Got my first truck today, and really enjoyed my experience. I wasn't pushed into anything and I was treated with respect and dignity which to me goes a long way. Want to give a shout out to Will for great customer service and helping me get into the truck I needed!

I waited at least two months to place a review and I am still loving my car! I had the first enjoyable car dealership experience thanks to Paul! (I believe that s his name). When the vehicle we originally came in to buy was not what I wanted he gave us the ability to look around and even with how busy he was, he checked up on us and didn t rush us. He knew the vehicle was for me and made sure that all questions or statements were made directly to me. Never pushed a vehicle on us nor questioned why we wanted the one I picked. He worked tirelessly to get me the payment I needed and explained everything throughly. Very patient as well with the mechanical concerns I had. I really do hope they gave me the correct name because I cannot give enough praise to this man. Thank you again for selling me the used vehicle I wanted and one that finally runs perfectly!

Arnaldo was my salesman and a great one at that. He was very knowledgeable and cared about what I needed more than what he wanted to sell. My experience was that I was taken care of and listened to which is what we all want. In the end I went home with a great dependable vehicle at an affordable price and didn't feel taken advantage of. Thank you so much Arnaldo and to the team at Northwest Premier for getting me taken care of.

Had a great experience purchasing our 2019 Mini Cooper AWD Electric vehicle from Northwest Premier Auto Sales. Went and picked up this beaut of a Jetta the other day. Saw it on the lot and fell in love almost instantly. The salesperson I worked with, Juan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable with my demands (to put it nicely, I was very cranky and mentally fatigued).I got a stellar deal on the car and they even worked with my poor credit (recovering from a divorce). He met me in the middle every time, and I'm legitimately pleased with the pricing for such a good car. My previous Jetta, same make, model, and even year (2019) was t-boned some years ago and I haven't quite found a good replacement till now.I'm in love with this car. The radio console screen came busted and Juan was even the one to point it out to me. The integrity was very refreshing in a market of literal used car salesman. I didn't have to discover it the hard way after purchasing because I didn't notice (once again, tired from divorce stuff). But not ONLY did they give me a discount on the vehicle for the inconvenience, they also set me up with an appointment with their in-house mechanic to get it repaired within two weeks of purchase.10/10, would shop NWP again in a heartbeat. Smooth, fast, affordable. Highly recommend.

Bought this pile of junk 2016 Nissan Maxima from this dealer on 12/10/2023. Less than 12 hours later as you can see in this attached picture it had to be towed to a shop. $1,000 later the charging system was fixed but was quoted as needing a $6,000 CVT transmission. This dealer has refused to make any attempt to make things right. On top of all that, during the purchase process, the salesman forced us to leave a 5 star review before handing over the keys to the new car and sending us on our way. BUYER BEWARE!! This car lot is as shady as they come. We WILL NOT be back and urge others considering this car lot to look elsewhere for a good deal and reliable vehicle.

I honestly hate Car Shopping, but when my SUV was deemed a Total Loss after hitting a Deer I didn't have a choice. Will and Drew helped us get into a great 2020 Ford Escape and made the process super easy. I can see why their car lot is always so busy! They definitely should be the place to go!

Our salesman Jorge was great at showing us everything about the jet skis. Answered all the questions we had even tho it was his first time selling jet skis! Very helpful and Honest about everything. Great experience overall!

Very nice people. They helped us today get a vehicle for our child. Very fast and helpful. Got us a better rate than the pre approved deal we had through capital one. Victor and Andy were great guys to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Bait and switch. Didn't have any of the vehicles advertised and tried to pressure us in to a car we didn't want. Asked us if we would buy it if they made us a "sick deal", so we told the floor manager what deal we would accept and he said okay. When he brought back the paperwork they had severely undervalued our trade in and didn't come down on the price of the used car at all. We said no, that isn't what we talked about so he came back again with a *slightly* better deal but still asking far more than we agreed to. We said no and tried to leave when the finance manager asked us back in. The finance manager was extremely rude and when we told him what we were promised he laughed and said just leave them and proceeded to call us names. I told him that I wanted the key back to my truck and he said he would get it in a minute. I told him no, I want it now, and he pulled it out of his pocket! These people are liars and cheats and using an illegal bait and switch technique.

