From pre-beginning to end, this place is incredible. They were willing to work out a crazy payment method (I m a remote worker) with my main office in Spokane, they texted me the appointment information, a google map picture of their location and a picture of the front of the business to ensure I could find the business. They were flexible, yet urgent with the appointment day and time as well. They also had a great sitting area for me to wait and work. They were quick yet efficient with the windshield replacement itself and they even vacuumed up my carpet and grabbed my trash out! 100% incredible service and they will be my go to for windshield replacements from this point forward!

Patriot Auto Glass is great. They came to the house and replaced our windshield in our driveway. Not only that they cleaned all of the windows inside and out and even vacuumed the floor. Highly recommend this company they have awesome customer service.

Greta experience with Jon at Patriot Auto Glass! He was thorough and got my truck in the same week! Drop box for keys made for painless after hours drop off and pick up, and with online payment I was able to submit to my insurance with ease. Can t recommend Patriot Auto Glass more! They did a great job!

Called on a Friday and got an appointment early on Monday. They went above and beyond to make sure they got the right windshield for my car. Mitsubishi had the wrong windshield numbers for my vehicle. Patriot made sure they installed thecorrect one., after triple checking. Customer service was awesome. I can't recommend these guys enough. True class act.

If you are looking for a honest and trust worthy company to fix your windshield, then you have come to the right company. Jon and his crew are the BEST!! I have used him for a few different vehicles through the years and I will continue to use them. I don't trust many people to work on my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali XL but I will always let them.Patriot Auto Glass is Locally owned and operated and you can tell he takes pride in his company and his customers. John is going to great lengths to make sure things all work out for me after my camera wouldn't sync once the new windshield was installed. He has been in regular contact and it's greatly appreciated! Job was done beautifully.

Jon and his team at Patriot Auto Glass have taken care of me and my auto glass needs twice now. The first time they fixed a chip on my windshield. They quickly fixed my chip while I was in a meeting. Super convenient! When I recently noticed that my windshield chipped again and had grown into a crack, I reached out to Jon and had my windshield replaced. Again, the team worked on my vehicle at my place of work and were super kind, fast, and professional. They even left the inside of my vehicle cleaner than I had left it! I would 100% recommend Patriot Auto Glass. Great local business with amazing employees.

Excellent service and quality product ! :) I got my windshield replaced yesterday. Jon took care of my appointment and got me in the schedule quick! and Francisco were on top of making sure the team installed my windshield correctly. they even noticed the clips holding my windshield are needed to be replaced, they went and got a new one for me before installation. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Patriot auto glass. :)

I had my windshield replaced at my house by Patriot and they did a wonderful job. The installer called to let me know he was on his way, when they arrived they where pleasant, curtius, and professional.They took care not to damage anything on my vehicle while doing the work, and even cleaned as they worked. The whole experience was exceptional and customer forward like it used to be. I will definitely recommend having glass work done by Patriot, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Patriot Auto Glass is a local business with a outstanding customer service. They handled our replacement from start to finish and followed up to ensure it met expectations. They worked with our Insurance so we didn't have to and they were easy to accommodate our schedule. Arrived when they said they would and we are VERY pleased with the job well done! Thanks again!!!! Look forward to our next day for service!

We just had a replacement done on our Volvo and the service was top notch. They came to my office to do the work and he price was great. The customer service here is always excellent and we ve used patriot several times. The pricing was a lot less then I expected and they use high quality glass and products. They were very fast, efficient and had outstanding communication throughout the process. Don't shop around just call these patriot auto glass. You won't be disappointed.

Just recently had chips fixed on two of my vehicles. Worked directly with Jon to get scheduled and he was so easy to work with. Always ready with answers to any questions I had and took care of working with insurance. The tech that came to my house was very prompt and so nice. Chatted with me while fixing my windows and answering all of my curiosity questions. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. So glad to have worked with them and will easily go back should I ever need their services again.

Patriot Auto Glass did a phenomenal job replacing my car's windshield. I really feel like they went above and beyond with their help! They provided text updates on when they were going to be able to get to my car, helped me contact my insurance and get the best deal on the replacement, as well as taking care of some scratches on the car body where the last windshield replacement (that was not done by Patriot) went poorly.I cannot reccomend Patriot Auto Glass highly enough!Thank you so much again!Service: Auto windshield replacement

All around amazing customer service. They came to my house in the morning, due to my own error the wrong windshield was brought. They immediately ordered the correct one, had it later the same day and came back the same afternoon to install it. They went above and beyond to replace my windshield, were extremely efficient, and very kind. Thank you for everything, I highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. You can not tell that it was replaced! This is a brand new truck and it was important for us to have the OEM one installed. They communicated with us all the way through the process. Called Patriot Auto Glass based on customer reviews that I read. I needed my front windshield replaced due to a rock chip that turned into a crack across my windshield. They offered free mobile service too, which was a huge plus! I have a small child, and trips like this can be daunting when you have to sit and wait for a service to be done. Everyone from the initial phone call to book the appointment, to completion of my windshield replacement had an old school customer service mentality, which is almost unheard of these days. Everyone treated me like a valued customer right from the start. Jon even checked to see if it would be worth it for me to go through my insurance company or not. It turned out that I would be paying less to pay out of pocket than my deductible would cost me, and it wouldn t cause me a ding to file a claim. I would highly recommend Patriot Auto Glass to my friends and family.

Not only are these guys amazing at what they do, and have wonderful personal service, but they have integrity too and that isn't something easily found now days. While other glass companies have given me cheaper quotes, I feel safe have Patriot Auto glass do it because I know that they know what they are doing. Having had a windshield replaced by a cheaper company before, only to have it pop out a few weeks later, it is worth the little bit extra to know that my windshield is installed safely and will protect me and my baby in the car. They also came out to repair a rock chip I had in my windshield, turns out it had already been filled & they let me know that. I know other companies probably would have just pretended like they had done it, but not Patriot Auto glass- I appreciate their integrity!

They were quick with a quote and were able to come out to my home to repair my window professionally. The price was very reasonable. John and his team have replaced both a windshield and rear window for me. Both replacements were top quality and i am a happy customer. They also have a mobile service which sounds like a great option for those who can't make time for an appointment. I will be a returning customer from now on.

Awesome customer service. We have used Patriot for our personal rigs as well as our large fleet at my work and Patriot is always so helpful. Their communication is amazing and they always get us scheduled in a timely manner. It's the only place we call now.

Patriot Auto Glass not only provides GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE; they provide an EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE when you're their customer. From the owner, Jon, to the employees, they are all the most kind and hard-working people you will meet. They are caring and considerate; they even set a plug-in heater next to me (because it was freezing that day) while I was waiting for my windshield to be worked on, and I didn't even say anything about it being cold. That's just how thoughtful these folks are. My utmost respect to Jon Cox for creating such an amazing culture for his business! Thank you! :)
