What an exceptional experience, it was made so easy for me compared to driving to Ford and trying to find a way home and then finding a ride back to Ford to get my car. Thank you for making this experience One to remember, I loved it so much. Working with Katharine was very nice over text kept me up to date on each phase of the work being done very enjoyable.The service department was so precessional very curious they made the experience so easy and enjoyable,

Service team was great! I was welcomed in warmly and was taken care of immediately, despite how busy they seemed. They provided a loaner which was equivalent to the vehicle I had in for work. Plus they wrapped up sooner than I was expecting so that was a nice bonus.

Corinne, and the Valet service made my Service appointment easy painful. They pick my vehicle up from my place of Business and when it was finished brought it back and they washed it. I didn't have to miss work or try and fund a ride. I worked for another Ford and Bowen Scaff gave me better service and I didn't even buy my vehicle from them.. I be back for both my vehicle from from now on. Thanks Corinne

I scheduled my car with Bowen Scarff Ford Service Center for routine maintenance but I had to add a diagnostic task to help to check the audio of the stereo. Monica was my service advisor and she did a fantastic job giving me the details of the report and sharing with me next steps. I'm happy with the service and I'll definitely recommend Bowen Scarff Ford service center.

We had a horrible time trying to schedule at another dealership so we tried Bowen Scarff instead and they were phenomenal. I showed up for my appointment (regular maintenance) and they said they could only see the appointment in January (recall). Katherine said she d get me in and even went above and beyond to go ahead and get the recall done all in one day. She made sure I received the best service and explained everything well. Definitely plan on bringing my car back here just based on my interactions with Katherine as well as how well my car was taken care of

I have used Bowen Scarff a few times now for two vehicles and Kathleen has been my service advisor. She is fantastic! She doesn t try to sell me services I don t need and has even advised me on how to save money on things I did need. She is very courteous and has gone the extra mile for me and I appreciate it!

I couldn t repair my car for a long time until I came to Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent.Service Advisor Brian McCormick is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He and his team did a great job and repaired my Ford minivan in one day.I m very satisfied with the quality and fast service. Dealerships are generally more expensive than independent shops for service and repair but I trust the technicians and prefer OEM parts so I find it worth the peace of mind. Monica F. is always thorough with explanations and looks out for her customers. I've taken all my vehicles there for a couple decades at least. Possibly as far back as the early 90s

Parker has been very helpful. He is a great asset to Bowen Scarff. My F150 Hybrid has a long history of issues since I purchase from your dealership in Aug with 13 miles. I sincerely hope that the issues have been resolved this after 6 days in the shop. Five stars to the dealership, one star to Ford

I booked the appointment a couple weeks before. An associate called me the next day and asked if there were any other concerns, and I let them know that my front headlight bulb wouldn t stay seated. Again this is more than a week before the appointmentWhen I got there at 9:30 yesterday, and the person who checked me in acted very surprised that I wanted my headlight looked at. Why call in advance and ask about concerns, and then act completely surprised when those concerns are listed on the check in sheet?So, 3:45 rolls around and I haven t heard anything about my car so I have to call. The person I spoke to said it looked like they hadn t started. Hadn t started? I dropped it off at 9:30. She said she ll have the tech call me back call back. He calls back to say that they need to keep my car overnight because they haven t looked at the headlamp yet. Also that they hadn t started the oil change. Finally they call me back after 4 to tell me the car will be done by 5 PM.So now, I get to drive in rush-hour traffic to go get a car that I dropped off at 9:30 for an oil change. That is very frustrating.When I got there, the serviceman explained that they are short on techs, which is why they didn t have anyone to look at my headlight.It was just poor management all the way around. 7 1/2 hours for an oil change and and you couldn t find anyone to look at my light.My family has been buying cars and getting service at Bowen Scarff for years. I was disappointed with my car buying experience in 2013, but my dad talked me in to staying loyal. But no more. I feel disappointed every time I come in there. If you can t take care of your longtime customers, you don t deserve their loyalty. I m done.

Had my 2016 focus in for diagnosing a windshield wiper fault. I spoke with Corinne, one of the advisors on the phone. After one hour the technician said one of the wiper motors was bad. I replaced the motor with a new genuine Ford part. Issue unresolved. Made an appointment with Evergreen automotive on pac highway in fife. They found the problem instantly and fixed it less than an hour. Routine maintenance at bowen scarff is one thing. But go somewhere else if it's something out of the ordinary.
