Try to add hidden charges on top of diagnostic fee. Shop supplies and Hazardous Material for a brake diagnostic.A call back to ask about the charges results in an angry and frustrated Rachel over the phone that replies with if you want your $2 back I ll just give them to you in a snarky attitude.All of that on top of them not even sourcing the issue, instead just giving a recommendation (that they charge $300+ to perform) and just retesting once they already charged $300+*Edit response*I never said I did the brakes myself. I stated I had the brakes done. And I had no issue paying for the diagnostic, but adding fees for shop supplies and hazardous materiel is what I m not okay with when all you were doing is inspecting my brakes. Also you did NOT find the issue. You stated everything looked fine and you could do the a brake bleed to *POSSIBLY* get a firmer brake pedal. You did not confirm that a brake bleed would fix my issue. Recommending a costumer to throw money at their car to possibly fix the issue is horrible business practice.

This is the second time I have been here to this shop lately and the customer service has been excellent. Rachel has been very helpful getting my Yukon in for service and the work has been great! Great job to the techs! Thank you for the great service. I highly recommend this business to everyone.

Have only used them twice, both times were easier to schedule, available faster and work and price all better than I had expected, actually better than I had hoped for......,... pretty happy about that

This was only my second time experiencing service from USA brake & auto, but both experiences, were above and beyond.. They did not try to pressure me to buy other services, but did offer recommendations. My appointment for an oil change was right on schedule, and they took my car right away! They serviced my car fairly quickly, as I waited in the lobby, and it did not even feel like I waited a long time at all. Rachael at the front desk, was a joy to work with. She was very polite, and friendly, and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door, she was very personable, and just had great customer service skills. I also witnessed them helping other people as well, and they were very friendly and professional, to those people as well! Thank You Rachael! Also, I didn t catch the name of the man working in the lobby, but he helped me during my first visit about a year ago, and he was very friendly as well, and he s always in such a great mood, and seems like a very happy human being, and brings good energy into the environment at his work place. Thank you again USA brake & auto, for outstanding service.. I will definitely keep on coming back, for future service! 110% satisfied! Service: Oil change

My older truck suddenly developed a shimmy and started pulling to the right so I took it in to see what was wrong, anticipating that I needed a wheel alignment or something in the steering replaced. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem as a badly separated tread in my left front tire! They inspected everything else and found nothing wrong. I took my truck to the shop where I purchased the tires and they confirmed the diagnosis and replaced the tire under my warranty.Thanks, Rachel and the crew at USA Brake for taking care of me and my truck!

I ve used USA Brake & Auto Repair for nearly two decades. They kept my 99 Ford Escort going for 17 years and have taken good care of its replacement since then. Service has always been fast, friendly, economical, and they ll help source replacement parts they don t carry on the cheap (like a driver s seat, because EVERYTHING in that poor Ford broke at some point). I don t take my car anywhere else, and they ve taken good care of friends I ve referred to them. Just wish they were still open Saturdays.

Never go here. Worst experience ever. They charge for services and replacement parts that they don t actually replace or perform and they advertise warranty on all work, but it s a lie. They are over priced and take advantage. Horrible customer service and bad business. I ve had to go back several times after getting my motor replaced, with on going issues ever since. Even after admitting fault, they don t take responsibility. I would never take my car there again. Shouldn t need a lawyer for car repairs. More lies in the reply.. and yes you charged me $100 for an oil change, and spilled oil everywhere. You charged for spark plugs but didn t not even replace them! I have proof. And provided you proof! My car never had issue before this, and you put a motor that didn t even fit in my car! I will be sending a bill, from a real shop. You didn t check the motor before putting it in my car? I ve had issues since the replacement.. and the lady thinks she knows more then everyone, but is just aggressive and argumentative. Not helpful or knowledgeable.

A few years ago I had a jeep grand Cherokee that had $4000 worth of repairs. I couldn't afford the full repairs so I bought a new used car. Before I bought the new car I had it checked to see how many repairs it would need and was told it only had $1000 worth of repairs. Even the receptionist who is super sweet said that the new car, a chevy impala, was better than our jeep. Well we bought the impala but when we took it to USA breaks and auto to pay for the repairs, suddenly the impala had $4000 in repairs. And the list was the exact same as it had been for the jeep. We took the new car to hi land garage to get a second opinion. They told us there was a small leak that would be $2000 to fix but that it wasn't a dire fix and we could live with it with mild annoyance.In short the mechanic who inspected our impala tried to scam and scare us into thinking we bought a car just as bad as our old jeep. We haven't gone back to USA breaks and auto for years and hi land garage has been the best place to go for us.

Awesome place! My husband and I have been taking all of our cars here for a few years now, and they always do an amazing job. They never pressure you to do unnecessary things, and always take the time to show you and explain things if they think something needs done and why. Even for simple things like an oil change, it's definitely worth it to go here! It's nice to have found a place we trust completely!

The owner and employees go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. We have been going to USA Brake and Auto for over 5 years for oil changes and car repairs. We have always been happy with the service provided. Maintenance and repairs are done quickly and professionally. This is the type of auto repair establishment you always hope you will find, but rarely do.

