Service here is simply amazing. Alex helped under my hood to find the right replacement alternator, and before I even asked had offered to lend me his personal tools to do the job on the spot AND stayed after his shift until I was back on the road. This man deserves a big raise. Also his friend working alongside there is a gem. Anyone leaving less than 5 stars must have been served by someone else Alex hit me up if you re ever in Montreal I owe you many beers.

I've always received good customer service. On the phone and in store. Their knowledgeable! If there's more than one option on a particular part. Weather it be price or performance. Or your budget.

Excellent service. The manager, Cory, has really set the bar high with this store. We have several competitors close by and this is always my first stop. If they don't have it or can't get it I probably don't need it.

Their employees never seem to know ANYTHING about vehicles, parts, or even how to look them up on their own system computers, much less anywhere online. It's very sad and makes me feel very awful for the employees. It's obvious they're not vetted properly, aren't paid enough - not even enough to care and I'm sure the benefits suck. How SAD and AWFUL the owners/chain/whatever are SO GREEDY, they can't pay the proper people enough to care to know the correct information even without having to look it up and probably don't give very good benefits and therefore can't even retain enough people to stay long enough to at least learn all the info necessary to actually help customers people out of repition of actually doing it for a significant amount of time that it's become easy pay lemon squeezy. Therefore, every customer has to know ahead of time what they're looking for and be sure that what comes up from the back is exactly that. But, rest assured, the first one won't be. Also, be assured that if you've looked online and it shows it's in stock and, when you go to pick it up, any employee won't be able to find it (not in the computer, no matter what numbers you give them; and not by the year, make, or model of the vehicle either) but it IS back there. Last, but not least, don't expect any of the parts' books (for windshield wipers, oil filters, air filters, etc., that help you get the correct interchangeable parts for your vehicle) to have all their pages. At least the employees are usually nice.

I needed to replace my K&N air filter after 7 years. I could not find the replacement anywhere , including the website of K&N. I called Oriellys auto parts in Kennewick and a young man named Ben took on the mission of finding the replacement. He found it after a lot of research. I don't normally post reviews but in this particular case I had to comment on this young mans customer service and commitment to his customer. Thanks again Ben.R. Willis

The workers were funny and helpful. We struggled a bit to find wipers with the right adapter for my car but the guys made sure I was taken care of and came me advice for another problem they didn't have replacement parts in stock for. 10/10 would recommend.

Spent $36 on 5 quarts of Pennzoil yesterday at lunch. Went to put oil in my truck this morning and realized I bought a container that someone had previously opened and removed a quart.I called the store and spoke with Tyler to let him know this happened so he might keep an closer eye on inventory.Went in today to get some steering fluid, and saw the clerk who checked me out yesterday, and asked if Tyler had shared my experience with him.His response was, "We don't sell any product that has a broken seal."Needless to say, that is the last time I'm giving O'Reilly Auto parts a chance. Heck, it's not like I even asked for money or oil back. I did the nice thing and let them know it happened, because I would think they would want to know. Maybe they're all in on it. We will see what the district manager has to say when I call him.

Had to come back twice to get the right air filter, I was given the wrong one when I gave the correct make and model. Mistakes happen, but it was an extra trip for me. Customer service was great.

I blew a hundred amp fuse I needed one in a hurry. I expected to pay a lot more but it was surprisingly cheap. I literally was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Staff tried to be helpful but I knew exactly what I needed, although it was nice to be acknowledged.

Always great service, but I have a commercial account. And don't deal with the people up front. But they always have been curious and professional....

I'd drive out of my way to deal with the employees at oriellys. Even if there was an AutoZone next door to my house.

In the last four months I visited this store on Clearwater twice for batteries for two cars. Both times staff helped me with the batteries, in the cold, with a smile. Both JJ and Jesse are the best.

From my experiences,, this store has had everything I've needed for my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. From spark plugs, to headlights, to foglights, etc. I would really recommend this store, since it has friendly staff who will hold items for you to pick up later and great prices and deals on pretty much any item you can imagine. I'm going to make sure to keep coming here for all my vehicle's needs.

Plain and simple they do not honor the price in the racks. Evidently something I wanted was mislabeled. I asked for the price that it was labeled at, and I was told to go pound sand. They lost a lifetime customer over $5. You probably want to go somewhere else for your auto parts. I know I will.

