Very down to Earth business. I called about a high quote I got from 360 Automotive, and they questioned it. Professional about it all, and didn t bad mouth the company. But they did offer me to go to their business and get a quote from them. I did just that, and these people went above and beyond. In depth pictures, explanation of everything, with a price! I can go on and on about this location, with how good they are. But I ll leave it up to others to assess, so I m not rambling on and on. Thank you Tri-Cities Auto for your time!

HORRIBLE! Specifically asked to get my shift link cable replaced (provided a new shift link cable day of drop off). Tri Cities Automotive Repair quoted the replacement at $570 and informed me that it would be completed in one or two days. After three days of no communication they informed me that the price was going to double to $1400 since the mechanic ran into some issues. Since I had my car towed to the shop, refusing service was technically not an option. Five days passed and the car was finally ready. On pick up day I was surprised to find the brand new shift link cable exactly were i left it, the new shift link cable was never installed, this was never discussed or communicated with me. When I asked why they didn't replaced the shift link cable, their answer was along the lines of "it was too difficult to replace and not a good idea". They still charged me $1400 to replace my boot , although i specifically asked them to replace my shift link cable because these specific shift link cables are known to be fualty. Please save your money and time, I do not leave many reviews but this review is required since most of the reviews seem to differ greatly from my experience at Tri Cities Automotive Repair.

Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had with a service/ repair company. Kayla was not only able to get my service scheduled quickly, she was pleasant to communicate with. Pricing for the service was beyond fair. They did a great job diagnosing and repairing my problem. Another bonus is that the communication was fast, clear, and upbeat. They even let me pick up after hours leaving our keys in a secure code box. Great experience!

I just took my car there for the first time. Cory the mechanic was one of the smartest mechanics I've ever met. You can tell he loves his job. Gave me a great price too. Highly highly recommend. As long as Cory is there, they have a lifetime customer in me! This is my new go-to mechanic shop. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic!

The oil change was fine and the overall report of my truck was excellent. Your technicians recommended new fuel filters, air filter, and coolant tank. The quote for those was WAY out of line! $1,113.79 including tax. I purchased the items myself and completed the repairs for $135.00! It took me less than 3 hours to complete these. I believe your labor rates (time associated) were way out of line.ThanksService: Oil change

Totally trust . I finally have a mechanic.Plan on getting my car fixed there.I found them because one of their mechanics gave me a jump out of the kindness of his heart.They tested my battery system for free.Don't have to wait a long time for an appointment.Highly recommend.

The A/C unit in my Kia had stopped working. The fan was blowing, but it was not cooling. This had happened the prior two summers and mechanics were able to temporarily fix, but not find the leak that was causing the issue. I am new to Tri Cities area and based on good reviews, decided to take my car to Tri Cities Auto Repair. They were actually able to find where the slow leak was coming from, get the proper parts, and complete a repair that should fix the issue long-term. The A/C has been working great since. They were great at communicating with me throughout the process, and that was much appreciated. We were driving to Spokane when our Acura began to run and idle roughly.Tri Cities checked the car out completely and got us back on the road. Very professional service, great staff to deal with. I've been taking my vehicles here for the last 2 or 3 years, maybe longer. They are professional, highly qualified and stand behind their work 100%. They have an amazing nationwide warranty program and as I said, they stand behind their warranties. I'm 66 years old and not a big fan of social media. This is only the 2nd review I've ever left of a company and the first ever review I've ever left was for this company as well. You won't find a better place to have your vehicles serviced. By the way, for all you veterans out there, they offer a military discount. Try them and trust them. You won't regret itService: Engine repair

