First off, I apologize for taking a couple weeks to leave my review where it s definitely earned!I ve had numerous people try to align my 4runner in the tri-cities and not one company has. Well, that was till I brought it to this location. I know with everything I ve gotten done for overlanding makes it pretty hard to have in alignment. But this company far exceeded the standard. When I got home from work to where I was able to test drive it around, I was shocked that I wasn t having to hold it hard left anymore. THANK YOU for being the ONLY legit company who knows how to do a correct alignment on a off-road vehicle!

They did an awesome job putting new wide low profile tires on my rims without leaving any marks or damage, and the cost was about 1/2 of what it would have been at Discount Tire.Note the price is the same if you drive your car to them or carry the tires and rims in. I only have room for 1 extra tire in my BMW M roadster trunk and I already had the car up on jack stands for maintenance so I brought everything in the back of my truck.

The service that Connor and Kim provided was excellent and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here, they take great care in everything they do.

They do a great job. Customer service great. Recently had my camping trailers tires replaced and figured I would need my bearings repacked. They gave me a quote. Went to pick it up and the bill was over a $100 cheaper. They said I didn t need the bearings replaced. Anywhere else I bet they do it anyway for my $$$. Good to see honesty still exists. And I called 4 other places for quotes. They weren t even close to PT.

This is my go to tire shop in Kennewick. My wife's tire was leaking from the bad bead or no bead from Costco. Perfection tire fixed it for free. I also had a constant in tire pressure warning light. Toyota wanted 300+. Most others wanted 100+. Perfection fixed just the one bad sensor for under $60. It stills working good after a few years.

The good folks at Perfection (Columbia Center) have taken care of our vehicles for nearly 35 years and they have never disappointed. We trust them completely!

Definitely the best tire and repair shop around. I used them for a front end repair after damage from sliding into a curb. I m so glad I chose perfection! Ricky was extremely helpful, he kept me informed during the entire process, went above and beyond to help me find new wheels for my rig, and was super informative and friendly. I couldn t be happier with the outcome, my car looks and drives as great as before. I would highly recommend, they are my new tire shop for life!!!

3 words to describe these guys- Honest (about price and what needs to be done on the car), transparent, good customer service. This will be my goto going forward. Went to get brake work done. Rather than just replacing them and charging whatever these guys are honest and transparent and informed that I don t need to replace em now. Kudos to Ricky!

I had called on Saturday saying my cars engine light came on and described what was happening. They sqeezed me in on Monday. Rich was awesome and so was his other front staff, Ricky I belive his name was. They changed coils, plugs and got me on my way and my car is running like a dream. I appreciated them squeezing me in and getting it done so quick. These guys are awesome.

Good initial experience getting tires for my college kid. Good price after the rebate. We decided to schedule brakes with them as well. Overall the customer service was great!

They did a great job my some of them need to work on their customer service and phone etiquette. I called to see if my car was done someone answered and said they will transfer me to front desk. When transfer the person just said "what can I help you?" In a very rude tone and before I can explain he said hold a minute then it hung up on me. Then later about an hour tell close I can came into store. I was greeted rudly and I ask about my car and how long it will be done since it's almost closing time. All he said was "Its right there in the bay and should be done soon" then just ignored me. I didn't get answered so I left because I had thing to get done. I got home and I got a call at 5mins to 5pm closing to tell me my car is done. So I said I will have to pick it up and pay the next and he said "ok then see you tomorrow with a tone"

We have now been to this business 3 times both for our family cars and for our business vehicle. We have been so impressed. Every time they were very honest with us. There were times where I expected a huge bill, and instead they told us it was just a little issue and didn't cost hardly anything at all. Other places we have been to would have made it sound like a big deal and overcharged. Thanks for your honesty and great communication. I highly recommend Perfection Tire and Auto Repair if you need new tires or need them repaired, but also for getting your vehicle fixed.

These guys are amazing! I've been buying almost all my tires here since I moved to area 10 years ago.Bought Cooper Zeon RS3s twice and a set of Nokian studded for the winters! All the passenger style tire services are spot on.Had them source some staggered Pirellis for my X5. The couldn't find same tread in all four since the rear ones are wider but they did a great job and got all four mounted and balanced for better than Discount Tire.For the Jeep, I wish they sold BFGoodrich tires since that's what works best for my driving style. I asked them to do an alignment before I put the 4" lift on and they found bad components and suggested I get those fixed before I get an alignment. Most places would've just aligned it and then said "you have issues! The bill will be $100!". Yanked off the front end and installed the lift and had them touch up the caster and toe!Shout out to Ricky and Connor! These guys always make the tire experience here top notch. Coffee ain't bad either! Not all Perfection Tire locations are equal! They have different owners around town! This one gets my vote for the best! Avoid Southridge PT if possible! Pasco is good! Richland idk

The quality of work and excellent customer service is unmatched! I knew I needed my brakes done (they were squealing and grinding) and had taken my car to THREE different auto shops that all told me my brakes were fine. I took my car in to Perfection Tire to get new tires and they told me my rear brakes were bad and people typically just check the front brakes. They really went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Great job guys!

Dan Nelson and the rest of the crew at perfection tire are amazing! I have been taking my wife s van and my truck to them for about a year now and there customer service is fantastic not to mention there prices are the best in town. I recently had them put a new motor in my truck and I couldn t be happier. Because of the attention they give every customer you always feel like you re the only one there. Went there for a basic oil change and I was very happy with the service. Not only was I happy with the service but they were so beyond nice, while I waited I listened as they took care of every customer that came in with amazing care. Thank you for being such good people.

Great Job! to Connor and the team at Perfection Tire on Columbia Center Blvd. They are friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on the suspension and brakes to get them back where they needed to be on my Mazda 3. I really feel they went the extra mile.I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

This shop is no joke the best I've been to in a long time. Conner & his team are honest and very professional. They don't use pressure sales like some of the competitors, they really care about your well being and will be honest about what your vehicle needs right now instead of stuff that can wait. Great prices and wonderful service.

The guys at Perfection Tire are great! I 100% trust the owner, Kim, and his team. They are locally owned and I feel like I have a friend in the business. I have sent family and friends here and everyone has been impressed. I just got my tires replaced and couldn't be happier. For the best price and service... this is the place!!

Always a great experience. Kim and Conner, are top notch guys. They recently diagnosed front end noise on our MB that 1 dealer and 1 other import shop had no clue. I always buy my Cooper tires here.

Extremely upset at the misdiagnosis of my son's car. He brought it in and after the first mechanic looked at it we were told a cracked head gasket. We were not going to pay that substantial cost for a car with over 100k miles. Then next day or so we are told it's something different. So we paid just over 2800 to fix that issue only to have it back in the shop a week later and they tell us it has a cracked head gasket. We could have put that money towards another car for our son instead of throwing it away.

Kim and his team are great! I brought in an older set of alloy wheels that I was told at another tire shop weren't salvageable due to air leaking through the pores of the metal. The guys at Perfection Tire thoroughly cleaned them up and got them to seal properly, saving me from having to buy another set of wheels. Top notch integrity is what you will find here.
