Surinder was very patient and up from about wait times, pricing and everything. These guys were extremely busy, with the phone ringing constantly and yet they still took care of me. These guys are absolutely, very professional and very polite to deal with. My car was hit in a parking lot in Federal Way and I was not even in it, and Bratch was recommended to me buy a they did an absolute beautiful job on my car you cannot even tell it was hit, plus they washed and vacuumed it all out for me when I went to pick it up, I didn't expect that. I highly recommend these people to anybody who has an accident and needs their car repaired. And they are also one of the busiest shops I have ever been to. The rear bumper on my Toyota 4Runner needed to be repainted.I know how hard it is to match the factory color, especially such a complex one as Toyota Gray Metallic.However, the job was perfectly done and what s important - extremely fast. After I called them, it took less than two days to get the freshly painted bumper back on my truck.Fair prices, 10/10 service, thank you!

How many 5 star reviews does this shop need... well here is another one. In my case the location was just as important as quality (walking distance from my business) and with the other good reviews it was a no brainer. The result: very professional restoration on a hail damaged car plus a high quality paint job. What impressed me the most was how much personal involvement by the owner went into this project. Since I was not in a hurry, I was able to stop by and see each step of the work and he was always excited to show me how things were going. You don't get that in a mass production collision chain shop. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to trust this shop with high end repair work or complete restoration on a priceless classic.

I had a great experience with Surinder at Bratch Auto seven years ago, and called them recently after a small accident needing repair. Surinder is a stand up, honest man, who does the job with a smile. His prices are fair, his work is excellent, and his customer service is first rate. Dropped off my new truck canopy to have it painted to match new truck. Dropped off at 10am and it was ready same day @ 5pm. Looks great. Friendly staff and i would definitely recommend them for auto body/paint work.

5 star / gold standard experience. Pat yourself on the back because your search is over.I took my car in to fix some paint scuffs on my front bumper and back quarter panel. Work was fast (next day) and price was very fair. Felt like these guys take pride in their work - professional and trustworthy.Car looked like new and was washed & cleaned before pickup.

Took my son's car here to get body work done. They sat on the car for almost 6 months and constantly kept telling us that they cant find the parts,etc even though we found the parts for them. A lot of useless back and forth with no actual work done on the car. Would avoid this place.

These folks worked on my car on two different occasions and the prices are reasonable. first is when I had an accident, second when I wanted Some cosmetic upgrades. The work was awesome on both times and They are straightforward with your questions and will do their best to help you with your needs. Do not, and I mean do not let their location fool you, the new area has alot of competition, But I can say that its a bigger facility and these guys earned my trust. I will be back here for more cosmetic work if need to.

I wish i can give 6 stars for a review. By far, this has been THE best body shop I've been to my entire life. Don't let the outside appearance fool you, the staff is very friendly, and I had great conversations with the owner. He has owned this place for 17 years and business is good!I came to this shop to get my rear bumper fixed from someone rear ending me. I was wanting to get my front end fixed as well, to get my custom bodywork patched up. He ended up fixing the front end for FREE, and he said it was on the house. (It would have cost around $300). Upon dropping my car off, the owner even personally drove me back to my place. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and i highly recommend this place to anyone else.

Brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to their shop for a back quarter panel repair and they did a phenomenal job. When I picked up my car to the shop it looked so brand new again. No hints of different shade on the paint at all. It didn't look like it had an accident. All fully detailed also. Would definately recommend this place!Also, do not let their new location fool you, their work is worth 5 star!

I had my car in to get some under body rust cleaned up. They were friendly, pricing was good, and they finished everything on time as quoted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I ever need any additional body work, will definitely be coming back

Nothing but wonderful things to say about the guys at Bratch. Fast. Customer service that goes above and beyond.After my car was damaged, the guys at Bratch were helpful and friendly on the phone. I got an appointment right away - that afternoon. Other shops I called couldn't see me until the next day or two.When I mentioned not having a ride home (since my car was in the shop), they drove me back home for free! That really cemented my good impression.Also don't be sketched out by the neighborhood, which is very industrial. They're trustworthy and normal. Good people at Bratch.

Hands down simply the best prices and superb work! They take pride in what they do. Amazingly and shockingly my part was arranged to be done in a short time frame of four hours as I work 7days a week. From exact color match, to the clear,pearl,etc.. This part was ready and dried in 4hours of a unplanned appointment..I offered to pay more just for squeezing me in an unplanned appointment as Surinder simply replied he will not charge me more just simply leave a real review as all his business is word of mouth for the pass 20 years! Great job, great owner, good hearted, pride, dedicated! Forget maaco! Bratch your best! Will be returning to get whole fairings painted for my kawasaki!very happy!

This is the second time I've used this shop and they have been excellent to work with both times. Estimates/charges were reasonably priced and didn't change. Work was completed when they said it would. The owner obviously takes pride in keeping customers happy. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I'll be using them.

Very very very nice people. Very reasonable prices and service. Just excellent all around. I found them by accident and was so delighted with the result. Their place is very unassuming - they didn't even have business cards so I could take one. But they did a beautiful job on my car and were as proud of their work as I was delighted with it.

Surinder and his team are awesome. They did an amazing job on my car. My car was damaged from an accident, and I can't even tell it happened. They even helped the Lyft driver who brought me there to pick up my car. He had a small dent they popped out really quick at no charge. They are professional and courteous and I'm so happy with the high quality work they did. I highly recommend taking your car to Surinder and his team!

I damaged my front drivers side fender, side panel, and door turning to quickly and into a structural pole in a garage. Bratch was able to look at my car and take it the next day. They had it from Wednesday to Saturday, and they did an excellent job! The car looks like new and they even vacuumed and cleaned the rugs! Service was professional and brief, and repair cost exactly what was estimated, no funny business here! Highly recommend!

Place is fantastic. They gave great advice and changed my key battery for free. 2 months later I noticed they forgot to connect my power locks after replacing my back door they did it for me in 5 minutes.

Bratch did a great job fixing up some dents and chipped paint in our truck. They were very friendly and did the whole job in one day and for half the price of some of the other quotes I got. I will take it to them again if I ever need anything in the future!

Got a parking garage dent in my (new to me) Evoque, and wanted to repair without hassling with insurance. They did an amazing job at a great price! Dropped it off on a Wednesday and picked it up in time for the weekend shining like new!!

Choose Bracht based on good Google and Yelp reviews for repair of superficial damage to side doors from damage done in a parking lot. A $3000 repair job.The good: the repairs were well done and of good quality. Ultimately, this is what mattersThe bad: Was told on two occasions that car would be ready, only to then told it was not - a delay of a day and inconvenience to reschedule pickup twice. A wheel was to be replaced and it was not - I had to point this out in order for charge to be removed.

Working with Bratch Auto Body was a fabulous experience; I really couldn't have asked for a better experience and have recommended their services to all of my friends. I recently hit my Prius on a cement support pole in my office parking lot and did some pretty significant damage to the back right passenger door and wheel well. Bratch Auto Body was the least expensive bid I received and also had the shortest estimated time line in terms of work performed. The damage to my car was going to require 2-3 weeks according to other shops and Bratch had my car back to me in one week. In addition to being cost competitive and timely; they made it a pleasure to work with them. Their delivery service picked up the vehicle at my condo and returned it to me as well; they even offered to give me a ride to the car rental place. The work done was BEAUTIFUL- I've had several people comment on how you can't even tell there was an accident. I will never go anywhere else and can't recommend their services highly enough.
