Brought our car in that resulted in a clear diagnosis of large repairs needed. Worked with our warranty coverage and communicated every step of the way with us. Repaired parts in a timely manner and made this entire ordeal as painless as possible. Mike Marchese, Operations Manager is top notch!

Its a dealership where I didn't feel pressured into buying. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and I was able to pick the model of the truck that I want on their inventory and have it ordered. Travis, the sales person and Bill the finance manager were very helpful. But most of all, love my new truck!

We drove a Tucson as a rental and loved this small SUV! Such a fun car to drive that we decided to buy one! Very roomy and lots of leg room for my 6'2" hubby. Mo was our salesperson, and he was great! Really listened, not pushy and very knowledgeable about the car. Great gas mileage and lots of get up and go for this 4 cylinder AWD. One of the best priced SUV's in its class.

Salesman wasn t pushy, which was wonderful considering we had a negative experience with Toyota. He listened to what we were looking for and found us a wonderful vehicle that fit our needs.This was my second purchase with Hyundai and both were extremely positive. The service department is great as well.

We bought a 2019 Santa Fe new from Specks & have always taken it back for oil changes etc. The Service Department is always friendly & we have a special shout out to Service Consultant Jessi Pinkal. We recently noticed the clear coat on our wheels was peeling in various spots & asked her about it. Between Jessi & the department manager all 4 wheels were replaced with new without charge or any hassles. Now that is customer service!! Thank you Speck Hyundai

Where do I begin I absolutely love the service I always get when I take my car in for service I ve gotten a chance to interact with everyone is the service department , and they are all very welcoming and helpful . No hidden fees they are always up front about the prices which I love . I was very surprised I got offered a ride to go get food when they had my car in for service I ve never gotten that at another dealership . Nothing but amazing people there . Thank you for all you guys do .

By far the best Car buying experience I have ever had. Andy, Jesus and the entire staff went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Speck Hyundai of Tri Cities to anyone looking for a hassle free amazing car buying experience. Not to mention the pricing is beyond fair in my opinion. I rate my experience a 10/10.

I was in Pasco because of a family emergency and Speck was able to fit my car in for it s service (which was overdue) same day I called. They shuttled me around and delivered my vehicle back to the care facility that I was visiting. Took loads of stress off me and let me concentrate on my family. Thanks so much to the entire service department.

I went with my mom when she was buying her car, which we were originally nervous not knowing how the whole process was going to go and worried we were going to be pushed/pressured into buying something, but we had Jorge Murillo as our cars salesman, and he was so nice, patient, and even told my mom to take as much time as she wanted to make a decision, we even went to look at Cars at Kia before she purchased with hyandai, but as soon as we got there my mom checked out a few otjrt cars then wanted to go back to hyandai and Jorge assisted her, answered any any and all questions she had with compassion, and she wound up buying the most perfect car for her. I highly suggest requesting Jorge to help you if/when you decide to buy a car from here! I know I'm going to when I'm ready to buy a newer vehicle

The entire staff at Speck Hyundai were very helpful. Carla in finance was great, she did an excellent job with everything. I believe she's the one that actually found the Santa Fe we wanted from another dealer. Dan C. set us up with an appt. at a tint shop to get the tinting & clear coat we wanted. He had our vehicle delivered to & from the shop for us. Great experience.

Chris Penny (Sales Manager) has been great to deal with, have purchased my last few vehicles from him and would purchase again. He is up front and honest, but does not give you the feeling of being "Pushy" as many other dealers do!Will be in the market for a vehicle for momma in the future and Chris will be the first person i call/text to make it happen!

Traveled 6 hours to buy my Elantra N here for MSRP and I love the car. My experience with James was great. He was able to make everything easy for me over the phone and online. When I got there I was able to walk out in less than 30 minutes.

Let me say OMG!!! I started to look on Friday.. did not think I would find the perfect vehicle but I did and to top it off I was surrounded by the perfect people. They were kind, professional, and most of all they were thorough none of this back and forth that happens at other places. We were in and out and I have not stopped smiling since. I don t recommend buying a Hyundai. They have a lot of problems. My paint was peeling off my 2016 Sonata <60K miles. RESEARCH Hyundai paint peeling issues!!But, even though my paint peeling was a manufacturing defect(obvious see photo), the dealership only paid 80% of the cost to repair.Dealership tells me it is up to customer care. Customer care tells me it is up to dealership.Just don t buy a Hyundai. Any other car manufacturing company is better to speak with regarding issues. That being said, my car roof has been repainted for about $200. Not sure if I d consider it a win, but it is what it is. I will not be purchasing a Hyundai ever again.Updating review 10 months later, as my car is now peeling in other areas!!! Clearly a manufacturing defect. My coworker had the same car as me and the same thing happened to her car.

