the work was done of great quality. I will definitely have all my services done here moving forward. I did appreciate the discount they gave for being military on top of the already discounted rates. So if you are especially of military/veteran status, even if you aren't, I'd recommend these guys for sure.

Edited Review: My initial review was based on an incredibly frustrating situation which arose when our insurance company set us up with Classic Collision. Once the correct people at Classic Collision were made aware of the situation, they stepped in to take swift action to resolve. Their genuine approach to do the right thing has completely flipped my perceptions and built my trust in their business. I'm eager to see how the work they do turns out, but they've earned my 5 stars as of now.

I came here after another collision repair shop canceled on me without notifying me. Classic Collision did a fabulous job with my collision repair. They always kept me updated on the status. I wasn't able to use Classic Collision due to timings, but they were the only shop that was willing to talk me through the process, amazingly knowledgeable and friendly and actually cared about my experiences. Just based on the level of customer service to a customer they knew they wouldn't end up helping, I would 100% recommend them.

Under the old ownership these guys were Fantastic. I had my 2010 toyota fixed up like brand new. Now we can't even get someone to answer the phone to schedule to have my wife's car fixed.As a purely service based company, your current customer service needs to be greatly improved.Service: Body & Trim

They were super friendly. Tried to schedule an appointment to get a quote on my damaged pickup but unfortunately Classic Collision, surprisingly, does not work on classic vehicles, nothing older than 20 years old. That's confusing.

I called in to get my Hyundai repaired by this shop and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She was asking my questions in such a condescending manner regarding how I was going to get my car to their shop. Instead of being informative and sharing their current protocols she decided to be snotty and hang up. Do not go here!

The whole process of dealing with insurance and Central Auto Body was incredibly easy and professional. Central did amazing work on the repair of damage to my vehicle and handled everything with insurance and even the car rental. I had this place do repair work on my car after a car accident and I walk in with my hood looking the same as when I picked it up yesterday. They said they saw the hood pinched when I dropped it off and I picked it up and it's the same way. But they said it is from before witch is nuts they never say my car before and I pointed it out when I dropped it off and pointed out the same damaged when I picked it up so I will have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed correctly since they said I'd have to pay for a part to fix it though my insurance paid them about 900 and I paid them the 500 deductible. The guy on the phone was always nice but the guy doing the work is not. i would not recommend them and I will not go back.Service: Body & Trim

I came to Central Auto Body because my car was hit on the passenger side. Lu and Central Auto Body took incredible care of my car and me. Frequent updates on the progress, as well as great service and care. My car was finished a week ahead of schedule and done with care and precision. My car looks like new! If you want to work with a business that CARES, I would highly recommend Classic Collision in Kent. After calling 50 other shops looking for help, they were the only ones who went out of their way to provide the help we needed with our damaged car.
