Always great customer service. I've taken 5 cars so far and will keep coming back. There have been some cases where I didn't have a ride back to work or had the kids with me while they tinted all the windows. They went above and beyond customer service to make it happen. Thanks for showing value in your customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND here for any of your cars. Great quality work.

Edgar provided one of the best customer service experiences. Edgar made sure to get me in last minute before I went out of town. I have a 2016 Prius that I never thought would look cool. However, the window tint made all of the difference! They re quick, honest and truly care about giving the customer what they need. Highly recommended this team!

We just had paint protection film (PPF) and window tint put on our new Tesla, Model X at Quality Window Tint in Kennewick. The quality of service was truly exceptional! Edgar made us feel very welcome to ask any questions during the process. It took some time to complete, but the wait was well worth it! Edgar and his team take pride in their work, and it shows! We highly recommend this business. You won t be sorry!!

I had a fantastic experience with Edgar and his team. He was recommended to me by a very good friend,Edger had done their house. Edger came out to The Pit Bull Pen Rescue took measurements on all 15 windows. Then showed me the choices of Window Tint. We chose the one we wanted. A week later his team (2 guys) showed up on time 9am and were done by 12:30pm. It was a very easy process. This is a family owned business. Edger and his 2 brothers conduct themselves in a professional manner and take pride in their work. After a bunch of research I decided to get my Tesla model Y tint and PPF done here. From the very start, Edgar was very responsive and detailed in answering all of my questions. Before he started the job he was very detailed in what they were going to do, and how long it would take. Through the entire process I felt very satisfied and comfortable knowing I was getting a great product from very skilled professionals. When picking up my vehicle I was pleasantly surprised that not only the job they did looked fantastic, but the inside of my vehicle looked brand new. The attention to detail is amazing. Edgar was very helpful. We bought a new Santa Fe, spoke to Edgar over the phone. The dealer took it to Edgar who tinted all the windows for privacy & put the coating on the windshield to cut down on the heat. We live in Oregon & he was very knowledgeable about what we might need & the law here. He put the clear bra on the entire hood & all the other usual areas. We were on vacation, Edgar took the time to call me and verify what we wanted, and made other suggestion. He was very upfront with pricing and warranty.I'd would highly recommend their shop Quality Window Tint & Edgar

Edgar and his team of window tint professionals did it again for me. This time on my new 2023 Toyota RAV4 TRD Off Road. These folks deliver a quality product with the finest care to detail and deliver it in the time and estimate agreeed upon. No surprises with these folks and my second car tinted there. Highly recommended! Also for some reason this review edited my review I did of them three years ago but it was tinting on an 1993 Toyota MR2; same excellent results back then. So reposting the MR2 tinting photos too.

This place was recommended to me by my friend. I was in town for the week because of the holiday and they were able to fit my in right away! Edgar walked me through all the different types of tint types/levels, and helped me choose the right one for me. The tint came out beautifully! I highly recommend

We had our 2023 Bronco Wildtrack Sasquatch completely wrapped with matte PPF and it was spectacular. Flawlessly done along with the window tint. Additionally the follow up and communication during the process was excellent! Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Thanks Edgar!

This is THE tint place in the Tri! A bit more expensive than others, but they truly are Quality! My daughter was my ride to pick up our car, and I asked that the car tint could be finished by 2:30 as she was starting a new job at 3:00. As promised, the car was ready at 2:30 when we arrived and it looked tight! Awesome customer service!Service: Sun control window tinting

Wow! Just wow. Edgar does an incredible job and I will definitely take my next car to him to work his magic. He tinted the windows, installed full hood and fender paint protection (clear bra), and then ceramic nano coated the whole truck. It turned out amazing and the price was great. Great quality of work! Edgar is very nice to work with. Honest and efficient, he ll explain to you every thing. Prices are friendly too My husband is hard to impress when it comes to car thing. The place he goes to was closed when we went and we decided to go to Quality Tint and glad we did! He really liked their work with my Honda, as a matter of fact, we brought his Jeep to Edgar as well and We re gonna need another schedule for my mother s car before summer :)Service: Vehicle window tinting

From making the appointment, to picking up my car - the process was seamless. The best around. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Window tint for a house, I am not familiar with, they took the time to ensure that we received exactly what we wanted and at a great price. Explaining everything very thorough. Edgar (and brother) and this company as a whole, will not disappoint! So professional/dependable and friendly, I ll definitely be doing all my tint business in the future (for anything) only with them! HIGHLY recommend !! Edgar is the MAN! I had a clear bra applied to my Infiniti Q50 and the final product was perfect. It only took a couple hours to install and a super reasonable price. I m super happy with the final result.A couple months later I had my window broken into and had the tint replaced by them.Unfortunately the tint was a slightly different shade when viewing the window from the inside (my fault, I should have made sure they had the same brand tint as I had before) and I asked Edgar what he could do. They removed the tint no questions asked and I had told them I didn t want a refund as it was just me being overly picky but Edgar INSISTED.It s not often you find a business with such fantastic customer service and integrity. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly encourage others to use this shop for any of their tint/clear bra needs.

We had Quality Window Tint remove bubbling tint on a used BMW we bought and re-apply tint in a darker color AND it turned out amazing! Loved their customer service and attention to detail so much that we brought in our minivan and had the front two windows tinted as well. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. I had never paid to have windows tinted before, and being in Tri-Cities I will make sure to do this on every vehicle we have from now on.
