Went in, told them i wanted tires. I got 4 tires and left. All under 2 hours, good service and friendly people. Taco bell sauce packet was a plus.

Worse experience you can ever receive. Manager is an arrogant dude. The wait time is always over 2-3 hours when they only have like 3 cars outside. Was getting a flat repair on a tire I got with them. After only having for 3 weeks it kept going flat. Don't buy tires here!!!

Bin told from Department Manager that my pick up truck will be done less than 1 hour (fixing their own mistake from yesterday - all 4 tires - balance). Almost 2 hours (still not done). Why am I not surprised...

Fast and easy to accomplish. You seldom do much. You shop while they work. Drive up & friendly mechanics service you & guide you every step of the way. Will definitely go back. They replace what needs to be replaced in the oil change & check all mechanics, fluids, & tires.

Wow, people weren t kidding. I brought my car for an oil change at 4:20pm. They didn t have a line, but a few cars inside. But the one guy inside said they can t take anymore customers because they re too busy . I mentioned that they close at 7pm and he confirms that it takes him 30 min per car, and alone, he can t take on any more customers. They need to hire more employees or pay them enough to retain them.

I called to see if they could fix a flat and they said sure. Showed up only to have the guy that checks in people missing with the check in tablet. After 20 minutes he showed up and checked in the guy getting an oil change first. Second there was a guy getting his tires put on and they told him it was a 2 hour wait because the guy with the oil change was first. Apparently they need 4 techs to do an oil change. Then they come to me and inform me they can't even do my truck because they can't do bigger than 17 inch wheels and I have factory 20s.

Don t come here. I was the first person in line in the morning. Only needed a standard oil and filter change. Somehow I was the fourth one out of the shop.

I have never had a bad experience here. The workers have always been helpful and courteous. They ask you what you want done to your vehicle and after the service is finished, they tell you what they have done. My family and I have been getting our vehicle oil changes here for years and have never had a single time where our car gave us issues afterwards. Angela, I believe that's her name, at the counter is very helpful and outgoing, but so is every worker. They vacuumed my car too and it looks so nice after. I'm glad they show me if anything else is wrong with my car. Will be doing my oil changes here as long as the service remains!

Only Walmart Auto Care Center in the cities that'll actually pick their phone up. Went in for a new set of tires. Service was fast and they filled my spare and put it back in the trunk storage. Awesome staff/service!!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Took my car in because it was due for an oil change, manager was to lazy to check my car out and told me he couldn t do anything about it because my car had oil, a week later my car breaks down due to it having 0 OIL.!! My car is totally messed up now, tried contacting Walmart and manager told me to text his number so he can go check out my car, he keeps ignoring my messages. This place is suspicious. With every person that I tell my experience too, they ve had a similar one. Wouldn t go here if it was the last place on earth.

I was so dissatisfied with their customer service. The guy who came out to find out what I needed took forever to give me information about the tires. The guy who was replacing the tires came in to chat for awhile while my car sat in the bay. I was like really!! Once they finally finished, my car was parked in the back of the building. I was so upset because I had a cart full of groceries and it was windy and cold. They gave me very poor service.

Updated from a 2 to a 5!!Had an appt scheduled for 9 for tire change snd car was even started until 10 and there were no cars here when I got here. Staff was extremely rude and other employee had to get manager. The only positive was I was offered a chair to sit in while I waited.I decided to say something to the manager and boy was I impressed with the outcome. Thank you to the lovely female supervisor and male manager. You completely made my day!

Terrible service. Never any available times. I showed up half hour early because they are so busy and supposed to be open at 7am . I seen 2 mechanics outside so I figured they where running late no big deal. This was 7:15 am. They see me, get in their cars leave. Then 10 minutes later, some lady looks outside, sees my car, and goes back inside.. 20 minutes later come back with a note, sticks it on the door saying won t be open till 10:30 not one employee bothered to tell me. After they seen me waiting. This wallmart is a joke and it s employees are a joke.

I always go to the Kennewick auto care center for my oil changes and occasional tire work. Have never had any issues, they have always been up front and open with me about any possible concerns that they notice with my vehicle. The manager Gabe is very friendly and welcoming, and the service technicians are efficient and consistent with their work. I have brought 5 of my vehicles in to them, and have no complaints. I will continue to bring my vehicles in to them!