I had just recently bought my 2nd car with nwp and after having it 2 weeks the transmission went out and Art and Jessy was so helpful and even though they do not give out loaners they gave me one tell we could figure out what is wrong with my car. I'm happy to say that they are fixing my car at no cost to me. I bought the car as is. But my problem was made right and I'm thankful for that. Thank you!

Juan and Aldo are genuine, honest and literally the definition of teamwork. It s our second car buying from NWP and if you don t want to have the worst car buying experience from another dealership ask for either of them. Have patience, and trust that they will get you a vehicle that best suites your family.Thank you again from my little family to yours!

I ve been wanting a jeep for so long and Junior greeted me so friendly and started to talk options with me. He was extremely friendly, welcoming and made me feel like family. Also he would not leave me hungry for even a second. If you want a good deal, meet awesome people and make a stressful car buying experience I 10/10 recommend this place. Also, they have crazy cool deals to give back to the community like give away a Benz on 2/5. Thank you N.W.P specifically Junior, Art and Wil! Thanks guys for my jeep!

Bought a vehicle from NWP last month. The purchasing process was quick and easy, they definitely wanted to make sure I walked out with a car that same day. I asked if the vehicle had been in an accident or had any major work done to which the salesman responded no. He mentioned that all of their vehicles are inspected twice before being put on their lot.Not even one month later my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, including the check engine light. After taking it in to Subaru service they pointed out several issues with the vehicle. Faulty sprockets and sensors as well as multiple leaks. Definitely issues that weren t caused in this last month.I m severely disappointed with the car that NWP passed off onto me while saying that it was in good working condition. I strongly recommend you take caution when purchasing a vehicle from this place, especially since every vehicle they sell is as-is no dealer warranty.

Would give less than a star if that was possible. Bought a car on 12/10, on 12/11 it left me stranded on the side of the road. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they didn t know it was a thing and tried calling to let them know what happened ended up calling over 20 times in one week with no response . No one ever got back to me and when I went down in person was basically told by the acting manager that it was above his pay grade. I wouldn t waste your time if you re looking for a reliable car this isn t the place to do it.

Worst place to buy a car. Filled out my paperwork then waited 45 minutes and nothing. Finally left and he comes out says they were working on it. Go elsewhere place is a hack. Shady did not even have a deal and they checked my credit. Their loss because it is fantastic. Poor customer skills.

My experience was horrible, bought a car from them back in November of 2023, the car was leaking oil like crazy, I took it to my local mechanic and said that the dealership s mechanic forgot to put the timing bolt back in, had no oil in the engine. They paid to fix that issue. More issues came up with the car, only drove it not even 3k miles since I got it and it severely needed an alignment, they lost the wheel lock key so had to break off the tire bolts and replaced every single one of them. The oil wasn t changed properly, the window sticker said it needed to be changed 11 of 2022 when i bought it in November of 2023. God knows when the oil was changed last. The bottom radiator hose wasn t properly on the car and caused the antifreeze to leak all over the ground and overheated. I m not happy with my purchase.! I understand it s a used car but shouldn t have all these issues if the mechanic did things the way they should. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will ghost you if you have any issues with your car! It s like once you buy a car they block your number.. and to top it all off the car is very unsafe to drive, the whole car shakes randomly at 60mph to 65mph but doesn t do it all the time. Just does it like maybe 5 times a day at that speed.

Bought a 2008 GMC sierra from them back in December of 2023, we reached a deal with the them and was told that they would take care of the registration for the truck and we would receive the plates in the mail with them knowing we were from out of state and was charged $229 for the licensing, then when we went to the DMV they told us no money had been sent from the dealer we called twice and was sent to their licensing department but nobody answered from there department. Then when we went to the dealership to ask and was told that the money was used as documentation fee despite it saying on the contract documentation fee wouldn t apply, when I brought this up I was told they would not be reimbursed anything and to take it up with the attorney.
