I have been going to this audio store for all my vehicle's for about 6 years, not once have I had any issues. Mike and his team are really nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you want good pricing and quality work.

Mike and his guys at Performance Autosound are amazing!! I have used them to install remote starts, satellite radio, boat stereos, and i purchased my radar detector there! Customer service is so so so good! Ruppert is always good at remembering names, which makes customers feel so welcome, like we re actually friends! I always feel like they are fair in their recommendations and their prices, and they do high quality work! I have no intention on going anywhere else for my stereo needs! PLUS, they offer headlight resurfacing for safer headlights when driving at night!

Got a quote for Stereo and all the installation material / labor. price matched other Kenwood online vendors, which was great. I wanted parking brake bypass, so I used another vendor. Guy working could have been way more friendly, despite me saying i only wanted an estimate. this was after they said they said they prefer a face to face estimate.

I had a sub installed purchased from an outside vendor. Mike had me come in and made sure the items I wanted installed were compatable with my Chevy ZR2. He heard the stereo that came with the truck and suggested the sound proofing for the truck as well. This product by itself cuts outside noise by at least 70%. It also makes the door SOLID so now it FEELS like a truck door when handled. The Bose speaker system had to have bass maxed out and still no boom to it. Ask the crew about the "card" that can assist with your purchase. I was approved in minutes for all around speaker replacement with the sound proofing and installation of the product. THIS was an all day job which was pretty cool to watch. Mike scheduled me and Christmas was here for me. Mike and the crew did an amazing job hooking this system up. I was there literally all day. It by far was no small task.(This was by my choice.) While during the install a family emergency occurred and I got to see this team become A TRUE TEAM with not only the compassion they had for my situation, but also the professionalism that is rarely seen today in customer service. JOE my installation professional and the ENTIRE team pulled together and knocked 2 hours off the install time. I made it home with a FANTASTIC SOUND SYSTEM!!! These men of Perforamce auto sound are a team that gets the job done professionally, clean, and with care for your vehicle that gives an owner a sense of security . Again HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO JOE!!! Thanks bro she sounds AMAZING!!!! I look forward to getting all of my lighting for off road and camera system installed in the near future. Take the time, RECEIVE THE QUALITY of professional installation on your products. TRULY an AMAZING TEAM!!! Thank you guys for a job well done. GAME CHANGER!! Johnny and Mike were so awesome. I had no idea what I was doing in this place and they ensured I didn t feel like a dummy. I said- I drive a lot. This is an older car, but maps and car play aren t worth buying a new one. How can I get those things? Johnny gave me a bunch of options and talked me through the pros and cons of all. We narrowed it down and got this Kenwood magic installed within 24 hours. Mike walked me through it once it was installed and was super helpful in other tips and tricks I wouldn t know about. I was super concerned about sound quality and appearance a long with function. It looks so beautiful!! Seamless in my dash and pretty to look at (compared to the old CD player on the floor).I wish I hadn t wasted money on stupid Amazon Bluetooth attachments. This was totally worth it. Also pumped about the usb Jack they swapped for my cigarette lighter and the service guarantees they provide.

Horrible customer service and no warranties (apparently)... "If you pay for a new stereo we will install it".I spend $1500 on a new stereo system for the CarPlay and backup camera, and I'm 7 months in.. the stereo works about 60% of the time, the other 40% it won't connect to any phone... It's super frustrating. However, this is still not as annoying as the backup camera, which works about 20% of the time. The attached photo of a blank screen is what happens some of the time, the other times the screen just scrolls from top to bottom like an cartoon movie real when it is being started. When neither of those happen, the screen works, but flickers, and the "guides" are usually a foot to the right of the left....I called and spoke to a manage or two, and their response to my new stereo and camera and their response was "Sorry your new stereo is defective.If you'd like to update your stereo to a new model, you'd like to pay the difference on a faster stereo, and the install, we would be happy to replace it. Bring it in in 5 weeks and we will take a look."So the answer to a $1500 defective stereo and camera is to say, come pay another $500, plus installation charges, and we will replace it.Save yourself the time and effort, and go somewhere else.

I gave Mike and Performance Auto Sound my complete trust to design my car stereo. I listened and took their recommendations. It's the best sound system I've ever had and one of the best I've ever heard. At the max volume, my sound system is as crisp and clean as at normal volume. I love it. I really recommend you listen to Mike, find the budget to take all the recommendations in, from the sound insulation to the stereo, to the speakers, to the amps, and to the tuning, and you will have a world-class sound system.

Wonderful service consistently. Mike, above and beyond, noticed that I had a tire going low on air. He took his time, no charge, filled the tire with air and checked, measured the other 3 tires. Mike didn't have to but I must say, it was so nice, made my day, my week. Rubert is such a gentleman, makes everyone comfortable, I look forward to see his smile when I come in. The whole team are not only professional, really great at what they do, including being nice. Thank you! just me molls.