Expect to wait a minimum 3 hours if you're the only car outside garage area and no cars in the 2 tire changing garages! This was my 1st experience with Walmart Tire & Lube and I will never go back! Went 3 different times before to have service done and they always said it'll be a 2 hour wait so I always left. They suggested I come around 7am when they first open to speed up the process. I got there 7:28am on a Friday (August 17, 2018) and there was only 1 car in front of me and no cars in the 2 tires garage doors. I still had to wait 3 hours for a basic oil change. The customer service was great and the staff was friendly which is the only reason why they got a star from me at all. They are extremely under staffed and I'm sure employees are probably over worked!

First of all let me tell you how incompetent the workers especially the service department mangers are. I sat at Walmart for over 2.5 hours waiting for a single tire to be put on my car. Almost every vehicle that came in after me was served before I was. I told the manager that I was in a hurry if he could keep my place in line because I had to leave town as soon as the new tire was put on. After waiting for 2.5 hours and employee came out to tell me that his manager was wrong and they didn t have a tire that fit and they didn t notice until the tire was already off of my car and unmounted from the rim. Now I am sitting here without a tire because they don t have any for my car. So great service you probably should go there!

The staff here are great. They were willing to stay a little late to mount my tires. I discovered my old tires were unsafe, and needed some tonight so I could get to work in the morning. They did they could get it done for me. Great experience.

Before heading out of town went to walmart tire center for 2 new tires. the service technicians ensured thru could change out however it would be an hour and a half to get mounted. 3 1/2 hours later right before closing service tech inform me they can't put the tires on. On way home disappointed and driving 70 mph I noticed my hook was unlatched on my hood Never will I use this tire a center again

The kennewick auto care manager, was plenty arrogant. Refused replacement of 2 tires on my vehicle, said they were 3/32 and the other's were 5/32. The 2 that were being replaced, were the 3/32. Told me he wouldn't do only 2. Demanded replacement of all 4. So I told him to pound sand and went to tire factory and bought 4 name brand tires, for less. Keep up the good work walmart.

It took over 2 3/4 hours to put (4) tires on our car. The truth is, they are understaffed and mismanaged. I can't foresee me ever using Walmart's auto center.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had to pick up my vehicle after hours. Mgr couldn't find keys for 45 minutes. Asked how he was going to make it right...discount, etc. Sinply said the guys didn't leave the keys in the regular spot. No apology...nothing. Strong lack on customer service.

Been there twice,first time they told me the broke the drain plug an I needed to go get a new one,couldn't change my oil! I bought one,went to a different place,they said my drain plug wasn't broken an had 0 issues changing it,so today( in a hurry for work) I thought I'd try Walmart 1 more time,they pulled my car in,broke my dipstick off into my oil! Then told me I had to go have someone get it out an replace the dipstick they broke! Jesus this place is a joke!!!

I had the pleasure to be helped by Gabe in the auto service department. In short, Gabe showed excellent customer service skills, was extremely helpful and honest, and helped me out with a flat tire. This was between a trip from Phoenix to Seattle. I would highly recommend specifically Gabe for his excellent customer service and genuine approach. (Keep in mind I have 7 years of retail experience, it's not easy to impress me in customer service, but Gabe went above and beyond!) Thank you Gabe!

Gabe the store manager here is awesome. I went into get my tires rotated that I had purchased back in May at the Pasco Walmart. When I purchased the tires I was told that I would have a lifetime tire rotation for free. I specifically asked even if I only buy two tires? The associate at the Pasco Walmart said that it would be covered. I was ecstatic and quickly purchased the tires. In Kennewick I was told that they do not cover the rotation on my other two tires, and that I would be charged for it. You can imagine my anger with this. I called the Pasco Walmart and spoke with the manager and was told the same thing about it not covering my two back tires. Gabe is taking care of me free of charge here at the Kennewick Walmart. I appreciate good customer service and will never have work done at the Pasco Walmart again. The paperwork isn't even correctly filled out. The didn't enter my address and they put down my mileage as 555 with a 2014.

I called to see if I could come in and get an oil change and the told me yes, come on in. So I did and when I got there I pulled up with 1 car in the bay & a truck pulled in after me. The employee proceeded to the truck and told me they don't have time to do my oil chang. I told them I just called and they ignored me