Don't fall in the "alignment" offer. I don't think they have the technology to check the alignment on the move. Otherwise educate myself about the subject. Don't try rejecting this service because you are going to have a bad experience on the service side. I'd never had a single issue with the car until I received a recall. I definitely don't recommend this place. If you have extra money to spend it's fine. I can't rate other services. Hopefully I am wrong and they haven't do any harm to the vehicle, but I can say they are lacking of service person.

This is the worst dealership I've encountered in terms of customer service. Their customer service was awful, and lazy.I stopped by their Kennewick location after work knowing which car I wanted to look at. A couple of guys were paying attention to someone with a truck, so I circled the lot waiting for someone to offer help. Finally a group of salesmen came out and to my disbelief they stood in a circle chatting amongst each other. I left and was hesitant about returning the next day but I was really interested in the CX-5. Sid was out there in a vehicle and noticed me. After he charged the battery and started up the car up, I noticed the check engine light. So I told him I wasn't interested in a test drive without knowing what the check engine light is. He could not tell me much about the vehicle, little knowledge about price or anything, so I was pretty much on my own. He offered to show me a car that was $15k more and when I told him it was out of my budget, he steps out of the car...approaches Carlos and tells me that Carlos knows more and can help me out! I was baffled. Carlos was very professional and offered look further into it when their shop reopened. Sadly, because of my initial experiences at Speck Hyundai I will not take another chance. I ended up going to the dealership next door where it was a complete 180. And I even ran into a lady who flew into town for a car she wanted from Speck. They sold it to another individual, that morning knowing she was flying in that day for the particular vehicle. I am aware that places will reserve a car for at least a day if you are from out of town. So this just affirmed my thoughts.

I just had a delightful experience with Emily at Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities. Emily answered the phone and was immediately able to identify who I was and the vehicle I was calling about in reference to recalls. She anticipated my questions and gave me a verbal list of the recalls for my vehicle. Then without any prompts from me, Emily asked me to hold while she checked to see if the parts needed were in stock. Then she followed up promptly with me, informed me of the part(s) that were/were not in stock and how long it would take to get them in stock. Then she offered dates that were available for appointments based on the arrival of the needed parts. During the entire conversation, Emily was very polite, efficient, polite, and prompt. She was absolutely amazing!! She anticipated my questions and the process needed to ensure that my vehicle could be fixed when I arrived without me even asking her about it. She was easy to converse with and I loved the way in which she spoke with me, the customer.Emily does not know this but the day prior I took my Hyundai vehicle in to have some recalls addressed at Hyundai of Yakima. I live in the middle of these dealerships (about 40 miles from both). I made the appointment 4 weeks prior. Long story short, I drove the 40 miles to have the recalls addressed and Hyundai of Yakima was not prepared with the parts needed to complete all the recalls. Thus my time and money was wasted. When I expressed frustration I was met with excuses and a non-empathetic service desk employee that sent me away frustrated, feeling like I had been lied to and that my time and money were not valued.We love Hyundai vehicles. We will be bringing all our Hyundai vehicles to Speck Hyundai of Tri-Cities in the future for our service needs. I want to take my business to a place where I am valued as a customer and where I can have trust that they will be prepared to do the job I need them to do.Emily you are awesome! Thank you for the way you do your job.

The most upmost love and respect for this place!! I tried to get a car with Dan in 2018 and he helped me get on the right track it took me two years to get it all worked out so I contacted Dan and I left outta of this place with a 2017 Passat Hyundai and I love my car it was worth the wait.. this place is amazing and very friendly and they go all the way for you I highly recommend them to anyone!!

We worked with Chris Penny on the purchase of two vehicles, one new and one used, in both of these transactions we were treated very well. Chris listened to our requests and concerns and was very responsive and respectful in our meetings with him. We thought we were treated fairly and received a good price for both vehicles. Chris was upfront and honest, which I really appreciated, I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to see Chris!

YOU CAN NOT SPELL SPECK HYUNDAI WITHOUT DAN COUCH. ok, you probably can, but you won't have as much fun! He professionally handled a very difficult person recently, and sold my bitterest of enemies a Suburban that fit her 12 kids. She even took a picture! Thanks for helping my french friend, Dan!

I had an easy, quick, and no pressure/ straight forward car buying experience here. I went in specifically to buy a car I found online. Carlos was great to work with and Dan was very helpful through the entire process. Carla was friendly and personable while signing final purchase papers. I didn't catch the receptionists name, but she was friendly and fun. I would recommend them for sure, and would return for any other vehicle purchasing needs.

Chris Penny was very helpful to us on the occasions we have shopped there. When I was in the market for a new (or gently used) car, he had plenty of models to check out and test drive and, while I didn't purchase that day I felt some disappointment because we had received such excellent service and care.Because of that great service and care, when our daughter needed a car we went there first. Chris once again a helped us out and we were able to buy a solid car at a good price.I can say enough good things about Chris and Speck Hyundai. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle.