I have an old car that works excellent but had an old stereo. I was not sure if I wanted to sell my car or get a new stereo. Long story short, I decided on the stereo because I love my car! I am so happy that I got a new stereo installed and it has greatly improved my commutes!!!! Thanks, Rupert and Mike! I have a Kenwood stereo that has Bluetooth and a cool display. I highly recommend this place! Beautiful installation and awesome stereo!!

Had a problem with an auto start for my car that quit working and they got me in same day and found the problem which it lost its brain and they fixed it quickly and were great to work with. Will be a repeat customer.

This shop is very helpful and checks all the boxes. I took my car in to get my remote starter looked at thinking it was the root of my car issues and they were able figure out what the problem was and direct me a solution. I would recommend to anyone and will be going back when in need of their services!

Mike and his team did an awesome job on my new-to-me 2015 Lexus, installed a subwoofer and remote start, had both done super quickly and the installation looked amazing. Mike is extremely easy to work with and understand, he goes out of his way to make sure that what you are buying is actually what you need. I suggest Performance Auto Sound to anyone who asks me where to go. If you want it done right, look no further!

Never owned a nice sound system before. I was able to walk in a tell Rupert exactly what I wanted and my price range. The knew what would fit and work best for my single cab truck and installed it to make it look like a double din touchscreen was an option for 2000 Ford. Only took them one day to add all my speakers/sub and a head unit

Super service! Mike figured out my problem so fast that he didn t even charge me. I had talked to multiple guys on the phone between setting up my appointment and calling to let them know it was going to be about thirty minutes late and they were very courteous, had the door open and ready for me to back in. Highly recommend these guys, nice to know there are still businesses like this!

I came in inquiring about an install price for the subs. I stated that I was buying a package deal online that I just wanted install quotes. The employee I was working with wanted to see my truck told me that he could build a custom box for more money than I was already spending.. after I declined his offer he told me to just come back when I was ready to have them build me something and make a sale then walked inside. I had to track him back down inside the store which took 5 minutes as he went into a back room. Finally, when he came out I asked him for a quote as I originally came in for. He gave me an install estimate of well over double what everywhere else in town gave me.( right at about a grand to install subs) I went to another shop. And not only did they check out my speakers. Test the audio on my stock system bit verified what was in my package I purchased online and could give me accurate pricing on the install. At no point did the employee here try to work with me. Or ask vehicle specific questions or really even try to see what options my vehicle had. As I found out from the other shops that he was charging me for an install price on a higher trim with much more expensive stock audio systems noise canceling systems etc. that mine doesn t have. Once I declined the custom box I felt like I should just screw off. Was quoted about $340 and 415 for install at the other local shops which to me is much better than 900$

Good friendly and helpful staff. My head unit broke and fell into the dash. Dropped by to get it checked out, and they fixed it on the spot. No more than 20 minutes! Awesome products and good service for installations. I've been to other paves in town, and I'd claim this as the best place to go for your car audio needs!

Every time I've been to performance, they have taken care of my needs. They have done a great job. The staff are knowledgeable. Sure, they are salespeople, but it's not just about the sale. I felt that they looked to figure out exactly what my needs were, then suggested the right product for ME! Love my new alarm! Thank you Performance Auto Sound! I'll be back!

These guys are awesome. Rupert and Mike are my go to guys when it come to questions and buying speakers. Ive been coming into this store for 7 years now. They always take care of me no matter the job. They ve given me a ton of knowledge over the years. I m so thankful for this place. Always will be a return customer. Because they ALwAYS TAKE CARE of ME!

I have been shopping at performance for the better part of 15 years. I have had them multiple stereos/full stereo systems over the years and they have treated me fairly at every turn. Excellent customer service and problem solving without issues. I will continue to refer my clients and friends to them every chance I get. They did a wonderful job putting in my stereo on my 2017 Nissan Versa..they went above and beyond for me seeingshow I didn't have the original stereo in there and they needed the original side brackets to put the new one in..they told me where to go and get them and I did a d voila new stereo..thx guys you are the best..

Performance is the best in the area! After seeing a few bad installations from another nearby shop, I decided to give them a try.I shopped around, and no other shop gave me the knowledgeable, friendly service that I got here.The stereo system I bought was priced right in the middle of the prices quoted by other shops, but I know I got the best value for my money.Thank you all for making my truck sound great! I will tell all of my friends.

All the employees were very nice.I needed some work done on a car I was redoing for my Mom and seems like they did the bare minimum. Installed a new head unit and connected it to the old antenna even though the antenna line was cute. They even told me that I needed to take the care to a body shop to have them remove the fender in order to install a new antenna. Not impressed with what did and what they "couldn't" do.

I bought a remote start from here for my husband for Christmas and they installed it. Within a month we had issues and have had nothing but since. The remote start drains the battery on his car. We have been through two car batteries now and apparently this is not uncommon for remote starts. Wish they had been as upfront with me about the issues involving aftermarket remote starters have as they were with how much money it would cost to install. Once it s in there s no returning it.
