Overall a terrible experience.To begin with, was quoted 4 weeks for air struts to be made; took closer to 8 weeks for them to be completed. Instead of even offering to make them with heavy duty shocks, they were made with underrated shocks for my Audi Q7, resulting in the bounciest, worst ride quality I've ever experienced in a vehicle, dangerously throwing the car all over the road at high speeds. And believe me, I've tried every possible combination of pressure, height, and damping. Why even offer to assemble low-rated shocks for an almost 3-ton vehicle??After the VERY FIRST test drive with them, realizing my dissatisfaction with the poor quality parts, I inquired about a return, and was met with a very rude representative. Was told because they were simply installed on the car once there's "nothing we can do". Not to mention one of the damping adjustments didn't even work on one of the struts.I made a post on social media mentioning my experience, and the owner Ray claimed it was the first he was hearing of this, and he would make things right. I'm now seeing that he was just putting on a show to make his company look better. It's been 6 months since I first tried to make a return, and now over 3 months since Ray gave me these false promises. Every time it's been brought up since, he's claimed he's going to get me quotes soon, or that he can't afford it right now (and that's when he actually responds). However, if you look at his personal facebook, he has posts bragging about the 7 figures he's bringing in. Not to mention the personal sob stories he tried to excuse himself with when he called me, a week after he claimed he would.I'm unable to sell the struts because I can't, in good conscience, sell something that poor quality and unsafe to anyone. So I essentially wasted over a thousand dollars on four paper weights.Ray, own up to your mistakes and make this right, or this review stays.

Outstanding customer service and quality of work! I am so glad I found these guys! After having countless dead end answers from other companies, Wrenchmonkee helped remedy a suspension issue I was having with my Desert Runner F150 build! They went above and beyond to help me out several times with the issue and they were very patient and overall got me taken care of! Super happy with them, thanks again guys!

My experience wasn t the best. I took my truck to get it lowered they told me 3 days so I took it and 3 days turned into 1 week and then into 2 and a half weeks I needed my truck so I just went and picked it up and to top it off they had the wrong kit. And almost 2 months later I m still waiting on the right kit. However I do give them a 5star on excusesService: Steering & suspension repair

i waited about 5 months to receive an air suspension package and it never fully arrived, they told me to return what i have and I d receive my money back, months are passing and i am not receiving any money back even after they received all equipment. doesn t matter what i say or do the owner is taking no leadership. Rob seems to not have any knowledge on how to find him or even have info on the accounting or how it works it s just a disaster. I am now going into half a year dealing with this. I have been waiting since June 7th 2023. calling just to hear the company has no money every week is ridiculous.

Purchased a Air Lift Kit for my Infiniti Q50 from them and I received my items as I was told. They also respond quick and help answer any questions you have. This is a picture of how my car is looking with the bags and I definitely recommend them

I purchased my air ride management through you guys and it was super simple. Great customer service and everything came in a timely manner. Only 1 thing was missing but you guys immediately shipped it out and it came super fast in time for me to install everything. For me, that is what is important! Would definitely buy through you guys again.

This is place is hands down one of the places to get your car worked on at. Their costumer service Is amazing and they will get you what you need in time and there work is 100% worth what you pay for. There prices are amazing as well. Would love to get a exhaust on my BMW Z4 by WRENCHMONKEE because of there amazing work and reputation.

I ve personally seen the work they do on my friend s vehicles! Love the passion they put into their work! I m definitely going to be in for some tires and alignment work! I also have some coilovers that are ready to be installed!

I purchased the Airlift kit for my Infiniti Q50. Ray was great! He spent the time to answer all the questions I had (multiple times) and he was able to give me a better price than any other dealer.

These guys have brought my sti back to life!! I am hoping to get air ride suspension too that s my dream for this car. They are super fast workers and I trust them with any job!! I only want a pair of there air ride struts! If you need anything on your subi they do a great job

I had the air ride suspension installed on my WRX, after I learned the controller was not in the vehicle at purchase. I went to Wrenchmonkee, they were able to get me in right away and sell me the proper equipment. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place with good legit work always keep hearing nothing but great stuff from these guys. Seems like a place tri-cities was lacking where you can have one pit stop and get all you need done to your car in one stop. Would definitely need airbags installed on my car and some new exhaust! Ray was a major help in finding the perfect airlift management for my car. He even answered all 100 questions I had about the equipment and how the cold weather affects the air lines. I appreciate all his help. Definitely will be shopping with him again in the future

I recently took my 2014 Honda Civic si to wrenchmonkee to get airlift 3p installed. They have the best customer service I ve been around for awhile! Throughout the time of my vehicle being at there facility they stayed in contact with me the entire time! I will 100% return with all my vehicles to this location for future modifications and questions!!

Everyone who has helped me has very super nice and very understanding and working with me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Currently having my new competition clutch installed by them, but would love to get the FMIC setup installed as well

Super professional,courteous,and overall,very trustworthy and transparent. Ray notified me of some blemishes on some products,which were very minor to me, to the point where if he didn't point it out,I wouldn't have been able to see it. That alone shows the type of integrity that he and this shop has. Thank you again Ray!

Wrenchmonkee guys really saved me. I had aftermarket wheels on a Porsche. One of the wheels needed repair. Not only did they fix the wheel when no one else would touch it, this literally saved me thousands. Best thing is they are local in Kennewick. I highly recommend Wrenchmonkee and will be back!

The friends at Wrenchmonkee helped me out and found me an exhaust for my Skyline at a great price and with a quick delivery. I definitely recommend them and hope to work with them for some more supporting mods again soon as I continue the R33 build.