I am so grateful to have USA for my car repairs. Took my 99 Toy in. No AC. Had to have the compressor replaced. Wasn't cheap, but I know it wasn't an upsell because I've been going here for 20 years. Good honest mechanics.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I ve known Mirco for many years and have always known him to be honest. I m an ASE master technician for over 29 rears and normally do all my work. I recently needed someone to evacuate and recharged My ac system due to temporary illness. I made an appointment with Mirco and brought my vehicle into his shop. I was not surprised that after completing the service on my vehicle he took my temporary physical condition into consideration and DID NOT CHARGE for the service. On our VW Beetle our check engine light came on and started running poorly. We took it to USA and I told them it acted like a fuel problem. They did diagnostics and said it needed both oxygen sensors and spark plugs for $850. We had them do the repairs. The next day the check engine light came back on and the fuel mileage dropped to about half. They had us bring it back in and said they could find nothing wrong but turned the light off, but the technician left his clipboard on the seat and his notes said the fuel pump was very noisy and would soon need changed. The service writer said nothing about that when we picked it up. Now, a week later, the check engine light goes back on and it runs really bad, then won't start. We had it towed to a different shop and they replaced the fuel pump. Seems to be great now. USA ignored the original complaint and cost us an extra $850 that may or may not have been needed. I have lost all faith in this shop.

We've been using USA Brake and Auto repair for a couple of years now. They fixed one of our cars the same day after we were told by another company that they couldn't get to it for 3 days. They've fixed warranty repairs on our brakes from another company. They've given us the hook-up on tires. They've got reasonable prices for oil changes. They've even got a great online maintenance service schedule for your cars that you can use to know when you need to take your car in. Their prices are quite competitive and they've always been quick and friendly. We've tried others and they just left an oily taste in our mouth. These guys are anything but oily. They even gave our kids quarters to get some candy out of their vending machines while we waited for our car.

I've used USA Brake & Auto Repair for several years now. They've serviced a number of my clunkers and have always done excellent work. Mirko and staff are always friendly and honest. They don't charge you for junk you don't need or waste time trying to get you to fix stuff you can live without. They do let you know everything they find though and are very helpful in finding solutions for you to get your ride fixed up right! They are average-priced overall and sometimes a little high, but I have NEVER been disappointed with the service! It's sometimes hard to find a good mechanic (one you can trust) but these guys are tops! :)

They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Very disrespectful with your time and money be careful the car has been there over a month and nothing has been fixed nothing. They are rude and they will pretend like they know what they are doing but I promise you they don't my car has been there over a month

WE have always used USA Brake for our oil changes. Muriko and his staff are always friendly and professional. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. !!!! I brought my 2007 Chevy HHR in for oil change, tire rotation and diagnosis on high RPM under a load... if I had 2 more thumbs.... these guys would get 4 thumbs up! Great service, honest answers and no trying to up sell or fix what s not broken! They understood my situation and helped me where my car needed most! Customer service is stellar! I recommend this place as your one stop car repair shop!! Bravo USA Brake and Auto, Bravo!

The job that the technician did was done good. I want to apologize to the team for the first review. Just because one colleague is not speaking in a righteous way of another does not mean everyone in the team is the same. Thank you for doing a well done job whoever did my service. Needed cooling system flush and refill. They had to order a special antifreeze suitable for old cars. Everything done quickly and efficiently.Had a breakdown, (not related to the service), and they responded rapidly and diagnosed the problem and called a tow truck. We ordered the part while we were waiting. A bit of a challenge to get parts for a 78 year old car but it's on the way and USA will do the repair.

I took my vehicle in to USA Brake and Auto Repair. I don't know a lot about cars but Rachel took the time to go over everything with me. My repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely return.

Brought my vehicle there for an alignment and ended up visiting with the owner while it was being serviced. Great guy. Not many places with down home honest service but I believe I finally found one. I'm the guy that doesnt bring my rig to a mechanic and will spend hours doing something I dont enjoy because I've had so many bad experiences with these kind of shops.

On a day when all was going wrong in my world, from back up toilet, on hold for computer apt. for thirty minutes... and then to see the geeks...then homeward bound.....(or so I thought). The day was sunny, I rolled down the van's window, and the shock when it fell right into the door..This might have been the last straw.... but not with USA Brake and Auto as my next destination. I knew that as bad as my day had been.. that the friendly folk at USA would be able to help me with my newest problem.From the receptionist, to the technicians, to the wonderful owner... all greeting us with smiles. Dropping off our vehicle, we knew it was in good hands... as I drove off with my husband in his car.A quick phone call when we got home -- for no work begins until they tell us the issues they found, and the exact price to fix the situation.The van was done before the day was over, but due to our schedule we couldn't get it until they opened the next day...All was completed as promised...... and with more smiles and pleasant greetings when picked up.Thank you Mirko and crew..... for all you do ... and always with a smile - making my day brighter

I had my breaks done and I m so happy. I wasn t charged for things I didn t need and I was made aware of everything needed for my car to run well. Very professional and timely. In addition the woman who helped me (I'm terrible with names) took so much time with me to help me. Great all around. New regular customer for sure.

I had my engine worked on by the Subaru dealership(valve recall, engine was removed and put back in). McCurley then said i had a popping noise coming from my suspension and may need work(which was never there before i took the car in). I took my car to USA brake Auto repair and they were able to find the issue that was caused by the Subaru dealership. Motor mount installed incorrectly(causing metal on metal rub as well as an alignment bolt not in place. So glad to have my car back to normal. Will be coming back for any automotive needs i need in the future.

This is THE BEST place family owned to get auto work and especially oil changes. They use the best quality oil and have my cars running smooth for over 6 years. I'm happy to live in a city with such good people to help me.

Perfection Tire: Rip off on Air Conditioning they said 891.24 and a week later it was 1022.37 and it cost me 168.62 At USA Brake & Auto Repair off Clearwater the best place in town THANK YOU!!! To fix the problem not to guess and they fix only the problem. Perfection Tire wanted to replace the whole unit and lines. We have had a Credit Card with them over 3 yrs and Had 3 sets of Tires put on 3 rigs and brakes jobs on two vehicles and many other odds and ends so for them to treat us as if we didn't matter that hurt and when I found out they where ripping me off omg that is just greedy, How is Perfection Tire helping our community ?
