My parents, who live on a fixed income, thought they needed new brakes. I suggested they call Perfection since our family have used them for the past several years and have always been happy with their service and expertise. My dad made the appointment and was told the brakes actually looked good and they didn't need to replace them. It's so nice to have a car repair shop that is honest and cares more about their customers than their bottom line. Thank you Perfection Tire!

Jamie @ Perfection recommended some excellent tires for my Durango SRT. They ride much better than the more expensive brand that came with the vehicle, and look really great. Their price was very reasonable and service as quick and professional. I highly recommend this location!

Awesome first experience! Didn t know this shop was here. Until I got a screw in my tire and was looking for someone close to my house. Found these guys right down the street called last minute on a Saturday and they got me right in! They literally fixed my tire in minutes and didn t even charge me! Because of this and the fact I know they are here I will now use them for everything! I will be bringing all my rigs here for oil change / maintenance. And anytime I need new tires! Incredible customer service the gentleman behind the counter was awesome! Friendly / funny and very helpful. Very rare to find these days. Will definitely be a long term customer moving forward!

Hands down BEST service, friendly and fast! I have had two occasions now where my vehicle has needed repair. Both times I was able to get my vehicle in ASAP, and it was repaired and returned same-day! I appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. I would highly recommend Perfection Tire! I would recommend this place to everyone. Earlier this summer these guys took care of the flat on my family van in quick order. They were polite professional and fast. We used them for winter tire changeover, and despite being very busy they were able to get us done in a reasonable amount of time. The same day I came back with an issue. The owner listened to my concern and addressed the issue personally, ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome. Stuff happens, but it's hard to find a business that will make things right and actually care like they do here. You might find cheaper prices somewhere else, but if you value good customer service and supporting a local business, use these guys.

I've been patronizing this business for a couple of years now with both of my vehicles. I use them for all of my tires, rotations, and alignments. I can always count on quick professional service in a friendly atmosphere.

While traveling through the area, I noticed my splash shield was hanging loose and called Perfection. They told me to swing by and were able to screw it back in when I got there. I'm so grateful that I was able to continue on my trip without damaging my car! Thank you!

Very appreciative to the team at this location. My rental car indicated I had a tire going low. I turned off the main road to find this Perfection Tire location. The team there was great, checked all my tires and found that I had picked up a screw in one, and that another was 20 lbs over the recommended pressure. The team was fast, friendly, and very attention to detail. I left confident about the rest of my drive. Highly recommend this location for great service!

Full five star review.Always great to work with, fast, friendly, and honest. Been coming here for years had to deal with a diff shop recently for a warranty on the vehicle, literally pulled the vehicle from the other place, paid a tow company t to tow it here, and here to tell you learned my lesson not to go elsewhere.Specifically callout that Jamie is a great guy to work with!

Oil change they bad oil change loose oil filter. Bad tire repair when I gave them another try. Service manager could care less Not going back. They missed small hole

Always friendly & reliable service. Today, 7/29/23, the staff amazed me once again. A part that would cost me $300.00 plus cost me $25.00 bucks. Why? One of the managers on his own picked me up the part at a wrecking yard. These guys go above and beyond to serve their customers. Perfection Tires will always be my "go too" place.

This place was great. I came in to the store I thought my husband purchased at to change my tires and wheels. I was not in the system but instead of sending me away they just added me in and got my car in right away as well. They even came out to tell me I might experience less performance since this may be my last season on them. Everybody was also very polite and cheery despite how busy/ cold it's been. Especially Glenn. Highly recommend :)

In the winter I ended up sliding and hitting a curb messing up my front right CV axle, they were able to get me in the same day. fix it and do an alignment all in the same day! All for a reasonable price! I am super glad they were able to get me back on the road the same day! (97 Subaru)

I had gotten my front brakes replaced and abs sensor fixed here. I was thinking I had to replaced my abs sensor replaced and I knew that it was going to cost 300 plus. But the mechanic fixed it without replacing it and that really made my week. The only surprise was the front brakes needing to get replaced but even with that being said, I still saved money! It could've easily been over 900 which would have put me in a situation where I would had to make a choice between one or the other. The mechanic was very helpful and I'm grateful. But from that moment it hasn't been a good experience from this one on Union to the one in Pasco. I'm aware I'm not welcome and won't be getting my car touch by this company ever again.

Having grown up with a mechanic father and brother who always had stories about their bosses wanting to push repairs that are not needed. If I trust the work they do and it's a fair price I will never go anywhere else. Perfection is not only the one I trust with my 3 cats it's where I tell everyone else to go for theirs. If you go to a dealership for repairs I can guarantee you are being robbed. Perfection will not let you down.

I've been going to this location since 2012. Both Glen and Jamie go above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. Very personable and professional. Prices are always upfront and never any surprise pricing. I highly recommend this business, and will continue to come back for our future needs.

Went to purchase a set of much needed tires. The service was outstanding. I needed a specific wrench to get my tires off(custom rims, my wrench didn't fit). They loaned me the wrench to get my flat tire off, which was nice! They were friendly and it took them I think about an hour to get everything done. The price for the two tires was pretty average to everyone else's prices. Would recommend giving them your business!

We have been traveling across the country when the trucks battery died in the parking lot at a gas station. After calling Jesse came out and jump started the truck. We followed him to the store where we got a new battery. All of the staff we very helpful and kind. We got back on the road in about 45 minutes. Awesome service by a great group of people.

I took my car in because I was driving around not realizing I had a missing oil cap until my car started smoking from the burn off. They fixed that issue and I'm pretty sure they fixed another issue I was having with a scrapping noise without charging me because after I got it the noise was gone and has stayed gone. I'm thankful either way and pretty sure they will be my go to from now on.
