Well they do fix your car good however, they are very expensive and everything your money goes to is labor labor labor ridiculous..they charged me 1886.00 to put in a water pump and then wanted to charge me for a right axle off the transmission and a shaft and something else when initially they had said it was a wheel bearing and wanted to charge me 2300.00..jesus seriously? That's when I realized yes they do good work but my God times are tough and do you guys really have to be so greedy..holy cow give a loyal customer a break..geez

Slid into a curb and damaged my car pretty good, dealership quoted me an outrageous price. Brought it here and got a way better quote honestly, car feels better then the day I bought it. My new go to mechanic

Great shop. Really friendly service staff. I took my Jeep in with some noise issues I had, and Eddie was able to diagnose and reduce the noise....tho I still hear it while accelerating. Service charge was very fair.One suggestion, they have a request appointment on their website, which I used twice and didn't hear back either time. I'd suggest just going in and talking to them in person.

They truly stand by their work. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because I had to return the car for a redo. I trust this business and would take one of my cars there if needed.

From the first contact Motoring Services was exceptional. They fit my car in right away, which was good since we were leaving on a long trip that weekend. They did their review and diagnostic tests and gave us some peace of mind about the engine noises and transmission concerns. Then they even dropped their diagnostic fee by half, even though they kept the car overnight to check it again the next morning. They have earned our future car maintenance! (Not very happy with the dealership in this area, so this is a great find.)Part 2: Oil change, quick to schedule, reminder received, in and out in half an hour!Service: Transmission

These folks are simply excellent! They are clear in what to expect, take the time to explain functions of various car parts, and most importantly, they don t try to sell you on unneeded repairs. Prices are always fair in my experience too. Definitely recommend these folks! I had a front brake job and oil change. Their shuttle service taking me to and from work is a lifesaver. My car was ready before the end of my workday. Price is reasonable and after years of using their services I have never needed anything redone. I highly recommend this business.

I happened into this mechanic by chance when my truck lost power steering in the parking lot of the business next to theirs..and how truly lucky we were to have found our new mechanic for life! They worked with our extended warranty company and helped us get our truck back in record time so we could still go on our camping trip a week and a half later! They even provided myself and my two kids a complementary ride home in their shuttle van after leaving our truck with them so my husband wouldn't have to leave work. Just incredible service and workmanship. Tyler in the front office was very knowledgeable and kept us updated frequently. Recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic!

The suspension on my 2015 Ford Expedition had become very bouncy. I ordered a new set of Bilstein shocks online and began looking for someone to install them. Most shops won't install user supplied parts, but Motoring Services will. They were also the lowest cost and quickest turn-around (2 days from when I called). They inspected the rest of the suspension components and now the car rides great.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

This is the only shop I will be recommending to friends. As a woman it is very hard to find a shop to take us seriously even if we do have knowledge on cars. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car since I was the one that broke it. I had pictures and videos of the damage to my fuel line but both Ford and another shop blew me off and gave me a date they could diagnose it and had no interest in looking at pictures. A friend recommended this shop so I went to give it a try but expected the same response. Tyler greeted me and was actually happy that I had pictures. Immediately he looked up the part and confirmed with me we were looking at the same thing and offered to order it if I was wanting to schedule an appointment to bring my car in. The best part was that it was at least a week sooner than the other shops to even begin to look at the issue. There was a delay in repair due to the first part arriving damaged but they kept me updated every step of the way. My total came in less than my initial quote since they didn't have to remove as many things as they initially thought. Many shops would have still charged the full quote knowing that the customer wouldn't know. Their customer service is top-notch.

