Christian and Adam (along with the guys who worked on the vehicle) were amazing! I called them with an issue and within 30 minutes, I was in there with them getting the issues resolved. They even went above and beyond to look up some information for me about tires. Been coming here since 2009. Will continue to do so.

I was recommended to Tri-Cities Battery by a FB group and am NOT disappointed. Adam was awesome-got my truck in right away, got it diagnosed and operational all in the same day. He made sure my best interest was in mind and they did a great job!

I stopped into Tri-City Battery pros while driving through for and unexpected engine service. A woman traveling solo with not a whole lot of engine knowledge, I was Leary of being taken advantage of. Not the case here! These guys were professional yet friendly and took good care of me and my car for a reasonable price. Thank you, thank you!

I went to tri-cities battery to have the alternator replaced. everyone was nice and friendly. Albert the shop manager gave me the total cost, I wasn't expecting that. But what's really disturbing is. Albert didn't bother to make me aware of the fact! That it's an aftermarket alternator. And it doesn't come with any new belts. Had I known that, I would've asked that the serpentine belt be reached at the same time at 63,000 it would've been a good time. What's even more disappointing is Albert knew it was going to be a bit of a hardship, regarding the total cost. He didn't bother to make me aware of their 6 months financing. Dang Albert! What's even more disturbing is the check engine light went off shortly after, I went back to see what was up. Albert stated it wasn't the alternator.And he wasn't doing anything he wasn't getting paid for. Albert I wasn't looking for a free ride. l just didn't want to feel like I got bent. Like the lack of information about the rebuilt alternator and not asking if I wanted to replace the serpentine belt.

Jack and Christian were extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. They got my car fixed up and back on the road within the same day! They helped me with financing and made the whole experience as painless as possible. 10/10 Will be going here for all of my auto needs from now on.

Very horrible experience over a simple tire swap. I brought my wife s Lexus for them to take off winter tires and install summer. Christian called me couple hours later saying the truck was done but they couldn t reprogram the TPMS sensors so my light will be on now. The sensors worked just fine before I came in and why would you need to reprogram them unless you lost track of what wheel goes on what axle. All he was concerned about is getting the $140 bucks for the service and showed 0 interest in fixing this issue. The mechanic took over and got the light to go off, but still won t show PSI for the tires, hopefully it will recalibrate by itself. I m very disappointed with the service I received from Christian, and how he handled the situation, I will no longer be a customer.

*the manager called me this afternoon, and I was really impressed that he followed up. He was very apologetic, and was going to use my experience as a coaching moment with his staff. I'm glad he did. I can honestly consider utilizing them instead of scrapping my car lol.I called today about getting my car fixed. The guy that I talked to was so condescending, I would scrap my car before I took it there. I had work done there a few years ago, and don't remember being treated like I was ignorant. The repair was great,and I was well treated.

Made an appointment at 9am two days prior for an oil change, confirmed the appointment via email with Scott. Dropped my car off at 9am and asked the gentleman at the front desk what time I should pick it up and he said it would be done by 11am. No problem. I do have to work all day so the amount of time it took wasn't an issue, but since I did have to arrange a ride back to Tri-Cities Battery to pick up my car I needed to know how long it would take. Left my car there and was picked up to head back to work. Then I was dropped back off around 11:10 am and my car hadn't moved. Went inside and asked what happened, they said they are short staffed. No phone call from any of the employee to inform me the time frame I was quoted changed, nothing. Got a shoulder shrug and a sorry. Needed this to get done today since we are headed out of town in the morning and I do have to work all day today. Exactly why I made the appointment to begin with. Communication is key to any business and things happen, I get it. But to not contact a customer who left their car and specifically said they'd be back to pick it up at the time they were quoted is complete laziness. Not the type of people I want touching my car.

I took our vehicle in for headlight replacements. Unfortunately, there was an issue when replacing one of them, however, Albert was upfront with me and took care of it - made it right. Integrity and quality work. I recommend taking your vehicle here. I will go back for sure!

Jamie and his crew went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed, they made sure it was done correctly and also made sure I understood what was needing to be repaired.The customer service and fair pricing deserves more than 5 stars!I definitely am going to be returning customer.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I called Friday morning to schedule my alternator to be replaced after making multiple calls around town to locations that couldn't schedule me in till two weeks later. Tri-Cities Battery placed an order right away for an alternator for my car to ensure it would arrive by Monday so they can get me in by Tuesday.I dropped my car off and they needed to work my car in when they had time, which concerned me since I needed to work. They offered their shuttle service to drop me off at home and bring me back when my car was done. Incredibly convenient and unexpected!They called me a few hours later after they performed a diagnostic test on my car that showed I did not need to replace my alternator or my battery. It was great news and I'm so thankful they did not try to take advantage by charging me for a service my car did not need. I am above and beyond satisfied! I will take my car to Tri-Cities Battery for all my auto needs and recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience here! Our car broke down while driving home from a road trip and they were so quick to get us in. Fixed up our car quickly and at an affordable price. So thankful for these guys! Would highly recommend to any locals or people passing through. Thanks again! :)

My wife and I needed new tires on our van and after talking with our advisor Juan we were able to make an informed decision. He made the process easy and we never felt like he was only trying to sell us things we didn t need. He also informed us that right now they are doing a free alignment Check when you buy four tires which proved to be helpful as the front end was indeed out of alignment. They were able to get all four tires on and balanced as well as the alignment done at a very good price and I m a timely manner. I highly recommend Juan at Tri Cities Battery.

I am happy with the service I received. Autozone refused to touch my battery, but no problem with these guys. While waiting I was updated about the status of my battery and the cost which was extremely helpful. I will be coming back here for my next battery. Thank you!!

I had amazing customer service at Tri City Battery on Clearwater. Jason worked with us to make sure all of our issues were resolved in a timely manner even when I didn't have an appointment. I really appreciated not being pressured into an upgrade from what I originally went in there for. Thank you for the great service, I will be back!

I had a flat tire it was on the rim I pulled into the first place I could which was TCB. They didn't have a tire guy that day but said he would have someone as soon as possible see if they could get it pumped up enough for me to get it home and offered me a ride home!! This gentleman was sooo kind I was kind of freaking out lol. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH

Awesome Group of guys very Honest and wanting to make sure that the customer comes first in everything they do. Worked with Jake today on a lift for one of my customers here at Bill Robertson Nissan and he went out of his way to make sure they got what they wanted on the truck as well as rolling a tire and wheel package out to the truck to see what it would look like, all this while having a broken hand. Great Service! Great Price! Awesome People!
