I had a positive experience. I came in to have my windshield looked at due to rock damage, received a quote and an appointment for the next day. I felt welcome as a new customer, they had great communication, service was performed as stated price and seemed customary and reasonable. While I'm not a fan of broken windshields, I at least know that should the need arise again, I have a good place to go. Thanks Speedy Glass.

Going on a family vacation this weekend and needed to get my windshield replaced before leaving town. Decided to give this place a try and they do in fact live up to their name, speedy and great customer hospitality! Most definitely coming back and the first place I call.

I need a new windshield on my truck. They promptly assessed the situation and made appointment around my schedule. The insurance claim was handled while I was there making the appointment. I ve been here twice. Both time I have been able to do a walk in for chip repair and for the out of pocket cost you really can t beat it. Took my truck into have the powered rear slider replaced and the ladies that helped me were awesome, they were friendly and explained everything clearly. Got the truck back and was informed that the last window replacement was done incorrectly by another unnamed national chain. Will always use Novus for my auto glass needs.! Thanks!

We went here because the automatic sprinkler system in our yard reached our car and the windows were very hard-water spotted and cloudy. A wonderful young woman came out to our car and brought a bottle of special window cleaner that they use in their shop. It worked perfectly. Bought a bottle and cleaned all the windows and the chrome trim. Took off the road tar and dead bugs. AMAZING customer service.

Amazing service! I mean spot on novus crew there! While traveling from Spokane i got a quarter sized star break that I could see growing as I drived. I stopped in to them and they fit me right in. The lobby was very nice to walk in to i had my two sons with me and my dog and they welcomed us no problem. I was happy to meet Jen at the front desk and made checking in simple and easy. She was very kind and had a smile. You could tell she took pride in her work. I also got to be introduced to the technician that handled my repair. Dan was amazing. You could tell he was taught very well! I can barely see the impact whish is amazing at how quickly it got bad.Very professional crew, great repair and great environment! I would highly recommend this Novus!Thanks again guys hopefully I won't have to see you again but if I do I wouldn't choose another crew but you!

Came by to get my rock crack fixed early in the morning since no appointment was needed. They got it done in less than an hour. Great service, friendly staff. And the plus is it cost us half the price from competitor. Highly recommended.

Fantastic, quick and affordable.Replaced a windshield in a 2001 Ranger, couldn't hardly see out of the old one. Dropped it off first thing in the morning, 8a I believe, they were done in about two hours.The woman at the front desk was very friendly, organized, quick, and polite.I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for service.

I usually don t have time to write reviews, but these guys deserved it. Such an AWESOME experience! Jennifer at the front desk was amazing! Incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, took care of all the insurance info I needed, and the results were great! Can t tell there ever was a problem! Great work guys! Thanks!!

Novus Glass just left, and I can't believe how easy getting my windshield replaced was! Dan, our technician, was amazing! He was on time, courteous, friendly, and got to work right away replacing my windshield. 5 out of 5 stars for sure! He came to our house and replaced it right in our driveway! SO convenient! Especially for a busy Mom of two. Very happy with our experience. We will definitely be back for all of our glass needs. Thanks Dan!

I've run into a string of bad luck with regard to my windshields on 3 separate vehicles within the last year and a half, so I have more recent experience than I would have liked. That being said, the group here at Novus have been great to work with and have made my experiences pleasant. No complaints! Great work, but I do hope that I won't have to see you again, at least for a long time.

They haven't done the install yet but I am going to give 5 stars for my experience with them so far.I have a car, the small window broke. It can no longer be replaced by manufacturer, discontinued. They found the part on eBay and said they will replace it for me if I order it since they can't get it from manufacturer.The total cost for part and install is less than half what I got quoted elsewhere.

Very helpful. I called the morning to get a motor put in my windshield. Novus had the part within hours. 30 min to an hour. They were able to make a walk in appt. the same day to inspect my vehicle. Even though I didn't receive service from them today. The staff was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to get me back on the road again safe!

Set the appointment to replace front windshield to allow them to get in their shop. Came in on assigned day and time only to be turned away cuz they got the windshield in wrong. Frustrating! Brought it back a couple days later and finished the job professionally.

I got my rear windshield replaced no issues and quickly a few years back. I just called to get my front windshield replaced in my 15 hyundai elantra and they quoted me 800 dollars. Went to safelite got a one for 350. I dont know how they are still open at prices like that

I caught a nasty crack in the windshield of my truckyesterday so I stopped in to see if I needed a new windshield or if they could repair it before it grew.They pulled it right into the shop and put a suction cup deal on the crack. 20 minutes later to my amazement I couldn't even see where it was!!In addition to the repair he fixed another issue I have had with my truck since new with a vibration in my window seal for free!! Super nice folks the are very eager to help!!!

Unfortunately the only thing I really don't like about this place is their windshields are a little to overpriced a quote for my windshield for a 99 Oldsmobile Alero they quoted me $300 plus dollars and genuine Auto Glass in Pasco only charge me $234 installation and labor and tax included.

I've been to Novus on Clearwater in Kennewick twice now. Once was for a minor windshield repair and recently for an entirely new windshield (replacement). Both times I found them to be reasonably priced, quick to get me in and out, and friendly. The work they do seems top notch and they guarantee it. My ONLY complaint is that when you call them you get a "call center" of sorts (who knows where) and the people there are not very helpful at all. I'd recommend just going IN for any service you need. They're quite nice!