The staff at Motoring Services are very nice and make every effort to cooperate with the circumstances of the situation. I feel I was treated very well, they are honest and I got quality work performed on my car. Making an appointment was a breeze. Used the shuttle service which is a great option to get back home after dropping of my car. Tyler was an absolute delight to work with and had the patience of a saint in answering all my questions. The work they did made such a difference in drivability and comfort knowing it s good to go. I devotedly highly recommend Motoring Service, they treat every customer with the upmost respect. They do what they say they are Going to first time and everytime. Needed an engine heater for my diesel Jeep Cherokee. Quick install. Very professional. Even thought out where best to place the chord for ease of use.While waiting I could hear the conversations from the from desk attendant to customers. My car just decided one day that it was no longer going to work and I had no idea what happened, one of my friends recommended me here and I can't praise them enough. My car got taken in quickly, everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and professional, and before I knew it I had my car back fully working with a new battery at a price even cheaper than we initially quoted. I wanted to share my experience with the good folks from Motoring Services. I was getting ready to make a long drive with my family and realized that I needed my vehicle serviced. Since we were leaving the following morning it was a high priority. Lucky for me the good folks at Motoring Services were ready to help me out. I brought my vehicle to them and asked them if they could get it done that morning. Although the place was packed and the shop full; they made it a priority to get my car in and out. Everything was done in a quick and efficient and correct manner. They took my emergency and lack of planning; and made it into a positive experience. They removed my stress and my family and I had a great trip with no vehicle issues. I highly recommend Motoring Services!! Thank you so very much!

Excellent service. After taking my truck to 3 other garages I took it to Motoring services and they actually fixed it. They kept me informed of what was going on throughout the whole process and provided a detailed bill. The craftsmanship with wich they did there work was outstanding compared to all the other mechanics I've ever used on this truck, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else, I trust them more than the dealership. I've been going to Motoring Services exclusively for about 8 years now and they have been great every time. This last visit was AMAZING! I had some issues with my extended warranty company that Matt and crew helped me with tremendously, they were also able to set me up with a discount for the rental that I would need while waiting for the warranty company to iron things out. I would highly recommend Motoring Services to anyone who wants an honest hard working crew for their car needs.

Pete was so kind and helpful, he found a part for my car that was critical to the repair that was back ordered for months! Outstanding service! They exceeded my expectations. I have gone to many mechanics here in the tricities and this is by far the best experience I've had. Shout out to Eddie for getting my vehicle in asap and the mechanic for getting it fixed right away. I had already taken my vehicle to two other places before this and they were unable to find the problem or get the parts needed. Eddie called me a day earlier than expected to tell me that my vehicle was ready to pick up. I plan on coming back to fix my other vehicle. I highly recommend this place!

Motoring Services has taken care of my cars for almost 30 years. Great service, they have honored their warranty when a part they installed failed, bringing the issue to my attention and installing a new one at no cost to me. Their shuttle service helps make getting my car serviced easy, and I appreciate the complete written reports about what they have done, and advance warnings of upcoming service needs. Their prices are higher than some, but they are worth it!

Great service, and friendly staff. David, the gentleman that greeted me at the front desk, was very thorough with explaining the services and fees. He made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. I appreciate him keeping me in the loop on possible changes before completing the service and charging me afterwards.If you're looking for an auto shop that's honest and upfront about their services and cost, look no further. The work was completed quickly and without a hinge. I plan to return in the future for all of my mechanical services or repairs.

We've used Motoring Services for years. They are always honest, very reliable, and are honestly some of the nicest people I know.Last week I had a sensor go off on a brand new car--while I was driving by Motoring Services. I panicked and pulled in (without an appointment) and asked if they could help me. They were great--Tyler checked things out and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. I was so appreciative of his willingness to help on the spot!

Highly recommend. They do customer service as it should be, constant and all encompassing. Their prices are upfront and fair. They offer free pickup and drop off so your day isn't affected and explain all your choices with suggestions for all necessary repair and cover several options. They stay in contact and finish and show up when promised. They never try to alarm and pressure to increase their own sale, as a female this is particularly important to me. This company understands the importance of customer loyalty and the value of customer referral. Great service every time. Today, I dropped off my truck for maintenance. After the mechanic inspected it, I was told my requested service was not necessary. At drop off, I did request a basic systems inspection as well, which they also performed. I was very pleased with the detailed inspection report. I put great value in honest service providers, and Motoring Services provided that. Thank you.

I needed a Lyft inspection of my car so I went to Motoring Services. Their facility is easy to find and is very clean, not junky like some automotive places. When I went inside I felt very comfortable, it was like being at a friend's home. The customer service was great, Dave helped me with dropping off my car. Dave was very friendly and professional. I was offered a free Shuttle ride back home, which I gladly accepted. The Shuttle van was clean and the driver, Mike, was very pleasant and friendly. I was offered a free ride back to pick up my car later in the day but I had already arranged to get a ride. I was running late but Jody didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to hurry. Some places treat you like an inconvenience when you show up close to closing time but Jody was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Motoring Services and I will definitely use them again when I need any work done to my car.