Tri Cities Automotive Repair was a shot in the dark. I had issues with a VW I purchased used and you never know what kind of mechanic you will get so I went in with healthy skepticism and was very impressed with the level of service Tino and the entire team provided.Kayla, the service writer was very responsive with call, texts or emails. She was quick to check with her tech when I had questions and I had a lot. They got my vehicle in quickly to diagnose the issues. They went over all the details of the repairs including the cost, which were reasonable. Beware! At first sight I was impressed by the professionalism I thought went throughout. I had a truck with a clutch issue and when I got the results, it was catastrophic. $2500 for a clutch! Not wanting to or even being able to afford that kind of money on an older vehicle I said I d pick the truck up when I could. I paid for the diagnosis of course. $150. But before I could get back to pick up the truck I had Benton county sheriffs office calling that my truck ( in Tri-City automotive possession) had all the wheels stolen and later the radio. All of this, feet from their main entrance for vehicles! Mysteriously none of their security cameras point to the vehicles that are parked there and no one was ever caught. Than to make matters worse, when my family went to see what happened, they were treated as if it was us that had stolen the wheels off and made my family very uneasy. Refusing to tell us anything or even saying I m Sorry they went on about their day as if nothing had transpired.( Redacted info. Permission to post not authorized.)

Honest and great communication! Told me when parts were expected, called that day and said parts here, should be done in 2 days. Car was done after 1 working day and immediately called after they opened the next day. Also did a little extra work beyond what was scoped but included it in the original quote. Performed clutch replacement on my 06 Jetta TDI. Came in $1000 less than my previous mechanic had quoted. Definitely going back!

Tim did some diagnostics on my truck and to my relief I did not have an electrical short. He found the starter was causing a drain on my battery and replaced it. Great work and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend his services.

I drove to the Tri Cities area from California in my 1996 ford F-150 pickup and experienced overheating problems and had to keep adding antifreeze along the way. I got to my destination, and I knew I needed to find a good shop to take care of me and I did with Tri Cities Automotive Repair. It turned out I needed a lot of extensive work and I had to be back in California by a certain date and the shop went above and beyond the call of duty to make that happen for me. Kayla at the front desk was always nice and showed a lot of patience with me as I called frequently wanting updates. when the work was complete, I made my way back to California trouble free and was very happy for the fast and good service considering the amount that was done in a short time frame.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I have had issues with my Escalade that seemed to be none stop parts would be replaced and with in a few days they would fail. Tri Cities Automotive repair would be right there telling me what was happening standing behind their work 100% and would check and double check to make sure it was working when I picked it up. the front counter was in contact with me every time something happen. Tim and tri city motive did an awesome job on my f250 superduty. After taking my truck to several shops with no luck on my parking Brake, Tim was able to figure it out! He also went through and replaced my hubs and hub seals, tie rod ends and steering arms, steering shock and other misc. my truck has a bit of a rust issue and I can tell you that without Tims help I would have been into the work for much more and/or it would not have got done. I recommend tri city automotive to anyone needing some work done or who have a problem that can't be solved!Thanks guys!

This will be my GO TO SHOP! They replaced my power steering pump and the price was right after I called several other places. They are Family Owned and Operated and have done an amazing job. The 1st inspection of my vehicle was free of charge . When they called me back with their findings they gave me the estimate etc. They repaired my car in a timely manner... I would Highly recommend :)

Had several oil leaks to fixAlso wanted the plugs replaced and an oil change. Tri-Cities Automotive did a great job. We still have a small oil leak but it's greatly improved. The remaining oil leak requires further maintenance and additional cost, so we decided to do that repair at a later time. Very friendly and helpful staff. I am from out of town and was looking to purchase a local vehicle. I coordinated with Tri Cities to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection at short notice (next day) and the experience was fantastic. The team was very helpful and coordinated with me directly and privately to review the inspection results. They took pictures of all the issues they found, curated a list of what was necessary and what was optional fixes, and explained why each item was necessary to fix and how urgently. They also made themselves available to walk through everything on the phone with me to make sure I had a thorough understanding of the vehicle condition. Their service was genuine, timely, affordable and professional. Would 100% work with them again.