I had a headlight out. Upon sharing that I would have to have my son install it for me, the gentleman who was helping me said he would do it for me. It was raining and I didn't catch his name but this is customer service. I dont go to Napa or auto zone because the Clearwater branch is just fantastic. Thank you for the best customer service in town! I appreciate all of you at O'Reilly

There may need to be an asterisk (*) next to their hours. I stopped by Saturday morning to pick up a few parts and dispose of some used oil. Hours were posted 7:30 open on Saturday, at 7:45, I decided to just leave the oil jug in a plastic bag outside the front door and get along with my day after the gal at the counter pointed to her watch instead of.. informing me of their new hours? .. either way. They were helpful in the afternoon a few days before so if you're looking for service, take your time getting in.

Guy at the counter is pretty rude and keeps interrupting you when you try to explain something. Went to another location got a refund of a radiator because no receipt or box which is 2200miles away where I live. Another location had no problem doing the refund. Pretty piss poor customer service.

The employee didn t acknowledge me standing in line. They looked at their coworker who was on the other side and said can you help them? in a little snippy voice. SMH. Do better.

After a bit of struggling to find the right turn signal someone offered their help in selection and installation. Unfortunately the bulb fell out of its socket while in the light casing. After some struggling and having 3 employees try at it one of them with excellent finesse got it out and installed properly. Appreciated the effort they put in to right their small mistake and will come back if i need more parts.

I went in there this morning for some advice on what to use to clean and protect the dash of my new car since it has a rough surface. The morning Manager (a very nice gentleman) showed me what he uses on his car. I also needed screws for my license plate cover. Not only did he show me where they were, he took off my old cover from the dealership but put on my new cover. That I had gotten for Mother's Day. I am huge on Customer Service and he nailed it! I wish I would have gotten his name. Maybe if someone sees this and knows who he is, they can add his name. I went in around 8:00.

During the pandemic they required me to place an order online, when I did it I received an email saying I needed to call them to confirm the purchase. After a 15 minute hold, they refused to allow me to make the purchase and also refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor to resolve the issue. Online is suppose to be quick and easy but the fact that I had to catch an email to get my batteries delivered, had to wait 15 minutes on the phone only to be refused the purchase is a little ridiculous. In that time I could have driven to NAPA and already had my batteries installed, they have no issues taking my money

Stopped in to pick up a few items and the counter dude knew exactly where they were in the aisles. Got exactly what I needed with no hassles. Pity that Google Pay doesn't work for contactless payments, but just used a credit card, which did use the chip reader, so still secure.

Good customer service. Not very knowledgeable. Asked about some braided lines for my 350 small block and it was like I was talking in a foreign language. Seems like every auto parts store I walk into the employees know less about car parts and more about what their plans are for the weekend. Need to stop hiring high school students and hire some people who know about automobiles.

After waiting in line a solid ten minutes. There's one guy cashing people out and one guy counting inventory it looks like and he can't be bothered to come help with the ever growing line. So once i get to the counter i asked if he could check my check engine light code, and was told I'd have to wait until he can help everyone else in line because he can't leave the store unattended and the other employee is busy doing inventory. The line continues to grow and I have no idea how long I'm going to be standing there waiting for him to get a chance to come out and check my car. Apparently inventory was more important than customer service. I walked out and went to Napa Auto Parts where i was helped right away because there were plenty of employees working. Imagine that.

This use to be the best orileys around....not anymore. From 2013 to present I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of parts here, because I loved the service, prices, and friendliness of the staff. December of 2014 I purchased a $250 optima red top battery with a 3 year warranty. It's 2.5 years later and they say that they have no record of it. I then ask what they do keep record of. I was told everything you have to enter your phone number for. Well I go there 5+ times a month and always use my orileys rewards with phone number. Yet they can only pull up 9 purchases under my number in 4 years. I decided to blow it off, after all I've had nothing but great service for 4 years. Went in today and a short haired lady with a thick accent was working behind the counter helping someone so I wait patiently. 20 minutes passes and he's still there and I overhear them chatting about when he used to work there and how F@&&@*^ busy they have been and cussing every other word.... I have no issue with it but that's not a professional way to talk around customers. Not to mention I've been waiting. When that's all said and done I ask to rent a specialty tool and without even looking or checking, she says they don't have it. She knows because "she thinks someone rented it this weekend"" Ummm... ?? When I asked her politely asked her to check she copped and attitude and acted like I was wasting her time.I don't know what happened to this orileys because it used to be one of the best, but I will be taking my business somewhere else.
